"I love this Walgreens! Always greeted when I walk in, friendly service, great location and the pharmacy staff is terrific! They answer their phone without a long hold time and they are super helpful! One staffers (I think he said his name was Craig) saved me over 1/2 on a medication for my dog that was called in by my vet"
"I don’t often write review but just happened to google map for a nearby Rx to get prescription filled for my young child and found this location"
"I have mixed feelings about this Walgreens"
Giving 5 stars would give more if it was an option. I went in to buy a few beauty products and was very genuinely greeted by a beauty consultant named Nique T. She was very cheerful and welcoming. She immediately offered assistance to help me find whatever it is I had come in to look for. I did request for assistance to find a particular product that would do multiple things and maybe even some magic, LOL. She was very honest and very knowledgeable about various product lines and what would work best for my skin type. She showed me a few different options that would fit in my budget, and that would be beneficial to my skin. You could tell she was not trying to upsell, she was just trying to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for and made sure I had a great customer experience in her store. She even went above and beyond, and went to the register while I was paying to make sure I receive the promotional discounts that were being offered at this time. If you’re looking for any type of beauty products I would highly recommend you call the store and make sure she is available, she will demo products on you and make sure you like it and even let you go outside with a mirror so you can see how the make up looks in true light.
If 0 star is allowed, I would give 0 star. Do not go to this Walgreen unless you do not care about your life!!!! I had 4 prescriptions filled in last week. After a week, I counted the numbers of the prescriptions and found out one is not correct, some pills are missing even though the qty on the prescription label is correct. It made me scared, what if they give me the wrong prescription. It has been on the news that Walgreens gave out wrong prescriptions. I went to the store and talked to the Pharmacy Manager just want to remind them a sloppy work could cost people's lives. Quote from the Pharmacy Manager Emily, "there are always human mistakes, it is just a counting error. I assure you the prescriptions are correct. You may always chose other facilities. It is your option." Meaning, sloppy work is normal in our pharmacy, no big deal. If you are not happy, go to other pharmacy. We do not care. If you die because of the wrong prescription, you are just an unlucky one. Good lucky to other customers still go to this pharmacy.
I love this Walgreens! Always greeted when I walk in, friendly service, great location and the pharmacy staff is terrific! They answer their phone without a long hold time and they are super helpful! One staffers (I think he said his name was Craig) saved me over 1/2 on a medication for my dog that was called in by my vet. He pulled up a coupon, without me asking, and asked if I’d like to use it. From $109 to $43! That’s great service!! Joe, at the check-out station, is always so friendly and fun. He makes small talk and goes out of his way to help. I had a return to handle 5 minutes after a purchase. Joe was pleasant and very courteous. He never made me feel bad for my return request. My Grandmother loves Joe too. He is always helpful and kind. She asked me to add her 2 cents on this review. You can tell he truly enjoys people and bringing a smile to everyone's face. Joe, you are appreciated by both of us and I am sure so many more!
I don’t often write review but just happened to google map for a nearby Rx to get prescription filled for my young child and found this location. From all those negative reviews, I didn’t expect much. To the contrary, I was very impressed by the courteous of the staff. They got prescription filled very quickly. The manager, I think her name was Emily was very nice and took the time (and they were very busy) to explain us about the medication. We walked out in less than 15’ and headed home. We only use very few prescriptions over the year, but knowing we have a pharmacy and pharmacist that we can trust, it’s very comforting. We’ll come back again. It makes me think it would have been unfair had I believe those negative reviews and did not give this pharmacy a chance. Every situation is different. I believe we tend to complain more and exaggerate thing abit when we don’t find or get what we want.
I have mixed feelings about this Walgreens. Some of the employees are so nice, but they aren’t very organized or systematic. More than once, I have ordered photo prints online, gotten a text that they were ready, and come to the store only to find they weren’t ready. Whenever this happens, the employees I talked to were not very friendly. Another time, I picked up prints and had to go back because an employee had cut out one of them and failed to put it with the rest of my prints. Lastly, I dropped off a disposable camera to be developed and was told I’d be notified when it was ready. 3 weeks went by, so I called them just to find they were and had been ready. Nobody had called or texted me to let me know. A couple of the employees are really so friendly and outgoing which helps make up for the lack of organization, but hospitality isn’t everything.
I would give 0 star of I could. The manager at this location was extremely rude and did not effectively help her struggling staff when he was trying to process my flu vaccination. After finally processing it, I waited for the manager for several minutes and eventually had to follow-up (they were not attending to anyone at this time). Also wanted me to forcefully roll up the fitted sleeves of my dress so that she could quickly give the flu shot. Lastly after reluctantly giving the shot in their private room, she shook the needle against my skin - making it hurt, finished up, and rushly walked off after saying "all done" - I asked her why and she said it's just her technique.... She is extremely rude, absolutely no empathy and extremely unprofessional. She should not be dealing with humans and probably better off in front of a computer.
This was us waiting in line in the drive thru lame for the pharmacy. This is where Walgreens is conducting their Covid-19 tests in conjunction with a biotech lab named PWH Health. I did my test on a Thursday and got my results back the next day late Friday evening. Unfortunately my results came back as positive! Despite the positive test result, I was still rather impressed with the efficiency, speed , competency, and safe and sanitary process in which my test was administered. That being said I don't feel too, too terrible, as I thought and was expecting this viral scourge to be much more virulent and decimating than it has been, although I am only 3 days into outwardly displaying the symptoms. Anyways,. Thank You Walgreens for always being my " Go- To Pharmacy"!!
Amazing how difficult this pharmacy made getting a prescription filled from an out-of-state doctor for a family member while they were traveling. It took 5 days, multiple calls, a couple filed complaints, and finally the pharmacy manager was able to help me get it filled. Kept being told that it was 'the law' that they couldn't fill the script yet could never tell me which law. Or they couldn't fill it because the doctor wasn't within 50 miles or they weren't licensed to practice in Texas. Amazing. Want to expand on the above. Since filing complains I have been contacted by Walgreens (that is nice), however the email provided for the manager of the store to discuss the situation was invalid (not nice). So another complaint filed.
EVERY month there is a problem. Meds that me, my husband and dad take EVERY month. We call ahead of time to make sure everything will be ready for pick up. NOT ONE TIME have we EVER gone to pick up our meds and they were all ready. I can’t imagine how much of my time is wasted calling to make sure we can get our meds. They actually put me on hold once and left for lunch! Another time I use literally walking up to the window and they pulled the shades down 2 minutes before their lunch break. Just once I would like to pick up our meds and not have a problem. It’s just beyond frustrating. Is there no one in charge of this pharmacy?
Horrible pharmacy! They barely speak english and never have medicine in stock. The pharmacist and staff are rude and incompetent! I switched my prescriptions here because it's $20.00 cheaper per refill over H-E-B due to insurance but I am switching back to H-E-B. It is worth the the extra money to get someone that cares and knows what they are doing! Also, they just yell out all your personal medical history and prescription information for the whole store to hear, a major HIPAA violation! I will be writing a letter to the Board of Directors and CEO! Also filing a HIPAA report.
Been using this place for 10+ years. Go straight from emergency room and wait in line with one person in front of me at 9:46 PM. Need one set of eye drops. Wait 10 minutes to get to register for them to tel me they are closed. At 9:56. Eye is swollen shut and all six of them say there is nothing they can do because they are closed. If you close at 9:56 please update signs and website. Terrible customer service. In severe discomfort and all 6 employees are more worried about punching the clock. Will never spend a dime at Walgreens again. Absolutely atrocious customer service.
The associates need training. I went to this location third times and each time, I had a horrible experience. 1. The associate could not locate my information so I could use coupon. When I asked if she was new, she rudely said no. I just walked out without buying anything. 2. The second time, they were out of an item that they should not have been out of. 3. The third time, I decided to try curbside pickup and no one came out. Horrible place. Do not shop here!
Rude, incompetent pharmacy. Poorly managed. Was treated so egregiously in drive through that I pulled around to go into store. Manager was there but never came out. I called corporate to report the incident and gave detailed report. Never heard back or had any follow up. Scary that these people have my personal information. No accountability at this Walgreens. Switched to a different Walgreens but only because my insurance requires me to use Walgreens.
I went to this Walgreens location for a flu shot. I was told I need an appointment. Which I understand. Strange thing is the young lady at pharmacy asked my insurance card and told me I need to pay $66 for free flu shot. I called my insurance company on my way back, my insurance company told me that is not true, I can use my card taking flu shot at any Walgreens. Employee at This Walgreens location is a lier.Worst Walgreens I have ever visited!
Why is your drive thru closed when the pharmacy is open??? There is a sign on the drive thru window that says the pharmacy is open but the drive thru is closed and customers have to walk inside if they want service. Why??? And the line inside the store for the pharmacy was horrendous both times I went inside today. Hire more people. Pay more if needed and rather than raise prices, take less profit.
The staff here, with the exception of one lady, who always seems to have the weight of the world on her shoulders and cant muster up a smile, has ALL always been courteous, professional and polite! I think the long waits at times are because they are a popular store in a popular area. I just try to remind muself that the person in front of me may be more in need their medicine quicker than I do mine.
Customer service is on point. Cashier was extremely nice to older customer in front of me in line. They even opened up the 3rd register which looked like the “make up” register and the woman here saw me buying dog food and even asked about my dog. got some winners working here. I do not know the name of the two employees but I came in 8-7-18 and checked out at 3:39pm.
Oh my God. Slow. Incompetent. There are 7 people now in line because they have been dealing with one person for 19 minutes. No one thinks to open another line. No one thinks to help out the guy at the register who can't figure out how to use it? Now it's 20 minutes and I expect another 10 due to the conversation at the counter. No one is managing the situation
Pharmacy was an S show on my last visit. I came to receive a vaccination. After a 20 minute wait due to a down printer, I was offered a different vaccine before I corrected the person behind the counter. Waited for another 20 minutes with no clear timeline other than saying the pharmacist would get to me. I will make a point never to return to this location.
Do NOT get your photos/cards or anything similar printed here. I tried twice and both times it came out like their printer was running out of ink. The second time the cashier was incredibly rude because I stated the invitations were cut uneven and all different. Ended up using an online service and MAGICALLY they printed perfect and evenly.
The store its self is the same as all Walgreens and the staff is pretty nice. The pharmacy is horrible. They take twice as long to fill prescriptions and the staff is pretty rude. Wendy Gomez has an attitude from hell, not sure why she chose to work with customers. I will gladly drive further to not have to deal with them again.
Worse, Pharmacy ever nobody’s willing to help you the pharmacist doesn’t know where anything is at the technician is lost. Also doesn’t know where any of the product is at they called for somebody else to help me from the front of the store. That doesn’t know anything about pharmacy medicine Waited 20 minutes and then left
Today I went to the Walgreens with my friends and when I denied to buy my friend a candy, the cashier behind the register offered some of his own money to pay for my friend. I didn’t get his name but it was an older black male. He was extremely kind and deserves a raise! Hope this gets to the right people.
Walgreens store has decent hours of operation. (8am to 10pm) weekdays. Pharmacy closes earlier. Friendly store staff and Nicole, the beauty consultant here, can do priceless work for women of all ages. Between cvs down the street and this Walgreens, I choose this Walgreens for my every day needs.
Slowest pharmacy around, despite the fact they have 3+ associates working behind the counter. If you are behind 1 person in line be prepared to wait 10+ minutes to even be seen. Horrible location, they should retrain all pharmacists here in their job duties as well as customer service.
Prescription sent since yesterday and you come to pick up and they don’t have it ready they ask you to wait 20 min. 40 minutes later and they still don’t have it ready and ask you if you wanna pick it up later even though you have been waiting here the whole time. Terrible service
All pharmacists were 15 minutes late Sunday February 28. Unfortunately, we were a few minutes early and decided to wait. While waiting for them to arrive, we got a text from saying prescription was ready to pickup. You can't make this stuff up!!!
2nd trip back for simple blood pressure refill. Wrong. Came back next day, Wrong. 3rd time the charm. Got a damn bill for 18.39 when my insurance says 4 bucks for generic. I gave 2 stars because I only had to come back thrice.
The manager Daniel doesn’t know what he’s doing and he hardly helped when the cashier needed help he left and the transaction hadn’t even went through yet. He seriously needs some training he’s rude and unhelpful.
I’ve literally been on hold several times with the pharmacy for 30+ minutes at a time and then they hang up on me. Even tried calling at 9:30pm thinking it would slow down…nope. No one will answer the phone.
Pharmacy rude and incompetent. Telling me a medication doesn't come in generic despite me showing them proof of it otherwise. Had prescription changed to different pharmacy without issues.
Worst pharmacy experience I have ever had. Period. Rude staff, refused to help, one guy with glasses will just close the window instead of helping. Never using again.
This is the SLOWEST pharmacy. They take FOREVER to fill prescriptions. Very disappointing. It is worth driving farther for a better pharmacy. Hard to find these days.
This Walgreens Pharmacy gave me the wrong info about my available refill, so I suffered for 4 days without my medication. (Thanksgiving Day & the following 3 days.)
The drive through is slow. It takes more than 5 minutes per vehicle and they do not have the staff to support both lanes so it's one at a time.
This pharmacy is very slow, the pharmacist is slightly rude and no one here is personable. Lots of cars in the drive through just drove off.
If I could give it zero, I would. I’m surprised that people with doctoral degrees work here.
The so-called Pharmacy couldn't care less about their customers.
Gave my prescription away to the wrong person
The best
