ON Sunday, February 16, 2014, I went to return two items to Walgreen at Hamilton Church Rd. Antioch TN, the cashier asked if I have the receipt. I said no, but I have my card; this card supposed to be tracking your purchases to reward you with points. Manager came over and claimed that this reward card cannot be used to refund merchandise, the manager have to issue a store credit. I said fine. The manager added you cannot use it for alcohol or tobacco or gift card. I said fine. After he handed me my store credit for the refund, I went to buy a dozen of egg. The cashier tried to ring it up and use my store credit, the computer would not let him. The manager has to come over again. I asked him egg is not beer or tobacco, why I cannot use it. He said it is the policy. You only mentioned beer, tobacco, and gift card, correct? He looked to his watch and said “Sir it close time I have to ask you to leave”. He kicked me out. Do you guys believe? This is one liar manager working for one Rip-off Company, sound like a very good match to me. When I went to make a purchase and give them my money, I did not tell Walgreen you cannot spend my money on this or you have to buy this. I just gave them my money in exchange of the goods. Now I am not satisfied with the merchandise, I need my money back! Sound fair to me. Hell no, not according to Walgreen. No refund, only store credit and only certain thing in the store you can buy. It is like a big list. No more business for Walgreen pharmacy or non-pharmacy. This is it Walgreen from my green.

This review is specifically about the pharmacy. I had a confirmed appointment to get my flu shot and COVID booster on 10/31 at 1:00 pm. When I got there, the pharmacy windows were shut with a sign that said, "We'll be back at 2pm". I walked around for 5 minutes just to find a Walgreens staff member. Once I did, they went to the back to talk to the pharmacy staff. They asked if I could come back at 2:00 pm instead due to "technical difficulties". I didn't have much choice. I came back at 2:00, expecting them to get me in ASAP because this was their mistake. I waited for 20 minutes, then they asked me to fill out paperwork. I said I already had filled it out online. I waited 20 more minutes. I was ready to go get my vaccine card back and leave. Then the pharmacist came out and brought me into the cubicle. He had a vaccine card with the name Sayid on it. He grabbed the syringe on top of that and almost gave me that person's vaccines!!! I said that was not for me! Without even apologizing, he found my syringe and gave it to me after I made sure it was the correct vaccines. It took ONE HOUR, and I finally got my vaccines after an almost really bad mistake. I will never go back here again.

I have been with Walgreens as a customer for years and this Walgreens pharmacy us the worst and should be an embarrassment for the corporate office . I have called numerous times for a med I was prescribed for severe debilitating migraines and I have now gone a month and a half without it . I called pharmacy because they charged a med to a different insurance besides the workers comp even after my husband questioned it and I was told oh well . I asked for the techs name she was rude and angry so I asked if she liked her job or not because of her attitude . I then asked for the managers name and she hung up on me . Yes I called back and she hung up again . I wil)be contacting corporate tomorrow and the way this pharmacy messes so much stuff they are going to end up killing someone everyone needs to remove their business and let them feel that crunch.... my business will be taken elsewhere immediately

Had my doctor send refill to this store on a Thursday. I went Saturday to pick them up. I went inside. There were 5 people sitting in the chairs. I asked if they were in line. Their reply was no. Their waiting on their pills. Two people were in the back. The phone was ringing non stop. I waited at the sign for ten minutes and got ignored. A guy comes up on the counted, cutting in line. The kid in the back asked want he wanted. His pills. They weren't ready. He said they were sent over Wednesday. The worker told him to wait for about 30 minutes. He didn't want to wait. Took off. I waited for 5 more minutes and was still ignored. The phone still ringing. I walked up to the coubt and asked if I can pick up my pills. One out 3 was ready I have to wait like everyone else. What is going on? Why are all these people waiting? Why didn't they answer the phone?

Normally my zolpudem and sertraline are given to me same time. On 26th i went thru pick up. I had given them copy of my prescription 3 days before. The girl at the window wanted to charge me a lot. I said what did u go thru my insurance? She saidxwait what are you used to oaying. Then when received the bottle said no refills. I went inside. Waited again. The same girl looked angry. She showed phharmacist and told me to take a seat. Pharmacist then gave me bottle back said he changed it in computer. By the time i got home i got a message saying my prescription was ready. I tried to call and couldnt get thru. Guess they put on shelf. Now i try to refill this month they say i cant puck up til 28th and then said the 29th. What the hell???

I give this pharmacy zero stars because they are horrible staff all the way around. When you pull up at the drive thru expect to be there atleast 20 minutes. Then when you get up to the window the staff is rude and short with you. They are very unconcerned with anyone's health issues and do NOT try to accommodate you with getting your needs met at there pharmacy. I don't recommend this pharmacy to a dog. If you are able please drive to the nearest pharmacy and miss the trouble ! Staff here should all be fired!

Sat in the drive thru for over forty minutes. Before you ask why i didn't go in, well, the last time i stood in line for thirty minutes...so might as well at least be able to sit down. They are consistent so there is their one star....consistently slow and terrible. I think the entire chain has a don't care attitude. Changing everything over to Publix, they seem to understand customer service. Always a 5 star experience there. I don't understand how a store can always consistently be as bad as Walgreens.

Walgreens as a whole deserves the ratings they get in my opinion (typically low). But the store @ 2909 Murfreesboro Pike in Antioch, TN. is an exception. Now I’m mainly talking about the actual pharmacy part of this store. Let me just say, they’re awesome. The ladies that work the front at the pick up/drop off area are so sweet and helpful. Regardless of how many “stars” the reviews show, I say they deserve all 5 stars! Thank y’all for being so awesome and understanding! Regards, Daniel

It has ben more than 5 times I am doing the online shop. Every time I purchase the stuff on online they will be in stock, but anytime that I am trying to go pick up they be like we don’t have this in stock we don’t have that in stock. They not trying to give ur coupons back. They make fun of me because I ask them a simple question. -0.0% to their service. I called the customer service they told me “ Oo no there’s nothing I can’t do for u try to go and talk to the manager”

Absolutely miserable and shameful pharmacy experience. If you can go anywhere else I recommend doing so. After 20 minute wait, I was given a COVID test with no instructions and told to complete and pull back around. Waited another 15 minutes just for the pharmacist to close the window for a lunch break with three customers in line. I understand that breaks are needed and guaranteed but this was a horrible waste of my time for absolutely nothing.

so if you ever get overcharged for medicine here, dont expect to see that money ever again. i went back in person and called the help center 4 times now just to be told the same thing which is “somebody will get back to you in 1-2 business days” but at this rate I’m convinced they never planned on getting back to me at all. Walgreens really needs the money that bad when they’re scamming people out of theirs via the pharmacy

Horrible the pharmacy people are very rude and need to be trained in customer service I went in to pick up a prescription and they closed the gate as I was walking up and I ask If I pick up my mom prescription real quick before you go to lunch and the women said I cannot it's policy And she kept walking I tried explain that I had to go to work and she hadn't had her meds in a couple of days and she just kept walking

Went to refill a prescription last week and all three people in the pharmacy were wearing their masks improperly--and these are members of the healthcare industry! Two had their masks below their noses and the female tech had hers under her chin, not even close to covering her mouth, let alone her nose. Yikes. They are all very nice but it is not a safe environment.

I’ve visited that store an hour ago getting my photos. I had an coupon for pictures. The Manager act like he did not want to put coupon in the system for me. He made all kinds excuses. Very rude to be someone’s Manager sad I call in a complaint on the Store and Manger. I will never visit that Walgreens ever!!!!

Very hard to get in touch with someone. They barely help you at all, don’t even make a real effort and then just sends you off to someone else which then results in another long wait time. Can’t even get my meds for the terrible pain Im in and just got my wisdom teeth pulled. Please dont go here. I learned my lesson.

It is absolutely ridiculous to have to wait 15-20 per vehicle in the pharmacy drive thru. If you are 4th or 5th in line it takes over an hour to get your prescriptions. Who has that kind of time??? Get real Walgreens at 2909 Murfreesboro Pk Nashville, TN. You are losing customers because you waste people’s time!

Worst Walgreens! I moved and needed to change pharmacies. The women had an attitude because they couldn’t find my prescription. Needless to say I’ll never be back and now I have to call all my doctors to change pharmacies. Thank you for growth because the way she was talking to me… she’s definitely crazy

I will never shop here again!! I think it was the assistant manager who helped me in photo and she made it obvious how much she hates her job ! it is a shame please find her a position in the back or somewhere in stock room because obviously she doesnt like helping people :)

The attendant at the photo section was very mean and disrespectful when we ask her to check the material she was using to print our poster. She roll her eyes at us and made a face as if we were stupid for asking that. Very disrespectful I hope someone writes to apologize.

Worst pharmacy!!!!!!!!!!!!! You call and they tell you they have your prescription, and they will fill it. Then you get there and they don't!!!!!!!!! They say you can't have it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No one who works there knows what they are doing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My 73 year old father received an insulin pen that was malfunctioning. It was his last supply of insulin. The staff was apathetic, told him they couldn’t help with a manufacturing problem, was not motivated to find a solution for a person who needs insulin to live.

THEY MADE ME fill a $50 script of celebrex (arthritis) before they would fill my other script. They said the Dr wrote the script that way... BS, I have gone to the SAME dr for years, taken the SAME drugs for years, NEVER had this before. I WONT GO BACK!

Great experience at this location's pharmacy! The wait was not ideal but that was overshadowed by the amazing staff. Very polite and genuine. They were also willing to help me out and save some money on my prescription. Great job!
