I have been getting the same medication for the past 10 years and usually have no issues besides them telling me it'll be another 20 mins for them to have my perscription ready which I understand. But this Guy with the Grey hair who is working in the pharmacy the past three days has withheld my medication from me, continuously telling me "come back in 20-30 minutes" multiple times a day the past 3 days making me sit in 100° weather for at least an hour total to get one simple medication. Even while I was Told to keep waiting to get mine over and over I noticed he was even telling other customers to come back to the pharmacy later and that they were busy. Um never in my life have I seen a Pharmacist soo busy they take days to fill a perscription. I don't know what this guys issue is but somebody there needs to resolve it.

Whether Walgreens just lied about having covid vaccine walk-ins, or this location is not holding up their part, my time was wasted either way. I could have made an appointment, just don't pretend like you're the easy option and then renege. Also, their "bike racks" are horrifically overengineered to the point of being practically unusable. I appreciate that they're there at all, but they could have spent a tenth the money for normal bike racks that work better (ie, at all) and hold more bikes. After screwing around with it for entirely too long (and reading the faded directions), I chained my bike to a sign Again, more of my time wasted to Walgreens' failures.

I scheduled an appointment for COVID shot. I went there on time. After I checked in and the staff grabbed my COVID record card, I was told to have a seat. I waited for 30 minutes. During this 30 minutes, at lease teens customers were served. I saw 4 Walgreens staffs were working in Pharmacy at that time. After I complained to the counter about my long waiting time, they started their shot check-in process for me. Then, I got the shot in 5 minutes. This Walgreens store doesn't respect customer's time. If I didn't complain to the counter, I probably had to wait for another 30 minutes. Terrible experience!

2 cashiers, 2 managers, all useless. Cashier Norita rude and clueless. Called manager and he basically said oh well and walked away without even attempting to calm a quickly turning heated experience...HE JJST WALKED AWAY! Turned out my q wouldn't scan because kleenex was on clearance but not marked on shelf. Had he just looked at the screen he would have seen that..just like I did. Repeated attempts at making a large purchase were all in vain. Left empty handed and very upset. Oh, and they wouldn't let me use the restroom. VERY VERY POOR EXPERIENCE!

After the cashier had to void my transaction THREE TIMES, found out we couldn't use two of our coupons per the store manager. We asked for clarification on this, none was provided. We walked out empty handed after an hour. I finally asked the cashier "why are hand entering the coupons when they scan?" She didn't know she was in the payment screen so no coupons would scan! I, being the customer knew this. Will not return!

I've been coming here for years and I guess they had a staff change, I love seeing the girls here they're always so nice, wonderful, and extremely helpful! They work super hard and keep the store as stocked as possible and it's very refreshing to see how much this store has improved since 2020 and covid hitting. I appreciate y'all, and the pharmacy has also improved quite a bit too!!

Took the Rapid Diagnostic COVID test yesterday morning & currently waiting past 30 hours without results. Tried calling twice & received same response: they asked for name & number; and said they'll call with results. Still no calls or emails. If you have any time sensitive concerns, avoid this pharmacy location. They're inefficient, unhelpful, and don't need the business.

The pharmacy workers were disrespectful. Waste of time. They ran my insurance without telling me that u wouldn't get half the services I scheduled for - preventing me from getting them anywhere else unless I pay over 100$. Why bother having people schedule for services that are unavailable and on top of that not informing or asking consent.

It's your standard, clean Walgreens. Their staff is very helpful. However, sometimes pharmacy service can get a little crowded. I prefer to use their drive-thru for this reason and they never disappoint! With a great selection of wines, toiletries, cards, pain medicines, etc., you will always find what you're looking for here.

Can be pricey at times but I love going there, especially 1 day after a holiday to get all my discounted candy. The people I have interacted with there have been AMAZING. Barbara is always friendly to talk to and Sharon went above and beyond for me when I was having issues with my photos. Excellent employees!

Absolutely terrible. Been trying to transfer the prescription all day. My new pharmacy that I have to change to due to insurance said they had to be on hold and then Walgreens just pick up the phone and hangs up. I have experienced this myself as well. Can't believe they can just get away with this.

I don’t understand why they are letting people come inside the store without face masks. There was like 5 younger people with no mask on and this is not right , a lot of older people attend to this location. They need to have a little respect of someone’s grandmas or grandpas life.

There is a low rating for this Walgreens pharmacy for a reason. Once the prescription is sent , when I go to collect the medicine, was told to come after 1 hour. After 1 hour, they say we don't have the medicine. Why can't they just check and tell then and there?

Sharon needs to be fired . she is a manager there and is very rude. Talks back to customers and most managers there do not like couponers . I'd rather go to another walgreens than to continue spending my money at this location because their attitude is trash .

I was there yesterday at the cosmetic department. I asked the cosmetic lady a question about a sale, she seemed annoyed and was very rude. Her name I think is Norita. If you don't have customer service skills, don't work where you have to deal with clients.

I went there to get a non-US passport photo. The staff there were very patient, helpful and kind as we worked to get what I needed. Pamela especially went out of her way to help me. Kudos to the staff at this location and thank you for your help!

SLOW! This needs to be one of the Walgreens they close! Horrible service, never seem to have what I need refilled- even though they notify me it's time to refill it! And they don't even bother with apologizing! Worst.Walgreens.Ever!

Nice Walgreens, the pharmacy is exceptional and when I print photos with them it is always fast and they always turn out beautiful. The lines can be long at times but the staff always opens up new checkout stands to help with it.

I went at 11 PM for printing documents and the employee said it’s closing time and when I mentioned that store closes at 12 AM he said we close at 11 even though the official store time is 12 AM

That's pretty much what you'd expect but you walk inside of a business Yah know. Good customer service, somebody on the floor checking the stock that can help you, stocked store etc. 3.5 stars

Bring your own chair if you are making a vaccine appointment. I had to wait for 2 hours to get a vaccine. Book your vaccine appointments else where. Horrible service. Super long lines.
