***ASK FOR KAYLA IF YOU'RE GOING TO THE PHOTO LAB*** I just wanted to write a review because I had a really great experience with how Kayla treated me! I am a professional photographer & usually photograph weddings. However, for Valentine's Day, I decided to make prints for my husband of a 1965 Ferrari that we had seen at a car show the weekend before. I had an assortment of photos to choose from, but ultimately decided on 4 images that I really loved together & bought frames for each image to be printed 16x20. I am so glad I went in to Walgreens instead of another place that sells 'fine prints' because the quality was really great! I have been to this Walgreens before to get prints here and there because this store really is just around the corner & very convenient & I have received friendly, but not exceptional service in the past from other employees. I went in to the store on Valentine's Day because my husband and I were going to celebrate the following evening on the 15th & I wanted to have the prints already hung in our living room the next morning when he woke up. As I walked up to the photo lab counter, I was greeted very kindly by a sweet lady named Kayla. I had already placed my order online & she had them waiting for me when I arrived. I didn't originally have the intention of putting them in their appropriate frames there at the store, but I'm sure glad I did because the frames I bought sure liked to attract a piece of dust here and there. I originally just came in with one frame & left the others in the car because I wanted to make sure the prints would each fit the frame's mat appropriately. Kayla was so kind letting me check each print with the frame, making all the cuts that I marked to have them fit & even letting me go get the other frames & put the prints in each of those as well. Not only was she patient with me, she was really kind and diligent to each person who also came up to the counter while I was checking each print and didn't get overwhelmed by 'too much going on at once'-great character trait to have on your staff! She was very careful with each of my prints and even offered me gloves, which I really appreciated. I purchased a roll of tape as well to secure each print to the backside of each mat to ensure each image stayed in place. She let me use the little counter top to make sure each photo was exactly how I wanted them to be & I am really appreciative of her kindness! I've never been treated badly by any other employee from this store, everyone seems to be very kind, even the cashiers on previous visits-however, Kayla was exceptionally kind for having my prints ready, handling them as if they were her own, offering a work space for 20 minutes while I completed removing dust particles from sticking to the prints, giving me gloves to use to handle the photos & just being a truly kind spirit. I truly appreciated Kayla that day-on Valentine's Day! I sure hope you realize how amazing of a heart she has & know that it reflects very well of your company name-which is everything! I have since referred several of my brides and grooms to also making Walgreens their one-stop-shop for having their wedding photos printed. Please make sure she reads this - Kayla, keep up the good work & know that you're positive and kind heart is truly note-worthy. It made me have a much more positive week, that's for sure! This pharmacy is the worst I’ve ever been to. The pharmacist is rude, arrogant and uncaring. I got in the drive through line at twenty minutes before 8:00 - the pharmacy closed at 8:00 - when my turn came at the window the pharmacist quickly put up a closed sign. When I protested that I had arrived well before closing time and patiently waited in the line to pick up my prescription, which had already been filled and only needed to be picked up. He abruptly responded “We’re closed. If you want your prescription go down the street to another Walgreens.” It’s a good thing it wasn’t a critical need script like insulin or I may not be here today writing this review. Of course, he wouldn’t have any idea of what my prescription was for because he didn’t have the courtesy to even check. Do yourself and your health a favor and avoid this place altogether. There is a great H-E-B pharmacy across the street and a CVS less than a mile away.

Update: Gina, the pharmacist at this location is AMAZING. She’s kind and empathetic. It’s not staff’s fault that the website doesn’t explain that the appointment time you set on the app is just a guideline. The pharmacist will take you when they can, and they’re often super busy, so you will wait. Bring a book. Gina is a gem! I usually go to the one on S Lamar but it is SO busy all the time I thought I’d switch to William Cannon, but twice now I’ve been massively inconvenienced by staffing issues . Im so frustrated. So much time wasted. People need their prescriptions! You can’t just change the hours when people have pills to pick up!!!

Be careful buying feminine products as a woman at this location ! : I usually love coming to Walgreens I’ve been loyal to this pharmacy for the past couple of years since living very close by on William cannon and Brodie. This is the second time at this location where the woman working behind the counter had been inappropriate while I was buying feminine products. She has made inappropriate comments while there was a huge line behind me filled with mostly men. The store worker checking me out is named Brandy. I think it is unacceptable to feel ashamed for any purchases at the most convenient Walgreens to my home. I spoke to the manager and he was very sweet, but as of now he reassured me that there’s most likely nothing that’s going to be done from the situation of her making women uncomfortable. I know I’m definitely not the first. Definitely never coming back to this wallgreens.

Had a prescription sent here by mistake- figured I’d give it a shot but I received a notification that they were delayed in filling it because they needed my insurance info. No way to do it online so you have to call. I spent about 15 minutes being shuffled around by the internal call system, rang out twice and put on hold twice, still haven’t been able to speak to a single person, and the staff goes to lunch in about 20 minutes. This is incredibly frustrating as it means I must now drive to the actual store to give them this information, and I will now, no doubt, have to drive back later after it’s finally filled. I understand if they are short staffed, but it would have been nice to speak to SOMEONE.

This particular Walgreens pharmacy is hit or miss. The pharmacist, Brenna, is an angel and does what she can to answer your questions and address any concerns you may have. The pharmacist, Brittany, on the other hand, is not. She is the type of pharmacist that will only fill prescribed medications that she wants to fill. She believes she is smarter than your medical team. She will not call any of your prescribing doctors to answer any prescription concerns. She will refuse to answer any of your questions. In short, DO NOT use this pharmacy unless you are 100% positive you can live without your medications since you'll be playing Russian Roulette with getting your meds filled.

I sat waiting for my perscriptions which was sitting infrintbof the pharmacist waiting for her to check and bah. The two pharmacists stood there talking about there personal lives and I heard everything they were saying. Instead of them putting the waiting customers first in the lobby they chose to continue talking about there personal lives. This is not what you call customer service. I will contact management. The new pharmacist were talking to staff about taking selfie and all other things instead of getting my medicines out to me. I am mad upset and feel not important to Walgreens. The commercials are all fake you don't get good customer service at all.

I was in excruciating pain from having my wisdom teeth removed. This location didn't have my prescription, the pharmacy MANAGER looked up the perscription and sent me to another location. When I arrived at the second location they didn't have it! They looked up the prescription and said their in stock inventory was displaying correctly and then sent me to the only Walgreens in the area that had my prescription. DO NOT USE THIS WALGREENS if you want accurate and timely results.

I walked in said hello. Was ignored...I tried to get something to drink only had 2 bucks so I was deciding what I should get......and I was targeted by a short red bearded man......he asked me once if he could help me find anything I said no thanks ......he then followed me to next aisle where he pretend to front a display .....I walked up to him and said I was gonna get something but not if your gonna harassed me....he even followed me into parking lot.....

I arrived here at 1pm for COVID testing (my appointment was at 12:30pm, but I've been late before and never had an issue at other Walgreens). They said that they wouldn't take me because it was too close to their lunch break (which is at 1:30!). They had a completely open Covid testing schedule when I scheduled the night before and they take 1pm appointments. I've never had this issue at any other Walgreens. Crazy. Lazy and entitled pharmacy workers here.

Best walgreens ive ever been too! Been to several different walgreens and this one has the friendliest staff out there! Their pharmacy is fast and friendly and runs circles around other retailers! They go above and beyond to make sure you get your meds at the correct price and the right time! They are going through another reconstruction period just to make it a better store for the customer! Super excited for the future of my walgreens!

Don’t go here for COVID tests. Waited behind 3 cars and was considered late for my appt once I finally got to the window. They refused to test me. Staff wasted more time discussing and “checking” then it would take for me to swab my nose! They were more concerned with getting out of work on time then assisting. As hard as it is to get testing times and supplies you would think facilities would do their part. Do better Walgreens.

Call on the phone to pick up my prescription or to see if the guys are even open on Easter Sunday and I got the runaround with the machine. Very frustrated I go to the store and I learned there’s no line. Got everything I needed except for the manager getting on my nerves received a text as I swipe my card. Are you not the manager? you remind me of my helper at work who started last week. That cost you one star manager

Do not schedule a vaccine appointment at this location. I arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment and left without getting my shot after 40 minutes of waiting. They weren't even busy--only 2 customers were served during the 40 minutes I waited. I have received vaccines at two other locations of Walgreens in the past with no problems or long wait. This was my first and last time to visit this location. Zero stars.

Jake was very helpful at this location! The staff is extremely diligent, fast workers. I like coming to this Walgreens however it’s really sad to see employees getting into altercations with customers about shoplifting. This area has had issues before and I can tell they are all doing their best here despite an unpreventable issue. Thank you to the workers who are just doing their jobs.

I came here with my kids to get their pediatric Covid shots and Alex was the best immunizer ever! Super quick and he comforted my kids when they began to freak out. I couldn’t ask for more from the Walgreens staff! Check in with Lauren was fast and easy and we even got a cute picture in front of a poster board they had, and got a coupon to print it for free. Thanks Walgreens!!

The rapid testing here is so unpredictable, based on what I've heard other people and my experience they lose one out of three tests. You just won't ever hear a response back and when you try and get an update they tell you to call back at 24, 48, 72 hours. That just doesn't make sense when the person you got tested with gets their results in under an hour.

This is my first and last time ever using this pharmacy. The hospital called in a script 4 hours ago and it still isn't ready. I've been on hold for 32 minutes as of writing this review and who knows when I'll be helped. This is absolutely horrific!! There's no way you're so busy that you can't answer my call within 30 damn minutes of being on hold.

Best pharmacy around, the automated system works great and my prescriptions are always ready on the same day each month! Staff is friendly and always treats me so well. The pharmacists are the nicest I’ve ever met and are always willing to help when I have question (I think short brunette pharmacist might have a crush on me).

Changing my review to a 1 star. Least helpful people ever. I've come in 4 times trying to pick up a perscription I desperately need and they won't help me figure out which card I need. I've brought 3 different insurance cards, but apparently they all have the wrong info. I wait at least 15 mins every time. Horrible.

I called to make sure they had the vaccine I needed. I didn't understand one word the lady said on the phone and then she hung up. I called again and another lady said they had the vaccine. When I arrived there they said they had the vaccine, and then they said they didn't have it. Wasted a trip.

Do NOT use the atm at 3601 William Cannon Dr. Especially if you are a Capital One customer. It may not dispense your $$. If that happens, neither Allpoint, Walgreens, or Capital One will return your money. Capital One gave us a provisional credit then denied our claim and took the money back.

Would give negative stars if I could. Hate this place. The worst and laziest Walgreens. The manager is so rude and not understanding or accommodating and I hate ever going there but get forced as my insurance makes it hard to go elsewhere. Don't ever come here if you can avoid it.

I had a vaccine appointment scheduled for 9:30am and completed the questionnaire online prior to my appointment. Arrived at 9:25 and it's now 10:00am and I'm still waiting for my vaccine. Lesson learned. Appointments aren't really the time you'll be seen. Plan to wait. : /

Quick service and friendly staff. Cosmetics and medicines were categorized neatly inside the store and photo print service is open until 8pm. Prescription can be availed in curbside pickup currently.Along with medicines, photo prints can also picked up through drive thru.

They have the slowest service at all times. By the time we got service (flu shot) it had been over 1 hour after our appointment. This was not even at a very busy time (there were only 2 people ahead of us). We were also waiting in a very dirty area with multiple bugs.

I have never been able to get my medicine even remotely close to when it’s supposed to be ready. I have had to go home before when it was delayed, only to be texted once I got home that it was ready. Literally choose ANY other pharmacy to get your medications.

The pharmacists and technicians at this location are very professional. Austin is very polite and helpful. Wynter knows a lot about insurance coverage should you run into any issues. I'm glad I chose this location to fill prescriptions.

Huge fan of this Walgreens, Clint is the absolute best! I do recommend calling the pharmacy vs waiting for updates on the app because the issue might not be resolved without you taking the initiative. Very friendly staff all around.
