This is an amazing pharmacy. My husband's family has been with them since they opened, when they were in they're previous location and their current, and I have used them since moving to Hamilton. The staff is caring, supportive and understanding. They are ALWAYS willing to help, explain medications, and offer suggestions for treatment, when something "over the counter" will do, or when a doctor's visit should be scheduled. I wish all pharmacies and pharmacists were like them!

This is such a good pharmacy. They actually try to help you solve real life problems. It is has a real neighbourhood-pharmacy feel. We had a particular issue related to the the timing of a Covid vaccine based on the doctor's recommendation. These pharmacists and staff went above and beyond to help get this right in that restricted time frame. It was so appreciated. Thank you Westdale Pharmacy. We are lucky to have you in our neighbourhood.

My family has been relying on this pharmacy for well over 10 years. It is a small intimate establishment whose main business is dispensing drugs, not selling groceries and cosmetics The two pharmacists, Michael and Nermine, are unfailingly knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Why go to a chain when you can have such a delightful personal relationship? The fact that they do not require the ODB copayment is icing on the cake.

The people here are so friendly and greet me by name when I go in. It is so refreshing. They are willing to go out of there way to help in anyway they can. The store itself is very clean. I recommend this pharmacy to everyone I know. The dispensing fees are less than the unfriendly big box pharmacies. Right across from the hospital with free parking while in pharmacy.

My family have been customers of Westdale Pharmacy for over 25 years. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and approachable. They are absolutely the best in the business. We have been so fortunate to have found a pharmacy that we can trust and recommend without qualification On top of all this, they are so friendly you'll look forward to your visits!

I have been using this pharmacy for years, but I don't use it out of habit or convenience. I come to Westdale Pharmacy because they are fantastic. I have found the Pharmacy to consistently be understaffed. There have been a number of serious errors. I have moved to an IDA pharmacy. The Westdale Pharmacy on Main St. is not the Pharmacy that I was referring to. It is just fine. The Pharmacy I was referring to is the Shopper's Drug Mart on King St. in Westdale near the Bakery.

THEY ARE EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE, I HAVE BEEN TO TWO OTHER PHARMACIES (that sold products). BUT HERE THEY TALK TO YOU. “TWO DIFFERENT TIMES THEY’VE READ THE PRESCRIPTION AND TOLD ME THEY WANT TO TALK TO THE DOCTOR,AND BOTH TIMES THE PRESCRIPTION WAS CHANGED” YOU CANT GET BETTER SERVICE.

Great service. Efficient and friendly staff. I was so happy to find this pharmacy and be able to stop going to Shoppers Drug Mart store where the pharmacy staff barely look at you when you go in. I appreciated the much reduced time that I had to wait to get my prescription filled.

Incredibly kind and compassionate staff at this small boutique pharmacy. They are currently offering Pfizer and Moderna boosters by appointment. Didn’t even feel the needle!

Best community pharmacy. The pharmacist is always cheerful and happy to help and explain instructions in details. It feels like going to see a friend when you go there

I have been with Westdale Pharmacy for 8 years and have never had a problem. They are always courteous, reliable and, best of all, there is no dispensing fee.
