I have been going to Westmount Pharmacy for years. K.P., the Pharmacist, is compassionate, efficient, professional and reliable. The staff all consistently go above and beyond. This summer, K.P. helped save my life when I was experiencing an allergic reaction and what turned out to be a very rare side effect of a medication. Were it not for his attention and insistence, I would not have known to go to the hospital. If I’d gone gone home to bed, as planned, I was told by the E.R. Dr. that I could have died in my sleep from asphyxiation. I am very grateful to K.P. and staff for your kindness, commitment and overall dedication to customer service. You help make such a difference.

Best customer service! We have been dealing with Westmount Pharmacy for many years and have nothing but great things to say about this pharmacy. The pharmacy is very clean and they comply with all COVID pre-cautions. Pharmacist Krunal is a very nice man and goes out of his way to help you with your needs. I had to go to Northern Ontario for several weeks and Krunal had my medication transferred to another pharmacy there with ease. The staff as a whole are great and immediately help you when you come into the store. We did deal with another pharmacy prior to Westmount and I can assure you that you will never receive the exemplary service somewhere else that they provide.

I have nothing but the highest praise and respect for the paharmacists and staff at WESTMOUNT PHARMACY. They have been truly awesome at handling new scripts and refills. Lets face it, all businesses have had to handle challenges of reduced supply and high demand due to covid and in this case, patient volume. They are always kind, friendly and respectful. I transferred all my RX from a well renowned pharmacy chain where I was always waiting and just a number. This place isnt a grocery store or makeup counter, they deal with the I'll and have always respected my/our needs.

Waited half an hour for my prescription. Watched everyone chitchat behind the counter lìke it was their break. Very disapointed in the service, asked how long i would be waiting at the half hour mark and they said a few more minutes clearly that isn't true as I'm still here waiting and writing this review. Take your prescriptions elsewhere unless you want to wait a long time. To top everything off they didnt fully fill my order because they didnt have enough pills.

My husband and I have been patrons of Westmount Pharmacy for 8-10 years. We moved all our prescriptions from Shoppers' Drug after being frustrated by their poor service. At Westmount, we have always been treated in a friendly , and patient way by the staff and especially by K.P. the pharmacist. He kindly answers all our questions, calls our doctor if necessary re: prescriptions, throughout our health challenges. The best pharmacy ever!

This is my regular go-to pharmacy. The staff is always friendly and courteous and ready to answer any questions. The pharmacists (especially May and Krunal) are very knowledgeable and watch out for potential conflicting prescriptions and they always discuss new prescriptions and possible side effects - they are definitely watching out for their clients. I am extremely happy with this pharmacy and would immediately recommend to anyone.

The staff here went ABOVE and BEYOND to help fill a prescription when a big name pharmacy had no time for us. The last thing I thought I would have to worry about, especially with COVID-19, was how to get prescriptions filled for my young son who had just had surgery. The staff here deserve recognition for all they did to help today. A huge Thank You from my family! We will be coming to your store for our needs going forward.

I have shopped here many times. Whenever I walk up to the counter everyone behind the counter looks the other way and acts like they are busy. When someone finally comes over to help me I am made to feel like I have pulled them away from very important business! They are very short with a nasty attitude! I feel disappointed every time I leave there! Terrible, just.... terrible!

I used to wonder why my parents went out of their way to use this pharmacy - until I started helping Mom and Dad with their care. Westmount pharmacy really cares about their clients and goes out of their way to ensure they have the medications they need in formats they can manage. Thank you for taking such good care of my parents.

Staff is very knowledgeable, remember my name, medical challenges and medications. Twice they have caught prescriptions ordered by doctors that would interact negatively with my current meds. I am always up to date with vaccines, etc. with their assistance. They are truly an integral part of my health team support.

They allow sick people to walk around with no mask going close to the employees and customers. Even a guy who worked there wasn’t wearing a mask and going around infecting all the pharmacists and coming awfully close to customers. I felt very trapped and unsafe, this is a pharmacy it shouldn’t be a biohazard

We called for children’s acetaminophen during the shortage. They allowed us to buy it over the phone and we were able to come pick it up curbside, and it all went so smooth! Thanks! Update. They even came back outside to hand us a RAT Test after I forgot to ask. Top notch service from Kristina!

This is an amazing pharmacy. The pharmacist has gotten to know my care very well, and greets me every time I come in the door. The staff are always quick to ask if I need aid, and this pharmacy just seems much more 'intimate' than the large corporate places. I recommend it to anyone that asks.

My first time in this store was last week. Clean store with friendly staff. The location is very convenient for me. I called ahead in the morning to avoid any waiting. One of the pharmacists offered a delivery service which I thought was nice …

Good pharmacy with great hours. Staff are very friendly & ready to help. It is pricier than what you would find elsewhere but nonetheless, still worth the visit for your medical needs & more.
