I work in the mall and we always go to Walmart to run our errands for the shop. My coworker and I realized we had forgotten to bring loonies for the carts when we arrived. We asked the greeter if it was possible to borrow loonies for the carts and he respectfully told us that customer service would help us out. In the past, the workers gave us no problem when it came to borrowing carts especially since we return them right away. We walked up to customer service and asked if we can borrow two loonies, and told her we work in the mall (as our store name is printed all over our clothing) she proceeded very rudely “I do not have any loonies to give you!!!” I don’t understand how a store with multiple cash registers don’t have 2 loonies they can spare for paying customers that work in the mall!! We have always brought back carts that we use and we always give you our business!! It’s not that I couldn’t go back and get the loonies, the woman working customer service could have been more professional and respectful in that situation! (February 15/2022 Tuesday 2:45pm)

Poor customer service After placing a medication order over the phone I went for pickup at the committed time ( in fact 40 min later ) – The pharmacy operator apologized because the order was not ready …and they don’t know ( ?!) when it will be available, because the shipment came in the same morning and they “don’t know when will be processed “ . First) is understandable these days to experience some delays so THE CUSTOMER CAN BE NOTIFIED BY PHONE to avoid unnecessary travel - Second ) Receiving should be prioritized based on immediate orders . Looks like this Walmart Pharmacy don’t know.. or don’t care about all these.

A lot of people needs to get fired here.They just don’t have any accountability. Latest issue: They told me that my prescription is missing why I need the drug and said we need to fax the doctor. I convinced them to call the doctor since it was urgent, they said they didn’t pick up. I took the prescription and went to shoppers drug mart and they gave me medication without any issues! Walmart staff just doesn’t want people to come there. Previous Issue: they said I will receive some medication after two days. We went there, and they had no log of placing an order! Wow!!

I went early on the morning of November 29/23 to the St vital pharmacy. I overheard the Pharmacist say, to the Assistant, "I'm not opening one vial for one person. I guess both PHIA and confidentiality were not #1 on the priority list today. The Assistant whispered, "its under the direction of the Pharmacist." I whispered back, I'll be msking an appointment, elsewhere! Then, I told the lady behind me, good luck. She mumbled, yup. This place is terrible for customer service. Take advice, go somewhere else, even though they advertise. Really bad place

Horrible service. I always end up going there multiple times and wait for hours each time I had to fill my prescription. First they tell me to come 45 min later, then I leave and come back couple hours later, then they tell me to wait for another 40 minutes. Every single time!

Very poor service from pharmacy, they took more than half hour for just only one medicine. That’s very disgusting even they don’t know how to speak with customer. If there is 0 star rating then i would have been given zero star rating. Very very worst.

I'd give 0 if possible they look at me for 15 mins before I was served...sorry for the inconvenience! next time I'll go to shoppers where they appreciate the business
