too many crackheads & dope dealers trying solicit at the store front, i worry that someone will eventually get robbed or hurt . this location needs to be closed permanently . it honestly breaks my heart that no one made a post regarding this . ppl are literally doing drugs in front of the store & no one has said anything about it . my heart breaks to see the women strung out but not too hurt to where l feel comfortable giving them money in front of the store because all they’re going to do is smoke it up . this store struggles with lack of staffing & security ain’t no security the employees aren’t required to run them off or decline service unless they’re threatened so don’t expect the workers in there to give you the top notch customer experience this isn’t river oaks they owe you nothing but i will no longer be returning to this location i only came to drop of my grandmother so she could get her meds .

I want to start by acknowledging that I know they have a very busy pharmacy dept, so I usually anticipate a small wait time when I go there. The staff is always busy. They have an important job, and I appreciate their hard work. - - I have four suggestions for other customers. (1). Whenever possible have your doctor sent over your Rx electronically, or if you needed a refill call and order it on the automated system. That way your only wait time is the pickup. (2). Anticipate there to be a wait time when picking up your order. Again, they are not playing around back there: it’s a busy location. (3). Know their lunch hours and plan accordingly. (4). Always check your order before walking away from the counter. I have gone to pick up a specific prescription, and walked away with another that was on auto-refill.

The worst Walgreen's ever I was lied to and told my prescription was called into their office and after I requested to have it forwarded to a location near me I was told that would happen I got a text from Walgreen's confirming from this location then I called back this evening and they tell me they still don't have my prescription after I've had to wait 3 days for this to be put in I called back a lady answered told me to hold on i held for 10 minutes then the call was transferred to a line that just rang and no one picked up I called again and was on hold another 39 minutes and never got any help at to where my prescription was I'm very upset and discouraged by their customer service

Horrible!!! I hate the fact this is the local Walgreens because every single time I come, no matter what time it is,there is always almost a 15min wait in the drive thru to get prescriptions!! That is unbelievable & ridiculous. What makes it worst is, it won't be a lot of cars; it would sometimes only be 3 cars & we still have to wait for a very long time!! The staff never apologizes or anything. They are very slow & non professional at their job! I wouldn't recommend this particular Walgreens location to anyone!!!!!!! Fast food drive thrus are quicker than this place.

Hands down, the slowest location I have ever been to for any reason at all. I can only assume that the poor staffing and lack of customer service is due to poor management. This is not a recent or some time behavior. It has been this way for years without change or structure guidance. There is absolutely no care for clients other than seeking revenue. There is no hire to accommodate the amount of traffic at the front store end and also in the pharmacy. If they could change one thing, a completely new staff is warranted.

Yesterday I can from the ER and WANTED to get my prescription fill. So I haD my son to go in because I was exhausted, mind you is 8:47. The you lady said it'll be ready tomorrow at 10. I'm like they don't close until 10pm. So I curious on why I have to wait the next day? I need my flu meds. Been battling a 104.3 fever 4 DAYS. SO SHE the began to say the one on Scott is open until 11. Mind you I'm to weak to argue with anyone. She then said it'll be ready in a few. And I said thank.

I've come here for awhile and the pharmacy is always kind. My only complaint would be the drive- thru. I'm literally in line for the second time now after waiting 30+ mins. Initially when I got to the window my daughter's rx wasn't ready so the tech told me I could come back in 20mins or get back in line. I told her there were 4 cars behind me. There were 2 cars in front of me the first time and I waited over 30mins. Something needs to change

First time using this pharmacy. Terrible experience. The pharmacist is fine, but the techs do not offer good service. 1 tech told me that my doctor denied my refill. When I told her I had just gotten off the phone with the doctor's office, and the refill was approved, then the story changed to lost paperwork. Unless I need an Rx at midnight, I'm driving the extra distance to the Barry Rose location.

The worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. The pharmacist Rilwan, was rude and unprofessional, his staff is unprofessional as well. This man gave me the hardest time just fill a RX for some prenatal vitamins. He refused to give me his supervisor information. Everytime I come to this pharmacy there's have a problem. That's ok because I will not be going business with this Walgreens ever again.

I waited for 45 to get my son covid tested here...I get to the window and they tell me they are closed for lunch. My son is sick in the back of the car and I begged them to just let me have the test so I could get my kid home and they ignored and walked away. It's 140 in the afternoon how am I supposed to l know when your lunch time??? You couldn't just let me do a 2 min test???!?

Wish I could give 0 stars due to the pharmacist. He is very judgmental and rude as if he does not care for the well-being of others. He will find any way to not get you your medication. I understand the job could be stressful but it’s a curtain way to talk to someone and giving the same service he would want. I would never come or refer anyone to this location ever.

Wish i can rate them a zero i went to the pharmacy drive thru waited for about 45 minutes in the long line. When I get to the window the pharmacist told me We are close we have to close the store this was at 4pm in the afternoon. No explanation no apology this is a horrible location they never answer the phone when you call the pharmacy bad service here.

WENT TO GET A BOOSTER SHOT IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD. I WAS TURNED DOWN BECAUSE I DIDN'T HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. THERE IS NOTHING IN POLICY THAT MANDATES AN APPOINTMENT. I TRIED UNSUCCESSFULLY FOR 3 MINS. I WENT TO WALGREENS ON MONTROSE AND RECEIVED MY COVID-19 BOOSTER WITH NO PROBLEM. EVERY TIME I TRY TO SUPPORT MY BLACK NEIGHBORHOOD ITS ALWAYS A CHALLENGE.

The pharmacy need extra help because every time go to drive threw or inside I have to wait 15 to 25 minutes to get service. Yes your company have the fund's to hire but your sorry ass manager said don't need it.Yes this is sad poor customer service to me a cancer patient and others is bad.Please hire some help before I take my business elsewhere.

What is the point in using the automated system for refills, if you get here AFTER THE TIME THE AUTOMATED SYSTEM SAYS IT'S GOING TO BE READY, and they say, "we don't have it. The system didn't process it." This is the second time this has happened and it's a huge inconvenience. Either call and speak to someone or refill it online.

Wish i could put a 0.... went on a Sunday at 8:42pm needing contact eyedrops. Store hours says they close at 9pm... they wouldn’t let me go in anymore. I explained i needed eyedrops for contacts and the lady completely ignore me.. pharmacy nor any business should close more than 15 mins prior to their closing time

So many people share bad experiences but the 2 young ladies that worked early this evening deserve to be acknowledged. Great customer service, very engaging and so helpful. I unfortunately don’t remember their names but they worked in photo and the front register. Keep up the great attitudes and work ladies!!!

Worse Walgreens ever I only go here for the convenience but there is absolutely no convenience here besides the drive I refuse to keep going here i never get prescriptions unless I wait days I order on the app and they keep it processing never upload it on the app there more but I will end it here

The pharmacist is racist and flat out told me that she wasn't filling anymore black prescriptions today. Hell you work in a black neighborhood. Then she laugh and said just kidding. Not funny at all. Lied and said she called the clinic and they denied my prescription.

With the exception of the pharmacy manager. Pharmacy techs including other pharmacists are very rude, customer service is obsolete and they talk to you as if u are bothering them. Sad low income neighborhoods have to deal with such service.

This is the worst location ever! The pharmacy is ALWAYS a hassle. It doesn't matter what time or what day you go, be prepared to wait at least an hour. Even if you're just picking up! I hate this place!!

Got a prednisone script for my 10 yr old. QTY 5. DIRECTIONS SAYS GIVE 2 PER DAY FOR 5 DAYS... THAT EQUALS 10 if you ask me. Now with that said if I did not have common sense I could OD this child.
