If i could give them 0 stars i would. they’ve lost three of my disposal cameras and then mixed one of them up with another customers. They never updated me on the status of my photos and continue to tell me “due to covid our operations will take longer and get mixed up”. like seriously??? ur a huge company with so many employees keeping track of cameras should not be that difficult. they are the most unorganized, rude and unprofessional employees i have ever seen. the pharmacists in general have the worst attitude and never want to give me MY OWN prescription because i’m a minor. one actually came up to my mother TODAY and told her to go home because they wanted to close early. she was the last person in line and three people were ahead of her which made no sense at all. i hope this walgreens closes and they put up a CVS or walmart cause they have better service, more variety in products and simple organization skills. don’t let these employees and bots giving “good” reviews trick you, every sane person knows this is the worst pharmacy and walgreens in nashville.
I have used this store for many years, but the last six months have been frustrating. I get messages that my prescriptions are ready only to drive over, wait in line, and find out that they really aren't ready and that they don't even have the medication in stock. This has happened multiple times. The lines are getting longer and they now close down for lunch because they don't have enough employees. I've heard that pharmacists keep quitting. Perhaps the company should investigate why they keep losing employees and make corrections to the work environment. After using this Walgreens since they opened, today I switched to on-line prescriptions.
Had covid vaccine appt, which I set up on line two days prior with all supporting documents. Went for my appt, and they said they were out. No one called me, and pharmacy staff were unfazed and hanging around chatting and not working. This appt was 420 on April 5th. There were 5 time slots avail after me when I made my appt, and I would guess all of these people were equally inconvenienced. I went to Publix instead, where appt was seamless. Mark Fili
Had a covid booster appointment with supporting documents filled out...arrived...waited to check in even though I was the only person there for a booster...had to fill out all paperwork for a second time as they couldn't print out a hard copy...waited for the forms to get to me...waited to turn them back in...55 minutes later I finally got my booster. What a mistake...NEVER will go again...it's back to the good good service at Publix for me.
Truly the WORST pharmacy I have ever been to. Had to go back 4 different times in one day after getting a text that my "prescription is ready for pickup" but somehow wasn't ready. No one in there knows what they are doing and you can tell. I will never be going back to this location, and you shouldn't either. I hope this place closes
After using another walgreens for anything I have chosen this one and it was a good decision. This walgreens was able to answer my questions about my medication and without laughing at me as a patient. Francesca was extremely helpful and answered every question the other walgreens on Charlotte pike 37209 did not.
The Walgreens pharmacy on Harding Pl (across fro. ACE Hardware) is awful. I have been dealing with them for years and have had numerous issues over the years. Today was no different and I shall NEVER use them again.
COVID booster experience was disappointing. Had to answer eligibility questions three times. Waited an hour even with an appointment. Don’t seem to care that they are so inefficient.
First visit to this pharmacy and didn’t have correct insurance info. Shonta and Rachel went above and beyond to get the information even calling the insurance help line for me.
I LOVE WALGREENS! they have the best of everything.. idc that it's a bit more expensive than Walmart or other stores alike! I've spent 400$ in a Walgreens before! …
Accused me of putting items in my knapsack and trying to steal them as I was walking out the door after I bought and paid for $24 cold medicine lmfao garbage security
good Service, and there is one person i did not like, she was very rude, and told me how to hand her money. Found that very disturbing. other than that it is fine.
Do not use for Vanderbilt Health - very disorganized for that purpose, very long wait though we had made an online appointment ahead of time.
Waited for an extremely long time for covid booster. Had an appointment and didn’t get my shot until 30 minutes after that time.
Always happy, smiling faces on employees. They enjoy helping the customers. Very clean, well kept store.
Don't bother calling. Worth customer service imaginable. can't even answer basic questions.
Very nice gentleman working up front and my online order was ready in probably 10 minutes!
It’s always a good experience at this Walgreens- both in the store and in the pharmacy
Pharmacy is slow and customer service lacking. Other pharmacies nearby are better.
They don’t pick up the phones. And when they do they just hang up
Friendly and helpful staff
Pleased with this store.
Always a pleasure
