If you are looking for a good hot Wendy's meal do not stop by this Wendy's you will be seriously disappointed especially at night. Expect to be waiting no less than 45 minutes. The only reason I gave this Wendy's a star is so I could write a review. I have had several unpleasant experiences with this particular Wendy's and every single one has been horrible. Twice I left after waiting in the drive-thru for 45 minutes. I don't know how the night crew still has jobs. They could careless about the customers. Every time I have pulled up to the window all the employees are goofing off and this last time they didn't speak a word, they handed me the food and closed the window. Not a F... Y.. or a Kiss MY A.. and all 5 employees were standing right there. This Wendy's has to be not only the worst Wendy's but one of the worst fast food joints I have encountered. I feel bad for Wendy's because they do have pretty good food (I love their chicken) and decent service. If all my experiences were based on this store. I would never return.

To reach this Wendy's from a main road is almost impossible. I didn't even know this Wendy's was here for the longest time

Went to the Argyle location and ordered the new Loaded Nacho burger. I asked to hold the corn. The burger was not at all what I expected. They withheld not only the corn chips but the tortilla strips also! The burger was so FLAT! I called to report the problem. The employee, Joshua, was very helpful and offered to replace the burger, explaining that the corn chips and tortilla strips are combined. The manager, Sandra, overheard the conversation and took the phone from the employee in order to inform me that they would not replace the burger that I should have asked for them on the side. I explained that I did not get what I paid for and had I known they were combined, I would have either requested them on the side or ordered something different. This manager has POOR customer service skills and treated me as though I was a beggar! I paid $21.48 for food that was not worth it! On top of that the bread was stale!! The only good thing about the experience is that the fries were hot and the employee had more customer skills than the manager. I will not only not return but do not recommend this location. I am also contacting my card company for dispute.

So this is the second time i have had a horrible experience at this Wendy's. First time: me and my girl friend got some food and the person handing us the food dropped it out of the windown onto the ground. The asked us to move forward and we sat there for 30min before I went inside to ask for my food. Second time: I went with my mother and I ordered a number 1 tripple and a Mr. pib drink. They messed around asking if I said rootbeer, coke Mr who? Took them about 30 seconds to stop laughing for me to ask them if they had doctor pepper then? Me and my mother both had a Keychain frosty and asked for 2 and told them we had 2 Keychains. They charged us for one of them and my mother asked them to refund the one they made a mistake on. My mother asked for Honey mustard and they gave bbq sauce. They didn't provide straws for the drinks and no spoons for the frostys. He comes back with a 1 dollar bill and said let me get the rest of your change and came back with 29 penny's I guess you guys really like to be Unprofessional. On the receipt the host name is: Marqueis And the cashier is: Jeremiah I would avoid this store like the plague.

Terrible experience! I pulled up to the drive through at 1030, excited to see the breakfast menu because that is what I was hoping for. I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese croissant breakfast combo (by the number) with an iceed coffee and then an additional black coffee cold brew. After paying, I was asked to back up beyond the window to wait for my order. After about 8 minutes, two more cars that ordered pulled up behind me. The car behind me, obviously not aware of what I was asked to do, began questioning why I was not pulled up the window. To avoid confrontation, I pulled ahead. Several minutes later we received our coffee and breakfast. Drove home. To my surprise, my breakfast was a double baconater and French fries. Definitely not what I asked for. Apparently, the menu was not changed to lunch. I'm guessing a lot of orders were incorrect this morning. $18 for two coffees and a sandwich I could not eat. Disappointed for sure.

I spent $9.20 for the #1 combo, that they ask if you would like to order when you first approach the drive-thru, dbl with extra, EXTRA pickles, mind you, and this is BS I got!! You see the pic!!! This burger look like it's been sitting there from the last person who decided not to get it the last minute! Smh, smh, extra pickles, where?!? And how old is that lettuce?! That shows it's been sitting there for who knows how long! I'm truly upset that I'm on my lunch break, bc I def would go back up there! Plz restaurants/fast food spots, please, please be CONSISTENT!!!!! CONSISTENTCY IS THE KEY!!!!! If you ask me, hell, that's false advertising! It's crazy, you just spend so much money, for a whole lot of NOTHING! PLZ Wendy's do better!

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. There was 6 or so employees behind the counter. Went thru drive thru after getting food and driving off the order was wrong. Went inside to get the correct order one of the employees told another employee what she needed. He just kept walking away. She told him to make it and he responded give me a minute. Not sure why he needed a minute as he wasn't doing anything. I told the cashier to just refund my money. She didn't know how to do she called for the manager. Other cashier told her she didn't need a manager. Asked me if I paid be card or cash. I advised by card. She says I need the card which was in the car with my husband. I was aggravated at this time and told the to keep it and I didn't want the refund. And walked out the door. Got back to the vehicle and my husband that want feeling good went in to get my food. Manager copped an attitude and told my husband not to come at him with that attitude. I GUARANTEE I WONT GO BACK AND WILL SHARE WITH ANYONE NOT TO GO TO THAT STORE!!!

We sat in the drive through waiting to order and no one was there to take our order. 4 different employees walked to the drive through window, looked out the window to where our car was sitting and waiting to order and then walked away. We finally pulled up to the window and told the girl standing there doing nothing that we would like to order. She replied that they had no one on the headset and proceeded to take our order through the drive through window. My question is why didn't she put the headset on and take our order when she saw us sitting and waiting. And why were there 3 other people standing around doing nothing when there is a line of cars at the drive through? Extremely poor customer service and if that girl had been wearing a name tag I would be calling her out for her poor customer service skills and a rather poor attitude when she was forced to do her job.

I had to get something late after getting discharged from the emergency room, and they charged me for the wrong order, and didn't even refund it and charge me for my actual order! I got footed someone else's bill, and on top of that, my fries were bland, I got spicy nuggets instead of regular, and my burger had pickles and onions even though I repeated back to them twice I didn't want it. If the manager reads this, I want my money back. Also, you either need to have a serious conversation with your night shift, or fire them. I was already having a bad day, and that was the last straw. Unacceptable. I love Wendy's, but I'm NEVER going to this one ever again. Stay far far away from them, especially during the late night hours.

I live in the area and don’t normally have fast food. But when I want a good burger and fries I go to Wendy’s on my way home. Moved here 4 yrs ago and this Wendys has me turned away from Wendy’s all together. Awful Customer service no matter the time of day and always out of something. Toda was the fries …… How? And Why? The Ladies that worked this evening were rude and on there cell phones while cashing out customers …Food was cold There’s other places to eat. Plssss Wendy’s find people who wants a job and appreciates the job. Those employees are running down the store and have made it an unpleasant experience. This is only one situation in this particular store unfortunately I have had several bad experiences in this Wendys. The Worst Wendy’s I’ve been to. Gave it many try’s not anymore.

Extremely rude drive thru. Sounded like I was bothering them from the moment I pulled up. The girl at the drive thru was on her cell phone texting through the whole transaction. She took my card for the payment and I don't know if she took a photo of my card or not, but her phone was pointed towards my card and she was pushing buttons on her phone. She slammed the drive thru window on my face before I could ask for a receipt. Then when another girl gave me my food, I asked for my receipt, the girl on her cell without even taking her eyes off her cell snatched the receipt, crumpled and with an eye roll stuck the receipt out the window. The food was cold too. Smh. Now I need to watch my bank account for fraud.

Terrible service at this location. I sat at the intercom for 10 minutes after hearing someone say "Gimme a minute." I placed my small order. There was silence. The employee then said, "Gimme 2 minutes." They returned to the intercom asking me to order again. I did. Finally up to the window. I've been the first car in line for quite some time to this point. Young girl walks up with the two drinks. "You ordered two drinks?" After confirming, I received my drinks. I then waited 5 more minutes to finally be told to pull up to the red gate. 4 more minutes of sitting at the gate waiting. 19 minutes as the only in process order. 19 minutes for a burger and kids nuggets. 19 minutes and my order was still wrong. On a positive note, the taste was satisfactory. I will not be returning.

This place has always had some trouble. A few years ago, it had a gas leak or explosion and had to be renovated. But it's pretty bad service, only reason I go here is because it's close. The service is slow, and often you end up waiting like 5+ minutes for your food even though there's only like 2 cars. One time, they weren't even able to open on time at 630 and I had to come back at 7 to order breakfast. Lately they've had trouble refilling sodas. Like always order root beer, but they had trouble refilling it so I couldn't order it. The food is as expected from a Wendy's though, it's ok. New edit: August 2023 It got worse. Closes early and has trouble fulfilling even with 3-4 cars in line.

Upon arrival I ordered a Dave’s double cheeseburger and a Spicy Chicken sandwich both combos . While in the drive through I was asked to back up to reset the timer . Once I got home and opened the bag my wife got her chicken sandwich and it was totally wrong and not at all the way she asked for it. I’m opening up my Dave’s double and I find the smallest burger I have ever gotten from a Wendy’s. It made a Krystal burger look big . I’m not exaggerating at all . $27.00 + change for this . Wasn’t worth the money at all I should have gotten a 5 for $5 …. Hopefully next time it’s better!!!!! If I could give negative stars I would.

Awful service. I asked for the BOGO for a $1 & they acted like they didn’t know what it was on the menu. Then overcharged me for it & when I asked about it the man said I was confusing him. Manager does not know anything so the cashier moving dumb on the register. Blind leading the blind at this restaurant. They move slow as hell for all the food to be cold. And I had to pay for the food they charged me for that I didn’t ask for bc they were too confused to understand that I didn’t want 2 of what they charged, just shut the whole thing down

Not sure who you have working for you but it’s a joke. We waited at the speaker for 15 minutes with nobody saying anything & we pull up as everyone else did. They were able to order at the window but when we pull up to order, it’s taken just like theirs, then some girl comes saying we have to go all the way around to order after already taking order. Then makes the little girl at the window do her job. She wanna be yappin in the background Saying pull around instead of bringing her scary self to the window to tell us again. Poor girl at the window didn’t know what to do. I don’t know if it’s cause she thought we were white but it’s all good we won’t ever be back. Obviously y’all out here hiring just anybody.

Terrible Service. Always rude employees. They need an entirely new staff. I’ve been here numerous times & each time they’ve always been rude. Each time I have come, they don’t baked potatoes or take forever to even take your order. Website says they close at 2 am Saturday when I got to the speaker phone at 12:30 am. I waited for 5 mins then said hello a few times before someone answered & stated they were closed. When pulling forward, all the team members were sitting at the table with their feet up just hanging out. If your hours are not correct on google, I would advise you to change it. Not to mention the countless amount of times I have encountered rude employees when trying to grab a quick bite to eat.

Ordered a double with cheese, mayo and tomato only. Two fries and a frostie. After approx 15 minutes in line i paid over $16 and left only to find the burger was wrong. Went back and my wife went in with the wrong burger and came back out with nothing. I went in and there are five females standing around and two males in the back. It seems to me that at least one person would have liked to make this right. WRONG! The short haired male had nothing but attitude. I experienced my last trip in that place tonite. I will NEVER be back. The wendys on cassat at normandy, great every time i go in there. Obviously the cassat store owner expects more.

Make sure you check your bag, like, open the sandwich wrapper. Gave us the wrong order. Initially we thought it was just missing one item, no nuggets. Had to wait for the nuggets. Go home, open the sandwich, totally wrong in every way. Go back to the Wendy's, ask for the chicken sandwich I ordered instead of whatever giant cheeseburger I'd been given, thought we confirmed it was the same thing, today is the day I learned Wendy's also sells something comparable to what we had in elementary school circa 2003. These people have no idea what's going on. Never did get a receipt either.

I traveled to the store for the annual hamburger day! The add inferred showing up to purchase a burger for less than cost. The fine print stated you must apply online and not for in-store purchases. The marketing for Wendys and another giant box burger place only wanted email addresses for future email blasts. Unfortunately, Wendy's app did not work. I did not get the burger at a discount, and the store had a lot of attention for their one day celebration. It was no fault to the stores. Just poor marketing.

The worst Wendys I've ever been to. Unfortunately it's the only on close to me so I give them another chance every few months. I'm not exaggerating when I say they have never gotten my order correct. I've felt many times like the employers not only don't like their job, but that they don't like me as a person. I have tried to get in contact with corporate, but I've never had anyone get back to me. This place doesn't deserve your business. This makes me sad to even write this. My wife and I both worked at Wendys growing up, and we still love the good.

Ordered a taco salad, they came back and said they never got made that morning. Ordered 2 pretzel pub burgers with extra sauce on them. 1 came with extra sauce and both had less than a tsp of the onion fritters on them. They felt cold and not fresh. The cook said he was taught to barely put a sprinkle of the onion fritters and this burger already comes with a lot of stuff on it anyway. He finally said he would give us some on the side. These burgers wasn't worth the 6.39 + taxes we paid. Also the bathrooms were horribly dirty. Horrible Wendy's. We will never eat here again.

I applied for a job here. I got an interview and they said it would take about a week to get back in touch with me. I waited past a week. So I called today. Told them I was calling to do a follow-up. And they said call back in 30 mins. I call back. No answer. I waited 15 more minutes. I call and now I'm being told that the hiring manager isn't available. When I spoke to her 45 mins prior. And they just had a very dismissive attitude about them. They were rude in the sense that they didn't even provide a name so I know who it is I am talking too. Zero out of five. Would not work for this location. And my name is Sean simpkin.

This Wendy’s is by far the trashiest when it comes to customer service. Order is never right . This is my third time asking for grilled chicken and yet always receive crispy. Wendy’s I hear you loud and clear. I will not be visiting you again. It’s a shame too because it’s a great location and classic. For those that love Wendy’s, don’t stop at this one. Alright time to update. Coworker wanted to order here and I was suggesting somewhere else due to the above feeling. I was surprised however that not only was the food hot but also fresh. Whatever you guys are doing to improve keep it up.

We waited 10 minutes to even try to place an order before just leaving. There were 5 people working, 4 other customers, and maybe 2-3 cars in the drive through. No one even acknowledged us beyond eye contact followed by an eye roll. We couldn't even tell where the line was because so many people were standing in front of the counter without food. It turns out they had ordered but had never gotten it, and they were all there before us! I would avoid this restaurant if you actually want to eat.

2/20 the worst Wendy's we've ever been at..we just needed a drink and a nugget before church. The lady at the drive thru needs training to greet guests, no thank you, no please, NO MANNER. Not sure how she got the job. She didn't even mention that they don't have ice. We drove away and had a taste of the flat drink. I tried to call not to complain but to let them know the drink is flat to not serve them to others. Called and called, no answer. So I told my hubby to drive back. We went back and they seemed not to really care about our issues with their service and quality.

I've come here a few times. It started out decently enough, but it had gone downhill. Saturday night, my wife and I both ordered the pretzel chicken sandwich combo. Should have checked before we left, but we were in a hurry. When we arrived home, we both received the pretzel bin burger which were both slightly pink in the middle and had little flavor. We had even been asked what type of chicken we wanted. There is another Wendy's a little farther away, but they at least get out orders right. Sorry we disturbed their staff talking about some guy they knew.

This is hands down the worst Wendy’s. The employees just don’t care. Ordered a 10pc chicken nugget meal, they hand me the bag which seemed light. I look in the bag and only chicken nuggets. Where’s the fries? You didn’t order fries……huh? Then what comes in a 10pc nugget meal? We asked for the fries and the smug girl at the drive through states you will have to drive around again and place an order….huh? Many more things I could say about this place but I digress. Lesson learned.

All the reviews are accurate! They are rude here, they will look you in the eye and completely ignore you. There were 6 people standing behind the register and no one acknowledged me. There was a staff member sitting at one of the tables, they yelled across you got this. The staff member threw an attitude over having to come take my order. I just walked out. There are so many other places to eat around to put up with disrespect over stopping to pick up something to eat.

When making a mobile order, don't bother making it a curbside pickup. I waited 25 minutes and got fed up. Decided to go through the drive thru. Once I told them, they told me to pull up. They didn't look understaffed and they were joking and laughing while I wait. This place is very unprofessional. I waited 40 minutes in total. I know that no one like a bad or low or anything negative. But i know it can be better. More than half the time there is always a problem. My last visit was about the drive thru service really really sucks. The lady behind the mic got my order wrong. Then they tell me to pull up to the red gate and the food will be out. Man i give up. No use trying to explain. I hope it gets better next time. Just put supervision with them kids in there.

Refused to let me use the restroom while I waited for my date. When I informed them of that fact tried to make me order immediately. When I reiterated that I was waiting on my date she walked away and refused to give me the bathroom code and ignored me. Will not return worst experience in a nice area ever. There was no reason to be that rude after it was obvious I was on the phone with her in the restaurant about eating there. From the manager on duty no less. 5/25/23 around 520 pm.

Two times in a row my food has been made wrong. I had to drive all the way back from home to get it remade. The best thing I can mention is to check your food before leaving. The second time there , I even mentioned 3 times before getting the food that the order was correct. So I decided not to return there.

The experience here was terrible. 3 times In a row they got my food wrong. I asked for 2 baconators, no bread, and two un-sweet tea's. I got the baconators. But I no forks. I only got one drink and it was sweet tea. I asked them again for two un-sweet tea's and then they give me only one drink. Also no one there even spoke a word. I basically talked to myself. So aggravating. I ended up leaving with no forks and one less drink. Also they added no sauce to it at all.

The people who work night shift around 1am-2am are incredibly lazy ! I have been waiting out here for 40+ mins with an active DoorDash order when asked what is going on the woman on the phone states they are closed . The website states they do not close until 2am it is now 1:45am and I have been out here since 1:15 am with an active DoorDash order . If you don’t want to work don’t sign up for the night shift .

KEEP DRIVING!! This place will have you ready to fight. I waited 5 mins in drive thru to place my order then waited 25 minutes to get my order my order was wrong and cold manager was on site and ZERO help was given. Came to this location out of the convenience of being around the corner from my new job, and it’s a part of my weekly rotation now if I don’t bring my lunch. Unfortunately had a terrible experience tonight. The drive thru was so slow. I sat at the order box for almost five minutes and had to say hello before being acknowledged. When I got home, I was extremely disappointed by the quality of the food - barely any bacon or beer cheese on the burgers, a clump of bacon and shredded cheese on the fries but hardly any beer cheese. We had the same meal a week ago and it was wonderful. This visit however was not good.

This location has proven over and over to me that it's garbage. The speaker doesn't work properly so you have to have a shouting match with the employee who is extra condescending. I have respect for the food industry and the people who run it. I try to be as nice as possible at all times because I work in the same field but the rudeness I faced tonight was just plain nasty.

First of all I pulled up to the speaker and I had to wait to be spoken to. I waited long enough that I questioned if they were open. Second, I ordered a LARGE FROSTY. I got a 12 oz cup. This cup was so full that the lid wasn't on all the way and made a complete mess in my RENTAL CAR. So for the bargain price of 3.75 I got a 12 oz mess in my rental car. Thanks Wendy's.

The staff was super polite and that is why this got 2 stars. The fact that all I ordered was a 4 for $4 and a number 7 and got a $.50 burger and a jr bacon cheese burger kinda gets under my skin. I don't stay and check my order in the drive thru because I would hope they got the order right and I am trying to be courteous to those behind me. Maybe next time? Would attach a receipt but that was not included either.

We wouldn't dine at this Wendy's if another option was closer at times. This is a newer location yet lacks any customer service ability, and take the time 10 orders should take for 1 or 2. In over a dozen visits our experience has always been the same. The food isn't the worst, so that doesn't bring it to 1 stars, but it's nearly there.

The worse Wendy's ever. I live close to here so I try to give them a second....3rd chance or more but it's always horrible service and mistakes after mistakes. . I guess it was a mistake to return here and hope they would have changed the service here. Never again at THIS LOCATION!!!

Very disappointed This was strike two. Waited 20 mins for them to mess up my entire order. What made matters worse my breakfast sandwich bacon, egg and cheese.. The eggs were still frozen. I requested two egg and cheese sandwiches and only received 1 with some creamy mayo substance. The sausage was ice cold. I wouldn't recommend it unless you can go inside and order your food

Lobby closed every other day. To make it better they dont put a sign on the door so you can park and waste your time .. waited 35 minutes for my “Fast food”. Workers must have other priorities than to keep the flow going. They wait until the person who is ordering is out of the parking lot and 5 minutes away before taking your order. McDonald's is doing much better.

I never got to order. We stood in line a long time and it seemed like there were only 2 people on shift. There was only one car in the drive-thru, and a family in front of us inside. But the cashier was having difficulty. So after about 15 minutes, I left to eat elsewhere. They were definitely understaffed.

I’ve been to this location multiple times recently (3 weeks) and every time the food isn’t hot/warm or fresh. I’ve even asked for the spicy chicken to be dropped fresh and wait for it… they never do it. The attitude and customer service is extremely poor at this location.

I have been going to this store for a long time. This past experience has been the worst ever. The employee at the drive thru was not helpful. She was rushing you through your order and when we came up to pay she was rude when handling an on line coupon. I hope this was a one time event.
