We called the 8th of November. The person answering the phone told us that we would have to get on the waiting list and it was a $50 deposit. I told her that I needed to have my pet seen sooner than the January date that she quoted. I was about to hang up when she assured me that they had cancelations all of the time and that they could work us in... no guarantees but they would try. Reluctantly, I paid the deposit. They called for a spot in January, just a few days before the scheduled appointment. I canceled and of course forfeited my deposit. They have ruined my faith in vets. I will never give another deposit. It feels like this clinic has to charge a deposit to prevent people from canceling. Very unhappy . $50 is a lot of money to me... they should offer a refund or never charge the deposit in the first place. Needless to say I feel cheated. Beware!

When I first came here I was tremendously upset and worried that my dog would never walk again and would have to put her down. I didn’t know if I was making the situation worse by not rushing to get surgery asap but it’s rolling the dice doing surgery on a French bulldog and spine surgery at that, cost alone was 13K. After 2 sessions Coco was starting to move a little more and going potty on her own. Today was her 4 session she was going to be fitted for a wheelchair to help with the recovery process but she’s walking so a wheelchair is no longer necessary. Cried a little bit today during her aqua therapy just so happy and relieved to know my best friend is going to be ok and I have Veterinary Chiropractic and Rehabilitation Clinic to thank for that

I took my older Chihuahua when she slipped a disc after slipping in our bathtub. The Humane Society vet had said there was nothing wrong with her. I knew she was hurting from her back because she walked crooked and cried out if we touched her. I found Dr Robinette after I was told by another vet there wasn't anything to do except a $6000 back surgery that Meche might not survive. Dr Robinette only treated Meche a few times and she was able to walk again. I highly recommend her to anyone with a pet suffering from back injuries. Sometimes there's nothing anyone can do but Dr Robinette was a Godsend for us. Our Meche ran around like a puppy with just a slight limp for years more until congestive heart disease took her. God bless all & your furbabies.

I brought my dog with liver cancer for a consult plus chiropractic session with Dr Robinette. My dog was still doing wonderful at this point when we visited the clinic. We were still going on walks and dog parks. A few hours after our visit with Dr Robinette, my dog got very, very sick. We had a terrible night and our vet had to put her to sleep the following morning, about 16 hours following our visit. I don't know what effect the visit had on her. Could it have been a coincidence? Maybe. But I can't forgive myself for my decision to bring her to this office. After more than on year, it still haunts me. I didn't want to write a review sooner while emotions were raw, so I am writing this 14 months after losing my dog.

Veterinary Chiropractic has been so wonderful to our family. The staff is friendly and always willing to work with us and get the best treatment for our dog Chance. Dr. Robinette is fantastic with our dog and he just loves her. She was able to pin point what was going on with our dog and he has gone from barely moving around to having his energy back and running around. Chance also loves his tech, Leslie. She is awesome! She cares about her patients and does her best every time to get them better! Leslie is a blessing to us and our family! Everyone here has been great to Chance and our family!

I cannot say enough good things about my experiences at VCRC. I usually dread vet visits (and so does my dog), but VCRC is completely different and we both absolutely love coming here and truly look forward to every visit. Everyone is so kind and treats my boy so so well. They genuinely love seeing him and I adore talking to them after every visit! My dog sleeps through his adjustments and always leaves so relaxed. Dr.M is so sweet to him and he absolutely trusts and loves her. She has such an amazing presence with the dogs! If you’re considering coming here, DO IT. Your dog will thank you!

A great place for shadowing with vets who are willing to teach students everything they will need to know for succeeding in Veterinary School. Dr. Michelson and Dr. Robinett are great teachers who have allowed me to have hands on experience and learn the benefits of non-traditional western medicine in treating canine/equestrian/feline health conditions. All the Vet Techs are amazing teachers too. Everyone cares deeply about the work that they do and they always try their best to help canine companions live long and happy lives. They have been miracle workers.

There aren't enough words to describe my thankfulness to the entire team. My male bulldog was a rescue that had some prior joint damage to us being his forever family. He started losing mobility and I was very concerned and distraught. A loving friend referred us to Veterinary Chiro and it's been a life changer. He's able to walk faster sometimes even jog lightly and he's so much happier. I'm emotional even writing this because of how much I appreciate what they've done to improve his life and ours!

I have been bringing my English Mastiffs to VCRC over 10 years for various issues. Dr. Robinette and the other vets have all been wonderful. They are very knowledgeable and worked wonders on my dog that had TPLO surgery using chiropractic, laser therapy and accupuncture are needed. The use of the water treadmill used in conjunction with these therapies rehabbed my dog to her top condition. I would highly recommend VCRC for any rehab for your dog or just to help out older dogs with movement issues.

My 14yr little girl had cruciate repair 6 years ago then put on joint food & supplements for years. Recently she has developed a limp and I didn't want to give her pains for ever. Dr. Robinette, Jerrie and their staff took such good care of my baby. Jewels had the biggest smile on her face & looked so relaxed & her limp stopped in 2 days. They gave me follow up instructions of stretches I could do from home. I truly appreciate your kindness and more importantly making my Jewelie comfortable ♥️

One of the vets told us that our dog had regained feeling in her legs by showing us a reaction that she knew to be a reflex (which does not signify regained feeling, something a vet must know). These people are nickel and dimer scammers, they charged $15 to show us how to express the dog’s bladder, something that took two minutes, on top of a $200 treatment. These people will take advantage of you wanting to do the best for your animal by lying to you, take your business elsewhere.

I was looking for a second opinion after an office in Beaumont recommended surgery for my Ruby. Dr. Mickelson and the staff here at VCRC are very kind, gentle, and loving. They are very hopeful that with the alternative therapies offered here, Ruby will be able to recover and lead a normal life without surgery. The help they have offered me personally is above and beyond what would be expected. Jerri, the office manager, has a beautiful huge heart!

Went in hopeful to treat my baby who had a serious limp in one leg, four hundred dollars later and a spinal MANIPULATION later (claimed her knee had a strain) , she’s paraplegic. She lost the ability to use her hind legs and can’t use the bathroom. Constant crying from pain in her spine. This place came recommended to me, but my experience was very different and awful.

Dr Robinett and the staff at VCRC are the best ANYWHERE! I’ve been taking my 10 year old beagle to see Dr Robinett for hip dysplasia and a pulled Achilles’ tendon. She also has Cushings Disease. Dr Robinett treated my baby and now she can run and walk and her Cushings is under control. I could not be more grateful to the folks at VCRC for treating my precious Beagle.

Very happy with this clinic. We do chiropractic treatments and had our first aqua treadmill session today. We are always treated with respect and kindness. Everyone that works there always have a smile on their faces and look genuinely happy to work there. We will continue to take our naughty boy there for IVDD recovery treatments.

We are incredibly fortunate to have found your clinic and eternally grateful for your loving, supportive, and compassionate care.

Love VCRC and Dr Chelsea! She helped our Sampson with chiropractic, acupuncture, water therapy, and natural supplements. I'm now taking my Sasha for treatments. Dr Chelsea is very knowledgeable, and she and the techs are very loving and caring with my babies. Love the front office staff also!

I have taken my horses, show heifers and dogs to Dr Robinett and have nothing but good things to say. After one adjustment my mare picked up the correct lead everytime. My German Shepherd has made a quick recovery after a complete hip replacement. Love, love this clinic!

Our Catahoula was limping for almost 2 years on and off, we were told arthritis. One visit, one adjustment and he has been fine for months. We thought we would have ongoing issues. We are very happy. Need to bring him back for his rubbies.

  • Bob Zabierek

They were though and we felt very comfortable having them remove and clean the teeth of our elderly dog. We were concerned about sedation and they assured us the process was safe in spite of age with a good blood work result.

  • Lisa Landi

The chiropractic and acupuncture visits keep my senior dog flexible and moving despite his age and arthritis. He loves his visits to Dr. Robinnette and getting his adjustments. The staff members are friendly and professional.
