"Officially the worst takeaway coffee service that we have received! Early Tuesday morning 11/04/2023 the teller was so rude you'd think that she was purposefully trying to chase clients away! We ordered 2 cappuccino 1 hot chocolate for the kids to share, happy to pay for an extra cup, she made such a fuss it looked like she had a hectic chip on her shoulder as if she was done in by the world"

On the way back home, made an early start with the knowledge of a hot coffee from Wild Bean Cafe to keep me going. Endured the traffic until we got to the Oasis where the Wild Bean Cafe was waiting for me. Drawing me in like a magnet. Arrived there and placed an order for a Cappuccino for the missus and a Americano for me. Straight up, hot, black and unadulterated. Staff were efficient and friendly. Back on the road in a jiffy. Wife enjoyed her Cappuccino. As I took a sip of mine, I recoiled in horror, milk had been added. A certain way of adding negative impulses, unfortunately, all ready some distance away to return for a refund. A simple lapse of listening to a customers request can have such dire consequences . . .

Officially the worst takeaway coffee service that we have received! Early Tuesday morning 11/04/2023 the teller was so rude you'd think that she was purposefully trying to chase clients away! We ordered 2 cappuccino 1 hot chocolate for the kids to share, happy to pay for an extra cup, she made such a fuss it looked like she had a hectic chip on her shoulder as if she was done in by the world. Even the client next to us was shocked by her attitude towards him. If we could give a minus rating for service, we would!

Worst till experience. You order in one place, and are given a slip of paper, then you have to stand in a long queue somewhere else in the shop, with people pushing into the queue, to get to a till you pay. You then get another slip to go collect your coffee. So back to another area to stand behind people to colllect. Oh, hold on, they haven’t made your coffee! They now want the proof you’ve paid. So you hand over your receipt, then they go and make the coffee. I’ll never stop here again

Extremely pathetic service received at this branch. Three chicken sausage rolls were ordered and of the three I received a beef one and bit into it to find this out. I'm a Hindu girl that doesn't eat beef due to religious reasons! The staff was completely unapologetic and didn't care. They were out of stock for the chicken sausage roll and just had to refund me, again unapologetic about the situation!!!

Understaffed, although there seemed to be a few workers doing nothing. You have to queue to get a slip, then queue to pay, ad then queue to get to the coffee counter, and then they start making your coffee - coffee wasn't particularly excellent and the "barista" didn't know what short meant. Management needs to get involved, clean up the process line and enhance their hiring and training.

Ordered 2 coffees, 1 Regular, 1Decaf coffee only to be served 2 Regulars without being given the info that both were Regular despite specifically informing the server that 1 was for a breastfeeding mom. When ensuring that a Decaf had arrived was informed that the Decaf powder had been put away so both were Regular. Both coffees also very poor quality. Won't be back.

I was there on Sunday am and wanted some coffee. The staff however seemed more interested in talking among themselves than dealing with the public. There were three people behind the counter, and after waiting for about 3 minutes, without even being acknowledged, I walked out.

Very unpleasant expierence at Wild Bean cafe. Staff was reluctant to serve us. Poor or lack of communication. And then if you ask for a plastic bag, with great effort they will put one on the counter for you. Just take your bag, pack your things and leave.

The lady at Wild bean is so lazy and unpleasant to work with. I left my slip there and did not buy my items as she does not want to do her job. Would advise people to use the next stop and not bp camperdown.

Disappointing experience at my favourite stop. Has this place become too commercialized? Coffee tasted like water and the cappuccino muffin was hard and dry. Probably succumbed to mass production. ..

Worst decaf cuppucino ever!!!! It was so weak, cant even taste coffee, taste like a cup of unboiled hot water. The 3 staff members on duty very rude and unfriendly.

  • Andile Ndebele

very rude humans working N3 Northbound Marianhill. Giving people wrong orders and pathetically rude when you return it. Help your self and don't go there.

  • Rudy Maritz

Hygiene is critical in these unfortunate times. This doesn't seem to priority here sadly. Sanitizing after each customer is not optional at this stage.
