I rarely have issues with their prints, but today made up for that. Ordered an 8x10 picture. They printed it while I was at the store. Didn't take a look before I purchased it. The print had a long black stripe across the bottom as if the printer had run out of ink or something. Not only did the lady SEE that it didn't print correctly, but she SOLD it to me!! And she hid from me the fact that it looked like this. Usually I am asked if I want to see the pictures, but the lady didn't ask that this time. I'm not in the habit of assuming i am being deceived so let it go and assumed all was good. I am so not impressed and will be getting my money back for sure. It's not even the print messing up that upsets me. It's the fact that the person actually sold it to me when she saw it was like that. As upset with this situation as I am, I recognize the fact that this lady was the only one working out front. She served two customers and just while she was printing my picture, there were four people in her cashier line. The poor woman was doing the best she could. The store manager needs to take better care of their employees and customers, making sure there is always at least two people on the floor.

The lady pharmacist is very rude she is blonde with an foreign accent. She was rude when she gave my vaccine she asked me if I felt sick I told her no and she yelled at me said you can't get the vaccine if you have covid I told her I didnt have covid .. this guy walked in and asked what is good to take for covid she yelled from the back where she was makeing prescriptions there is nothing for that you need to go to the doctor what are you doing here you should be at home the guy said I'm asking for friend. Then this other walked in and I'm not sure what he was asking but agian she started yelling at him saying they dint do that here anymore why are you asking the guy said I was just asking she said rudely dont be asking.. she needs some manners and customer service

I’ve always had an issue with a specific pharmacist at this location. She’s an Asian lady who out of respect will not be named. Every time I have to run into her she always treats me like a pest, and recently, like a criminal. I was just following my doctor’s orders and she makes it seem I am trying to swindle some medication? I felt extremely hurt and appalled at that accusation especially since I’ve been nothing but kind and respectful. She needs to take an ethics or manners course before being allowed to continue working there. I will be reporting her to the Texas Board of Pharmacy for her rude and assumptive personality along with endangering the health of the patients she dispenses for by playing judge on whether or not a patient’s Rx is valid.

Went to Walgreens to get 2 prescriptions filled for my granddaughter. The Hispanic lady with the short hair cut said that Medicaid paid for one prescription but not a he other prescription and my total was $11.99 for me to walk all the way home to go get the money and come back and a young man filled the prescription and for Medicaid paid for it. She didn’t apologize or nothing just walked away and for the young man to apologize which was so rude of her. Walgreens need to get more people like him that knows what he is doing instead of people that’s there just for a pay check and an attitude

Asian pharmacist denies my medicine becouse my foreign passport didnt have stamps??? Is she immigration to be looking for stamps? All she needed was a form of identification. Everywhere my passport is valid but not to her. I explained to her 3 weeks ago my wife had surgery and i got all 8 medicines for her at this exact location with my passport?? She said she didnt care, im guessing shes a bit racist against hispanics??..went to CVS and they asked for my identification hand them my passport and got the medicine..no immigration at cvs im guessing lol

I do not use this pharmacy, because I had horrible experiences here in the past. I will not elaborate, just take your prescriptions somewhere else. The people who work in the front of the store are nice enough, most of the time, but the store itself is always dirty. At least it feels that way, all of the time. They get an extra Star because the retail section employees are usally nice, and another star because they are open till midnight every night, when everything else in the immediate area is shuttered soon after sundown.

Walgreens is great for a quick trip for a medicine or something you need at the moment. Not the best place to coupon as there is always a problem with the catalinas not printing or the coupons dont apply. Sometimes they have good sales but overall the last place i would go if i needed something. The customer service is the worst always getting mad about a simple price check. The only way i shop is through curbside pickup if its in stock it is worth it. Now you cant even do curbside since they stopped printing receipts.

The store ambience itself is very vague and gives a feeling of "dead end" Maybe its the lighting or the fact when I decide to go its always a dreary day but ambience is very relaxed and lazy. The workers are very sweet. I've never ram across anyone rude. The pharmacy dept is very thorough. I had a situation where they made calls concerning prescriptions and wanted to make sure all questions were answered again the ambience of the store is very dead. Great people. Decent service. Dead atmosphere.

I rated the place a 4 star and that's only because the cashier was kind, helpful and showed great customer service. Other than that, when I walked up, a homeless man was sleeping at the entrance and scared the heck out of me! The area in general isn't the best. The cashier there apologized and said they've tried to get the cops involved and him to leave but he always just comes back. But overall, ignoring him, the cashier remained professional, kind and helpful.

I was in the waiting lane to submit my refill bottle she told me in rude way we don’t take it you need to do it online i asked her to help me do it online and she refused. I kept my lane till i reached to counter and there was a black male was on counter he was very nice he said don’t worry about her i will help you out Dope your refill bottle and come back in one hour it should be ready

Angeles worst manager ever, amazed how she did not honor the same company walgreens she works for pricing which even stated in store pick up or online. She even told me to come back tomorrow to see if she can price match was like really, need it today. Then she told me to buy the walgreens brand instead was like wow. Her reaction after, really did not care what so ever, her training is to not give a, for customer service.

I went there to buy a gift card and apparently the cashier didn't know what she was doing, cause my card was never activated and tried doing it myself online and it told me the information was invalid as if the purchase was never done. I lost a $100 and the another cashier just told me without hesitation that there was nothing they can do when it was clearly the employees fault.

Terrible customer service and the so called manager Michelle seen to not have a clue how to deal with certain transactions. Super slow employees and half the time you might have to walk around the store in order to get someone to check you out. If you think you're going to just run in and out quickly, you might want to think twice. Horrible store period

Pharmacist was very rude to me and my insurance agent that was trying to get a life a death medication approved. It’s no need to be rude when we are just trying to get a epi pen approved on a Friday for the weekend in case something happened. The small Asian lady doesn’t need to work with the public at all with that attitude.

Really I am mad!!!!! Because i was buying pampers for my baby ,I needed be sure this pampers were the right ones for my baby, and someone from the staff came and told me to just look at the box was all I had to do in a rude way.....this Walgreens looks like only care about the money, not the health of the baby's

I always go to this Walgreens but I went yesterday and the customer service changed completely very bad service from the cashier, she treat me like if I’m going to ask something for free. The cashier very rude, very disappointed, I spend $88 but with this customer service I don’t going come back anymore

I had a situation That my local walgreens wouldn't help me. I came into this location where Johnathan Drum helped me resolve my issue. This is what top notch customer service should be. Walgreens should be proud to have a great manager like Johnathan. By far the best customer service anywhere.

This store is poorly manage the manager that's in the 8:00 shift today (Aug. 29, 2016) he has a long beard. I walked off to the car to get my wallet and comeback to the manager talking trash about me to the employees.. but walks away when I get there and said to repeat what he said...

Worst customer service , every single time I go in to pick up a prescription , the attitudes are just nasty , every answer is with an attitude , I got called to come in for my prescription and the lady on the phone was just the rudest , I don’t know how this pharmacy is still open.

I come to this store sometimes because the Walgreens by my house (Hwy 6 & Bellaire) often lacks several items. They are also faster here at both the front counter and the pharmacy. Next best Walgreens after this one is only a short drive away on Bissonnet and Hwy 6.

Horrible experience today ! Extremely rude. Mad at her team for leaving her alone with new people working and she was loud about it. Asking her for help and she says wait ! Like ma’am I’m trying to get my pictures I can’t find them , and super rude about it.

Before this store was my 1st stop for shampoo and conditioner specially on lotions and etc but know the store manager is coming up with a limitation on basics like shampoo and conditioner having the stock to sale why not sale it. Just dumb in my opinion.

I had a very good experience with the pharmacy today! Carlin was very helpful in helping me find where the plan b was, picking up my prescriptions was a breeze in the park with the amazing service that I had received!

Always a reliable place for my sister to grab a refill on her pads, they usually have a sale on those. Unfortunately the store was closed today for some reason. Customer Service is top-notch though!
