Hello. This is the owner of Windsor Park Convenience. Regarding the 1 star review about our store charging extra money, this is absolutely false information. Our top priority as a store is to be welcoming to the customers and be mindful and accurate about the money we charge towards customers. We always double check the prices before we charge the total amount of money towards the customers. Although there may be confusion at times to times with the price when looking at the receipt as some of the items or food bought are named as "Grocery" instead of the brand of the item, the prices are always accurate. This is exactly what happened to the customer that wrote this review below. We apologize if we were approached as rude or disrespectful, but that was definitely not our intention. We appreciate all kinds of review and will better ourselves through this, however we will continue to kindly stand up against false and inaccurate reviews. Thank you!!

Although I miss the previous owners, this family has come in and taken over and has been quite nice with the people who frequent this store. I have heard some negative things said, mostly with the u-haul setup. I've also heard someone say they got mugged around here, I've lived in this neighbourhood going on 20 years and have had zero issues in or around this store.

Horrible ! Selling warm Milk thats a week away from the expiary date making my one year old sick..... When the rizt crackers were recalled we advised them to take them off the shelf and they wouldn't !!! Cheap people who are gona make someone sick !!!

Cute little convenience store hidden in windsor Park, I make a stop whenever I'm near, as they have little candy bags for a buck a pop. The workers are always really nice, and it's generally a good time going there :)

Very bad service. I called these guys 20 mins before arriving and they said they have the truck available but once I reached the store they said sorry. Very unprofessional. Wasted my 30 mins. Never trust these guys

Small store with allot of items that you need when the big stores are closed. Big candy section . Big variety of drinks. Store has slush machines. Store is popular for cigarettes and lottery.

Best prices for drinks and snacks on the go. The staff/owners are very respectful and kind. This business is a heart to the neighborhood and would not be the same without them.
