This is the WORST pharmacy I have EVER had to deal with. They never have any medications, you have to wait for days to get a medication in. You have a 6 month prescription that is on auto fill, you get a text to pick it up and they don't have it. they have to order it again. I pay for a different prescription with the express script on my phone. I pay on a Friday go on Monday to pick it up they returned it to stock and will not give me the medication that I already paid for. I have to file some paperwork to get my money back in the meantime I have to pay for it again. By the way the express script pay in advance to avoid the line is a joke. I waited 42 minutes. Every time I call the corporate office all they say is I will look into it. NOTHING GETS DONE!!! My insurance makes me go to Walgreens and this location is only 2 minutes from my house. The other location on Broadway with is the next location near me you will be verbally abused by the loiters walking around. I have been dealing with the incompetence of the Walgreens for 2 years. I am fed up! I really give this location NO STARS! It would not let me post until I gave it something!

Dont go here the manager is rude as hell. I went in to pick up pictures for my mother's bday of her grandmother. Not only was my pictures not there so wasted my time but then I found a nice frame priced for sale 5.49 it rand up to 8.49 so we walked over she seen it was priced that way and keep telling me someone put the price wrong. Now how is that my fault an employee marked it wrong? When I explained why that wasnt my fault she kicked me out the store and attempted to call the police on my newborn child and I. Do you know how hard to leave the house with a newborn? Yea I dont have time for disrespect or time to waste all at once. Like who trained yall? No apologie or anything when my picture didnt pull up and then felt like I was wasting the manager time for attempting to spend my money there. You want nice friendly service go somewhere else. Cvs always has friendly staff and great customer service

This was the worst experience I ever had .. I'm in very excruciating pain . I hand the pharmacist my script and she said oh they didn't put name in correctly so I had to drive 25 miles and day later to the same pharacist this time she says oh people abuse these pills so I said what does that have do with me? Im in pain lady. After waiting 5 min she returns and say the 7 looks like a 1. So i explain to her to call the doctors office to clarify any questions she has about my script. The idiot told me that they don't call doctors office that I need to do it myself. So just say I didn't get my pain med for three days. It should be a law to stop stupid people for holding a job that deals with sick people.

Worst pharmacy ever... every time I go they dont have my stuff in stock I ask how long it will take,they give me a date and its never there when they say. I got a refill and they gave me the wrong amount. They dont know how to charge they always charge more than what my max my insurance copay is I always have to correct them... always packed with not enough employees every time I go I sit in the drive thru for close to 25 min im actually sitting in the drive thru now... Im not coming here anymore

They need a generator when their lights are down. How is it that a pharmacy, that carries their clients pain medication doesnt have a generator for just their pharmacy section. If they are closed, people can go buy their stuff elsewhere, but a prescription cannot be so easily transfered and doctors are hard to reach. Now Im stuck in pain with a pharmacy that has my prescription ready but I cant pick it up. After I pick up my prescription from them. Im transfering my medications to another store.

I love my Walgreens! The pharmacists and techs know my name and go out of the way to help. Oftentimes they are very busy -- as are all pharmacies these days -- but they get through the line fairly quickly. Not just the pharmacy, though, the beauty department and the cashiers are super friendly and know their stuff. All the employees have been there for a long time; so, they must be doing something right.

Lady worker at the photo center was extremely rude! I was the first one in line and she decided to attend the person behind me. I took my toddler to take a passport photo and she was taking the picture not wanting the picture to come out good while talking to my child in a bad attitude. I know she did it on purpose cause she didn’t wanted to attend me.

Amazing store has a ton of things it’s a child’s wonderland the customer service is amazing I was buying some Pokémon cards and I was a few cents short and the lady let me keep them good overall also if Walgreens see this review can u give the women a thanks she was working this day April 20 2021 2:15

Gave it a 3 not for the shopping experience but because it is an eyesore. I get that it's not in a fancy neighborhood but at least have some lawn and parking lot maintenance. Trash everywhere and long grass makes it look trashy.

Very speedy I hardly ever have to wait over 5 min. Plz just don't go to the o e that's on Bellfort & Broadway.. guaranteed to wait in drive thru & in the store from 20-30 MINS... …

I've never been to a drive thru pharmacy that takes as long as these people. They try to save money by not hiring more personnel because this community is not important enough for them.

I was calling about an online order and I was on hold waiting to speak to manager and when the manager answers the phone she was being rude. I just had questions and she was rushing me.

I am very dissatisfied with the pharmacy service a t this location. My orders are always wrong. I am going to switch my RX's to another venue. I would not recommend to anyone.

They need help in the Pharmacy department. It is always packed and has huge lines inside and drive true. If you need your prescription ASAP don't sent it there!

This is not the same Walgreens that provided the best customer service before. It has become something else. Sad really. Pharmacy staff are even worse!

I came to pick up meds an seems like I came to see the doctor they take forever to get u on ur ways I guess my fault for dealing at this location. .

They are always friendly even late at night when they look ready to go home. Very respectful and i never had problems picking up my sons medicine.

This young lady Irene in cusmetics department shes so friendly out going nice n always have a smile when she greets the customers
