Pharmacy is the absolute worst I’ve ever experienced. I read past reviews and decided on another pharmacy due to the horrible reviews. Then I thought I’d give them a chance. Wow was I wrong. Rude, had me come back twice for the meds, second time I returned they said they have no time to fill it and another was on backorder (lies since the one down the street had it in stock) then told me they were done with work and were closing up. They abruptly told customers they only get paid until 8pm and they were DONE…”move out of the way we are closing our windows!”. Some elderly people may have needed their meds and these pharmacists could care less. Terrible how they treat their customers. It obviously shows since I’m not the only one with all the terrible reviews. Some have even named Tiffany as the one with negative customer service and she STILL works there!

I Needed to return items and had my receipt and credit card and had just made the purchase a few days ago. The night manager Gary Mason, not the Gary during the day who is absolutely amazing, said he “couldn’t” refund my credit card then got upset when I questioned why. He proceeded to follow me as I went to the pharmacy, attempted to intimidate me and threatened to kick me out of “his store.” I told him to call the police if he wanted me to leave because I did nothing but return unused items and request a refund. That finally got him to stop. It’s disgusting that this man feels that he can intimidate women who don’t fit his profile of who belongs in Brentwood. He then continued to yell at me that he was the manager when I asked for the head manager’s information. Absolutely disgusting.

Terrible pharmacy customer service! The man and woman working April 18, at 3pm. Unbelievable, very rude. The lady helped me by pulling a prescription over from another pharmacy and told me it would be ready in 30 minutes. My teenage daughter was in the car and heard it also. We came back in 30 mins and the man said “the other lady told me it would be ready another hour because that’s what she told me”. No, she didn’t say that, she said 30 minutes. Not accommodating at all or accepting fault. If they would have said we clearly messed up, I would have been much more understanding. During this time it’s essential to not be out and yet they aren’t appreciating their customers during this time!

HORRIBLE AND VERY RUDE MALE PHARMACIST. REFUSING TO FLL MY PRESCRIPTION WHEN I HAVE THE FLU AND THE MEDICINE IS A NON-NARCOTIC MED. I WOULDNT RECOMENNED THIS RX TO ANYONE! The male pharmacist wouldn't even tell me why he wouldn't fill the prescription. he said the same thing when i asked over 5 questions replying "Im not comfortable filling this rx" I HAVE THE FLU AND AM VERY ILL/SICK! He was very rude and unpleasant. He should definitely be fired, if not have his pharmacist license revoked. Worst Pharmacist ever.

Do not shop at this Walgreens. Ther are Romania women. Outside/Inside store begging for money or people to pay for ther stuff. They follow you around Outside and I side begging. And Walgreens allows them to prey on older folks. Walgreens allowed did not stop. A older lady paying for ther stuff. Then immediately try returning. SHAME ON YOU WALGREENS

Absolutely the rudest service at this Walgreens Pharmacy. Tiffany condensing, unprofessional, rude, and absolutely a disgrace to the profession. While I realize the world is short staffed, being professional and treating others with dignity is bare minimum. I will NEVER be back.

While in the pharmacy line they closed for lunch directly in our faces then laughed saying “look at their faces”. Fully ignored us, pretending we were not even there. Rudest experience I have ever had at a pharmacy, I will never return and recommend no one else does either.

Trying to recognize the good with the bad. Compared to other Walgreens, this location seems to be much more on top of things. Certainly have their areas for improvement but genuinely one of the better WBA stores I’ve been to in terms of service.

I used to work here, rude and pathetic narcissistic staff members at cashier and in the pharmacy so disappointed with their own miserable lives they try and take it out on everyone else real certified losers.

I would have to say this store is clean and very friendly. Never have had any problems. But when there is ,Managers allways are more then happy to help .best walgreens I been in to.

Do not get prescriptions here! Consistently 2 and 3 Times higher price than other area pharmacies. Also refused to honor GoodRX on my last visit. staff has terrible attitude...

They were the only Walgreens in approximately a 30 mile radius that had my meds in stock. Staff was nice, so from now on I will not be going anywhere else.

For the most part a very friendly and helpful staff. Never had the problems here I've had with the group at Nipper's Corner.

They have the bathrooms closed permanently at this location. The bathrooms work fine but won't let people use them.

They are more on the ball than other Walgreens. Not saying much, but -- they are a bit better than most.

Despite their website and interior wraps advertising so, this location does not do passport photos.

Great team. The crew in the pharmacy is always on top of things and very helpful.

Unfriendly and unhelpful when trying to get help in the pharmacy.

Great early morning service with a smile. Quick, clean.

Prescriptions are always ready and techs are kind.
