Had an extremely awful experience with someone who identified himself as the manager. I was picking up a DoorDash and asked for an extra bag the person again who identify themselves as a manager, told me several times they were low on bags. I showed him my phone so he could see that it was a DoorDash and the two 2 Liters that I bought. We’re going to fall through the bag as this location does not have curbside parking and sometimes you have to park a couple of blocks away, to make a long story short. He was rude and very ignorant to say the least. Before I got out the door of the items fell completely out of the bag. I’ve made a complaint with the corporate office, and I will be awarding them with the worst customer service award. I DoorDash at this location several times a week and have been doing so about two years I have never had that kind of experience nor will I ever experienced that again. Not as a DoorDash driver, nor as a Walgreen customer from now on it’s CVS all the way for me and anyone that I come in contact with. Normally this location has super customer service but not today
I came in @ 935pm to grab some ice cream and posters I had printed. I rushed to get out so they weren't staying late for me. I asked for my posters. They handed me one tube. I drive 3 minutes home. Mond you I left about 950pm. Look at the posters and they weren't all there. I was charged for them all. I tried calling So I didn't drive there for nothing. They wouldn't answer the phones. Then, I get there at 10:03pm...yes 3 minutes after closing...my stuff was already paid for. All they had to do was walk to photo and get it. But, nope. They said I had to come back in the morning. Had they made sure they were all there before I left...that wouldn't have been an issue. See you tomorrow!
Security guard came through telling all guests to get into a single line. Not an issue. I was directly behind the person in front of me that he had no problem with. I was in the Navy and went to public schools so I'm relatively sure I know what a line is. One person behind the other. This was somehow insufficient. I have no idea what this guy was trying to accomplish by getting belligerent with me (um... I AM THE ENFORCEMENT HERE AND I TOLD YOU TO GET IN LINE) and putting his hands up at me. My next call, after the manager, is the security company concerning little man and his Napoleon complex. Regardless, I won't shop at this store again.
In town for the weekend and needed something from the pharmacist that my doctor called in, took an Uber all the way up town to get it and the pharmacy is closed on weekends (even though website says open till 7pm). Checked out their over the counter selection and it’s slim pickings, like literally trash. I think my local gas station has a better selection. I normally do not vent, but this is unreal. There are no other local pharmacies around and I always trust in Walgreens to be open and this one was not. I’m beyond extremely disappointed in this Walgreens location. If I could rate a -5 I would. Now going find a CVS. ✌
While all Walgreens are completely incapable of counting to 30, 60, 90 or any number in a timely fashion, this location also lacks the ability to extend common courtesies (examples include "hello," "thank you" "you're welcome"). It was one of the worst customer service experiences of my life, and I regularly visit establishments in which customer service is a key success factor. Thank God I live in Birmingham, where it doesn't take an hour and fifteen minutes to count to 30 twice!
This Walgreens is adequate at best. It’s like a drugstore - convenience store hybrid. They have all the basics but that’s about it. I’ve needed up here on a few occasions on multiple trips to Nashville and it is hit and miss as to if they have what you are looking for. Sometimes they just don’t carry it. Sometimes they are out of stock. The hours are also short so plan accordingly. It is the closest pharmacy to Broadway so know it’s here if you need basics.
Pharmacy is a joke. Every time I visit to get a prescription, something is messed up to where I can’t get my meds. (Computer systems down, no internet, etc.). I gave the place 3 attempts and I’m over it. Final straw, I go to get pain meds for a surgery and they don’t have them and tell me I’d have to find another Walgreens that has them. They wouldn’t be able to help me in that search because their phones are down. What a joke
Line was very long and I saw a cashier over by the photo dept. so I walk over hoping I would get the two items I have cashed, cashier told me photo only which I am not sure of because I work at Walgreens and at my store if the line is too long we help customers regularly over by the photo I don’t see what was the big deal it’s not like a had a cart full of items. Staff members should show more urgency towards the customers.
At the cash register, Alesia carried on a 35 minute conversation with a lady while the only other register person attempted to wait on 15 customers in line. When I finally got to her for checkout, she carried on a conversation with the " security " person who had walked up to the counter beside me. Ad I left another lady who was not in the check out line walked up and they were talking when I left.
Very convenient location for downtown, unfortunately they are only open until 7 pm!?!?! Would suggest to corporate to lengthen open times, as there is always a line at this location. Don't go here in a hurry, ie. lunch break. Located in the old Arcade downtown.
Close early, so plan ahead. Long line every time I dropped in, be prepared to wait. Be nice to the cashier, they have non stop rude tourists. Great for essentials and snacks. Wish they kept 24pk water in stock, ran out during July every day I was there.
Pharmacy is terrible. I work downtown so thought I’d get my doctor to send prescription here. They said they didn’t get it and it was “lost in space.” I called my doctor, they confirmed they sent it so I changed it to Publix and got it in 20 minutes.
What's with all the complaints about this place?? Be thankful there's a major pharmacy chain in your downtown. Was desperately looking for a CVS, rite aid, anything, and this fit the bill. Was later informed there's a dollar general
Pretty scarcely stocked & drab looking but this location came in handy when I forgot to pack socks for my trip! They also have some decently overpriced snacks available when you’re looking for a carb fix after partying all weekend.
Very friendly staff. Nothing but courteous every time I go in. Even during the hustle and bustle of the lunch hour rush, they still take the time to ask me if I need help. Very busy from Noon-1:00PM, but they handle it with class.
Employee blocking the aisle refused to acknowledge me when I said "excuse me" two or three times. You rarely meet people so rude or self-absorbed. There are quality employees here who don't deserve to work with someone like that.
Rude staff. The cashier here went out of his way to be an a hole. Never in my many visits to the US have I had an experience like that. I’d find any other pharmacy than this one if it’s possible.
Horrendous customer service, excellent location. They are busy and they know it. The checkout staff seem to act like they are doing you a favor to be there. Self checks would be a great fit here!
I like this store cause it's something good that person can find in downtown especially when you have no time to go to Walmart. Benadryl was good by the way, it really helped
Went in and asked to use a restroom. That ended up being a mistake on my part, as they had Metro trespass me for life from this location. For asking to use a restroom.
Convenience is what it is. I can come in and get my medicine and what I need while I am downtown taking care of business. Everyone there is always helpful and smiling.
Can find enough items for your office working time which you need to get by till go back home. But price are little higher than any other place.
Needed a perscription filled, it says pharmacy closes at 5:30pm but it's closed early. Do t depend on this place except to be disappointed
The pharmacist and techs went above and beyond for me . Great, professional and caring customer service . Thank you for saving the day !
There was a cashier there who was sooooo hype about my having points and dollars to spend at Walgreens, she made the experience fun. :)
Left work early to get my meds from the pharmacy and they were closed early at 4:45 instead of the normal 5:30 with no explanation….
Creepy security guard likes to follow women around and take pictures of them! Never using this Walgreens again!
Only open till 7pm. The dumbest thing I have seen. Lazy people like this don't deserve to be in busisness
Was going to do Western Union but the guy told me they was closed do to have only two people on the line
This location closes at 7! Other than the less ideal hours this location is like any other Walgreens.
location parking is a nightmare but the store is always fully stocked and organized. Great service!
People looked at me as if i was going to steal, left my purchase at the counter. They close at 7!
Horrible. Waited in line for an hour literally had one cashier four people stocking floor. Crazy.
Pharmacy is closed sat and sun. No hours posted on website, or storefront or the pharmacy itself.
Of course there are always long lines. Downtown Nashville. Great staff, and very convenient
Very limited hours. Make sure when you need something, its in the middle of the day.
Good service, polite staff, convenient location. Sucks there's no public restroom.
Very rude pharmacist.if you don’t like dealing with people get a different job.
Needed something for a burn on my hand and they had everything that I needed!
My prescription was filled within 10 minutes. Very nice staff as well.
Lines were long and moved slowly. Store was overall kinda in disarray.
Very long lines most of the time with only 1 or 2 cashiers working.
I like I can walk through arcade walkway and go right to walgreens.
I love shoping there because everyone is nice and they respect you.
Pharmacy is great. Rob, the pharmacist is very nice and helpful.
Always a long line to cash out, never enough people working!
Staff is friendly, but why do you all close so early??
Friendly quick service. Right in front of bus stop.
Marie was extremely sweet and helpful!
Understaffed, slow, rude pharmacists
Convenient location. A little dirty.
Horrible management and employees.
Closed on Sundays.....really??
Convenience at its best
