"Unhelpful pharmacy staff"
"Like another reviewer, I visited on a weekend, and the young woman at the counter ignored me and persisted in a conversation with the young woman at the opposite counter"
"Had a prescription called in and decided to call to see when it would be ready, they say Monday but can queue it and have it ready in an hour"
"I'm a type 1 diabetic"
"Two nite mgr’s on duty 08/02/23 was so disrespectful to myself as a customer, because I was upset about my picture magnets weren’t process , because they quoted, “Sir we don’t know how to do this, you will have to come back tomorrow during day shift !” Seriously?!?! Furthermore, Tina (one of the managers) told me that there’s plenty other Walgreens that I could to! I’ve spent hundreds of dollars in the photo department over the past two years for work functions, but I will do want Tina said—- find another Walgreens, & with the poor ratings & awful customer service, I hope this is one of the stores that Walgreens will close permanently!"
Unhelpful pharmacy staff. Rules and regulations outweigh and cloud common sense and caring. I needed 32 tablets to make 60. My 30 tablets a month, one a day, had just been increased by my doctor to two a day. I had the Rx filled two days ago, leaving me with 28. Somehow the Rx ended up at the Walgreens I used to use, an hour and a half from where I live. I received a phone call the Rx was ready. I called to see if it could be transferred to the Walgreens I now use. He said no, new Rx. Not really new, just altered, titrated for effectiveness. So I drove to get it. They say come back in 15 days from when it was last filled to get thirty more to make 60. Or, duh, they could give me 32 to make 60 today, since I am standing there in person. But, nope. Then surely they now can transfer it since I am here to pick up the Rx they said was ready. Nope. Come back in 15 days. All the driving is actually bad for adhesive arachnoiditis, so they are actually harming my wellness, not caring about it. They claim to be a part of my health care "team", but they're more of an obstacle to work through. With a great name like that, Dr. Maxwell, I'd hope for a bit more from you and your staff.
Like another reviewer, I visited on a weekend, and the young woman at the counter ignored me and persisted in a conversation with the young woman at the opposite counter. I finally said, “Can I get…” and she stopped me and kept chatting. I then said, “Are you seriously going to ignore me?”, to which she replied, “I’m having a conversation”. Then I talked with the young manager- absolutely no help. He felt the need to defend his employee, and sent her to work elsewhere in the store. This behavior, described in another person’s review, is unacceptable. I am shocked, and can say that I’ll never darken the door of this store again. What a brat. The manager was no help; when your employee causes a customer to become incensed, pay attention. Not everyone is a “Karen”. This happened 4/29/2023 at 4:00 pm FWIW.
Had a prescription called in and decided to call to see when it would be ready, they say Monday but can queue it and have it ready in an hour. I opted for this being as it was muscle relaxers and I was in pain. I go a whole hour after it’s supposed to be ready and they tell me “we will have this ready Monday (two days later)” I tell them I spoke to someone and she said today… fast forward I get a call, it’s ready. I drive there a second time after receiving the call and they had closed the pharmacy early due to weather. Of course I want everyone to be safe, but at least give me some sort of heads up you’re closing early if you’re going to call and say my prescription is ready not even 20 min prior. Very frustrating to say the least… and still in pain!
I'm a type 1 diabetic. It just took Walgreens almost 4 weeks to get my Humalog (fast insulin) filled. A constant back and forth, and they insisted over and over that my insurance needed a PA from the Dr., yet no amount of communication with Dr. could solve this. I even left a passive-aggressive message to Dr. honestly thinking he wasn't doing his job. Turns out, despite asking me exactly what my prescription is many times, it took staff almost a month to figure out they were trying to bill insurance for a pen instead of a vial. So it was Walgreens the whole time. Walgreens is why I've barely eaten for weeks, and have taken way too much Lantus, dealing with lows daily just so I can eat a little when I crash. I'm livid.
Two nite mgr’s on duty 08/02/23 was so disrespectful to myself as a customer, because I was upset about my picture magnets weren’t process , because they quoted, “Sir we don’t know how to do this, you will have to come back tomorrow during day shift !” Seriously?!?! Furthermore, Tina (one of the managers) told me that there’s plenty other Walgreens that I could to! Every time I go to get my prescription I have to wait unreasonable amount of time no matter if it is busy or not. The longest was 3days because they did not have the medication in the right milligram and they said they could not get ahold of the doctor. My doctor is never out of pocket for 3 days. If it where a life and death medication I guess they would let me die. And the techs have terrible attitudes
Worst Walgreens you could use in Nashville! They always mess something up. I waited in line for an hour to pick up my moms prescriptions, she’s on hospice care, only to be told THEY didn’t bill it correctly under the hospice. They then proceeded to tell me it would take another hour before the medications could be picked up because of THEIR issue. It’s not the first and you always have to wait forever.
The regular crew in the pharmacy is great. Just don’t go on weekends when there is nothing but smart mouth punks. Also made very rude and probably should get her fired, comment to me on the phone. They could care less about patients. I had to stand there at the counter until she finished her personal conversation with other worker and I am too sick to be here.
The store is dirty and unsanitary, there were roaches, several different bugs and the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Terrible customer service, rude managers, Especially the one that goes by Jimmy. He has/had a terrible attitude all the time and was never helpful, right along with Tammy. I wouldn’t recommend this store in a million years.
This is the expectancy of when you go to get medicine for a sick child. Techs are kind enough to not put the lid back on and leave you with not even enough for one dose. I'll be changing pharmacies and leaving this joke of a place behind. Meanwhile I need to figure out how to get the proper dosage for my 9 year old with strep
I have never been compelled to leave a review for a business until now. The pharmacy staff has been so rude that I immediately called my doctor to let them know we will need to send all future prescriptions to Publix. We need to put these employees in Chick-fil-A customer service training course. Do better!
Requested a particular cold medication availability and the gentleman there not only checked the availability there, which was negative, but actually took the time to search online for me in all other stores nearby. Definitely going above and beyond the call of duty to customer service. Thank you!
The pharmacist at the pharmacy counter was extremely rude and would not let me buy the over the counter medication that I wanted to because I'm wasn't using it for the its intended purpose. This is the first Walgreens that I have experienced this at and I will NOT be coming there ever again!
This place is the worst. They're constantly going against my doctor's instructions, changing my pill quantity, saying they'll contact my doctor but then never do and leave me waiting for my very necessary medication for weeks. I'm going back to Kroger Pharmacy, they never gave me issues.
I called to ask a question and a staff member told me my medication had been off the market for years. I didnt argue with her that they refilled this medication for me 3 months earlier. Best to try to call back and hope that someone who knows and cares answers the phone next time.
Haven't been here yet this year for a prescription that was ready in less than 24 hours after being called in. You're taking your life in your hands if it's a timely medicine. And there's always 10 people in line, 5 pharmacists but only 1 helping customers
Aug. 11, 2020. I just left Walgreens Pharmacy. I know everyone is busy, but common courtesy says " I'll be with you in just a moment." That's so much better than looking at me as if I have 3 eyes. You got by, but my review does not Llow you to get away.
Saw that you had a sign saying free flu shots walk ins welcome. I waited in line patiently for 30 minutes, and when I reached the counter I was told that I had to have an appointment, I told them about the sign, but they still didn’t want to help me.
Quick friendly service, the pharmacy is quick, and the have a walk in wellness clinic. The staff were just generally helpful and even called to follow up on my sick visit.
Everyone working in the pharmacy is always so kind and patient! Such a wonderful group of people ⚘ they even called and did a follow up ! …
Closest Walgreens to my house. I go here often. They always have what I'm looking for and they have a couple of Redbox machines out front which I frequently use.
I wish I could leave less than one star. This pharmacy is awful and they will waste your time for hours without explanation or caring. Used to be better
They always have what I need, and I'm able to get in and out with relevant ease. I go out of my way to buy my things from this location.
Pharmacy staff is usually dismissive at best and this evening crossed the line to inexcusably rude. I will not return to this pharmacy.
I have been using this Walgreens for over 3 years. I have found nothing but kind, smiling, warm, staff. I think you get what you give.
Good selection. Friendly staff. Easy parking. Only issue is they aren’t open very late. That would be awesome. — Ross Senack
Lots of good sales , get my shots there , somethings were too expensive LIKE PEPTO BISMOL , found MUCH cheaper !
The pharmacy at this location continues to give me false information as well as poor customer service.
When the "W" goes out on the sign, it's the place to go when you're so Tired Of Being Alone.
Did not appreciate the woman double charging my card... (Saturday feb. 14).obb!
Thanks to Hannah for helping me print my documents. :) -Nikhil
This is without a doubt the worst store I have ever dealt with
Not one person that works here gives two ‘s about you. …
Abysmal customer service in the pharmacy Department.
Easy access & convenient but not always friendly.
Horrible hate this place
Had a great experience
Merry thanksgiving
Nice clean store.
Nice
