This is by far the worst Walgreens in America. I have been a customer here since I was a kid and the recent visits to the pharmacy have been the most disrespecting experiences I’ve ever dealt with when it came to customer service. I had prescriptions called in twice and the partially filled one, no phone call either and then when I went to pick up the remainder after I got the notification on a Sunday they told me they voided it out of the system. No phone call or notification for that either. Then had my doctor call it in again, and it never got filled, then the lady behind the counter was extremely rude when I asked what the problem was. She could barely speak English in her explanation, it was just poor grammar and when I asked what the alternative was. This being a skin cream and I needed my fill before the 30 days with insurance, and without insurance I asked what the cost was. She said you can’t pay out of pocket? Huh? Then I asked again. What’s the cost? No response, and then I finally got sick of her talking and asked again; “how much was it?” She said $10, and I said that’s fine and then says “but I’m not going to fill it until I get back from lunch”. Lazy! Disrespectful, and has zero business working in that industry when people need their meds and they need them in a timely manner. Just awful how lazy people are these days. This location needs to be shutdown or turned into a CVS!

This pharmacy is insanely rude, not to mention they never have medications in stock. You get partial fills upon partial fills. They seem to take delight in making you wait. They'll tell you the script is ready but when you get there it hasn't even been started. They'll tell you to pull out of the drive thru and to wait for the notification that the script is ready. After an hour of not getting any notifications, you'll go back to the window upon which they'll say, "We have to order it so it'll be a few days," or, "We won't fill this until tomorrow even though your doctor told us to fill today." No mention of the fact that they had you sit in their parking lot and wait all this time and they had no intention of calling you to let you know there was no reason to wait. They never apologize or admit wrong doing. It's absolutely the horrible attitude that is the most upsetting. None of these people should be interacting with the public. I literally want to cry everytime I leave this place or get a call from them. Sometimes I do.

Showed up 5 minutes before they closed to grab 2 quick items. They didn’t let us in but then allowed 2 others in so we walked back up and the employee let us in, reluctantly. Spent 1 minute grabbing our items and the employee announces over the intercom for us to grab our items and check out. The cashier was very friendly but the manager, I’m assuming, acted as if we were causing him problems by purchasing items from the store. Not that we showed up and begged to come in, there was plenty of time left before they closed and we even checked out and we’re out of the store before the scheduled close time. Don’t close your store early and act like customers are in the wrong for coming to your store during scheduled business hours.

I have come to this Walgreens twice both times I set an appointment for Covid-19 vaccine the Pharmacist takes her sweet time as if your time is not valuable. I set appointment so I didn't have a long wait...I asked what the wait was for she(Pharmacist) said I'm not just giving shots I have prescriptions that I have to fill it is now 9:15 my appointment was at 8:45 and I am still waiting the last time I came I waited almost 1.5 for a shot don't come to this Walgreens the other staff is great but Pharmacist is snobby and uncaring and yes I did let her know that I made an appointment and had a job to get back to as well it literally took her 3mins to do 3 shots for people that were waiting.

As a dentist, I would not recommend going to this pharmacy. I have been trying to get a prescription filled for two weeks, and when they did fill it, they filled it wrong and insisted it does not exist in the dosage that my doctor called in. When I tried to return it, they refused to accept it which I understand but they also refused to refund me, despite the fact that this mistake is on their end and not that of the customer. Terrible customer service. Will never have prescriptions filled here again. And while the staff wasn't rude, I would not say they are friendly or helpful.

This Vanderbilt clinic is one of the worst I have experienced. Woman that answers the phone should not have the job! Very rude and mean, she said she was not working or doing anything else after a family member signed it at 3:15 pm! He had to call to see how much longer, she told him she was done for the day. What kind of people does Vanderbilt hire for these little clinics? I will never tell my family or patients to ever go here again. Vanderbilt step up your game and get people that wants to work! Pathetic. If I could leave a zero star, I would.

This wallgreens is ten times better than my concord they ordered the correct meds for me. Miss Mya actually ordered my activis Elizabeth subtext for me and I am so happy to drive the extra 45 minutes to see her she's such a professional nice godly lady that I genuinely look forward to seeing every week this wallgreens is always the best and fastest. Miss Mia has been an Angel to my son Joshua chance patton he chooses to drive to her no matter the store she is she r gently took over after Adam left the gentlemen who ordered his activis Elizabeth subutex for him.we can tell a huge difference in how grateful we are to have received such a godsend woman that makes this store the best yet.we pray she orders teva for us but she goes out of her way to order for us Patton’s and we’re so grateful for the pharmacy and you alls team.

I've been coming here at least once a month to get my prescription, and I dread it each time. The pharmacy staff are very rude and non responsive. Even after I get notification that my prescription is ready I still have to wait for them to fill it. The pharmacy ladies seem to always be annoyed when I ask them questions about the medication. You can never get through to them on the phone. It always takes forever for someone to acknowledge you at the counter.

It's a shame that we've opened our arms @700 Gallatin rd.Nashville location. Many residents in our neighborhoods are low income and depend on discounts like Goodrx! However today even w the savings card our Rx is more than last month due to the price increase in drugs! We already miss RiteAid. At least a few of the original staff remain...We will be changing pharmacies asap.

My son started going to this store due to the wait time and they refused to order his medication he needs from teva pharmaceutical activis Elizabeth the main lady Mia gets his medicine ordered he has no insurance and since we changed the difference in my son is night and day. I pray Mia gets te raise se deserves an her whole team. A genuine blessing and worth the drive.

God only knows how some of these people became pharmacist. I waited about 12min in the drive thru line with SIX people in back and no customers up front before leaving. They told me to wait, proceeded to spend 12-15min preparing prescriptions and I finally left. With 6 people on staff you’d think one would work the window, one the front, etc.. not too bright of people.

The staff, if that's what they may think of themselves as. Should all go to a school of manners. No respect, no way of relaying courtesy. I wouldn't buy a piece of Bubblgum from this location. The Labcorps, corporation should rethink how to conduct professional business. This is by far the worst experience any human being should endure. Do t come here at all!!

I literally hate this walgreens. I have problems out of them everytime i have to pick up something from their pharmacy. Wait times are out of this world, they tell you that your prescriptions wil be ready at a certain time only to get their after the time given and still the prescriptions aren't ready, the pharmacy staff are rude af.

Worse place to try and get medicine for a loved one.Was not helpful at all acted like it was a problem to speak,explain or listen.The girl checking us out was way more helpful than pharmacists plus saved us over a 100 dollars by telling us about Goodrx.Would not refer for anyone to go to this particular walgreens!

The only reason this review is not a 5 star one is that it took a little bit of longer to find someone with keys to the case with the electric razors than normal due to the number of customers in the store. The young lady working the cash register went above and beyond to make up for it! I will be back!

I’ve only been here a few times, but the experience was always pleasant. The photo machine is easy to use. It takes a minute if you have a lot of photos. So be patient with it. There are some good deals on candies and snacks so keep an eye out for that. Pharmacy staff are friendly and helpful.

Really terrible experience with the pharmacy just about every time I call. After going to Rite Aid most of my life where I received excellent service no matter the location, I am shocked just how much worse this Walgreens pharmacy is. They are rude and unhelpful, especially on the phone.

The employee (wearing bright orange shoes) working on sept.20, 2021 around 5pm seems a little hostile. Loudly clapping her hands and making threatening remarks if you look her way. Been going there at least once a week for the past 5 years. Never felt so uncomfortable.

Everyone is friendly, polite and helpful. Store is always clean. And at least one pharmacist there is very honest. He somehow saw my prescription was short he caught me on phone as I was pulling out lot had me come back in and gave me rest of my medicine

Really bad service!!! The manager YELLED at me to leave the store 10 min before they closed, I need to say I entered to the store 20 minutes before they closed, people are really rude in this store, really bad experience.

I have been going to this store many years now and today was the first time I felt like a big inconvenience to them. It made me really sad and feel like their customer service is not important to them at all.

Do not use the express pickup line at this store. They don’t use it and I guess keep the sign up for $hits and giggles and are then rude when you point out that their signage leads you to that register.

The pharmacy is not perfect, but as a whole, this is a great Walgreens. The staff is always friendly, especially many of the ladies working at the front register! Some of the nicest people you’ll find.

The worst Walgreens ever. There’s always a delay on getting my prescription filled because they run out and then they never have my prescription filled even when they say it’s ready for pick up.

I have used the pharmacy for many years. They have always been very helpful and informative. The store is always very clean and everyone is so friendly.

I have finally had enough of the incredibly rude, unhelpful, and lazy pharmacy staff. Do yourself a favor and drive to the one up the road.

Not only do I find everything I need when I go there, the workers are helpful and kind. Love this Walgreens!
