From my first contact (phone and emails) to check in, service was super friendly and efficient. Spoke with several different people as I weighed out my options and all were very nice. Upon arrival they handled the whole covid19 issue with professionalism, sanitizing everything. The actual storage spaces vary in size and price presenting lots of possible alternatives. It is quite conveniently located to UBC so a great choice for students. The place was immaculate and extremely secure. I have used storage lockers before and non even come close to how clean this place is. I highly recommend.

I wanted to like this company. I had to cancel when I found out they couldn't accommodate a 75 foot tractor trailer that was bringing my delivery. They refused to refund my $100 deposit even though I had reserved for just a few days and gave plenty of notice. I asked them if they were able to find someone else to rent the locker would they be able to refund my deposit? --they still refused. So I never got to use the locker but they have my $100 --even though I gave more than a weeks notice. I was disappointed that they were not able to be more understanding

I highly recommend Vancouver Self Storage. The customer service at this facility is truly 5 star! The manager welcomed us our move in day with a welcome basket of jams, crackers, and cheese and even memorized our names by the number of our storage unit. I was amazed when I came to the front desk, told them my unit number, and they immediately addressed me by my last name. Phenomenal customer service and great pricing! Do yourself a favor and use this company for ALL your self storage needs!

Vancouver Self Storage from the start had everything we were looking for. Lots of variety in size and pricing of units. The whole process from start to finish was effortless and seamless. A very good operation. We rented here for 3.5 months and were very happy with the facility and process. Pro tip: try to avoid renting in a place where you need to use an elevator and small carts to move your stuff. With the containers here at VSS, just back up the truck, load/unload and save a great deal of time and aggravation.

Return customer here. Moving is stressful so if you need a worry and hassle-free way to store your stuff, just talk to the staff here and they'll set you up with a unit you'll be happy with. The facility is clean, bright, and secure. Rates are reasonable. Staff is friendly and helpful. All it's missing is a cappuccino bar.

Elizabeth and her her team at VSS have been outstanding! I have rented a locker there for over four years. The service has been very professional but yet with a very personal focus as well. Can't say enough positive things about Vancouver Self Storage. I've been renting here for over 10 years and have always found the staff very friendly and helpful. The grounds are always clean and entrances decorated with flowers. I will miss this place! BW

Manager Elizabeth is condescending, self-entitled and rude. I feel sorry for her co-workers. No elevator to the second floor. This place is slated to close in the spring. Look elsewhere for your storage needs and keep your dignity intact.
