5:15pm today: Barely anything in the women's xs section. Women's section in general had only L and XL inventory, but men's section is huge. Then I spotted a pair of boots but immediately noticed it had 3-4 cuts and oil stains on it, which is irreversible on that material. All the other footwear was flawless. Since it was the only pair, I inquired about whether reduced pricing was possible for that item. I was shocked to hear the cashier say that Winners recieves scuffed material all the time as a reseller and they stand by it. I have never seen damaged Winners product before, and have never in my life had to inquire about price reduction for damaged product, but with this "already low quality, already low cost" mentality you might as well go directly to the actual store brand and spend your $60 on their new footwear, maybe even catch a sale. What kind of retailer is okay with selling damaged or used product? Apprently this Winners. Whether it's new condition or damaged condition, they'll price it all the same. This not value village lol. Go to the location on Carlton St instead, it's only 10 min away.
Location This is a small sized Winners located conveniently underneath the Cineplex theatre at Yonge Dundas. It gets busy during lunch hours and after work hours as movie goer tend to go here to while waiting for their movies. Environment Perhaps it's due to the space limitation, the shelves are a bit overcrowded. On the busy hours it can become difficult to navigate through the shelves without bumping into somebody. However, this location tends to receive more high end brands that I don't often see at other locations. The turnover rate is extremely high, so if you see something, you gotta grab it, otherwise it might not be there when you return even if it's just few hours later. Unlike other locations, this Winners doesn't have a dedicated home section, so for towels and home accessories, you'd have to go elsewhere. The men section is also bland, I seldom find appealing men clothing here. Would I return? Yes. Despite the shortcomings, this Winners is conveniently located and does occasionally have distinct items not seen in other locations.
Went to check out this new location of winners that opened up at yonge and dundas square. The location is on the 2nd floor and the space is very large. Once inside to the left is the mens' section and to the right is the women's. I must say that they have a ton of designer items at this location and at a decent price. You can definitely find anything designer here really quick as it has it's own section clearly marked. They have their women's footwear department really close to the checkout which i think is very convenient. I will definitely make this my new go-to winners to find some fabulous deals.
This store is massive and has so many options to choose from. I was really impressed by the variety of brands and styles they had in stock. Great place to buy simple Christmas gifts. I ended up finding couple of great deals on clothes and accessories, and the store was super organized which made it easy to find what I was looking for. I had a great time shopping at Winners and would definitely recommend it to anyone in the area. If you're looking for a one-stop shop for all your fashion and home decor needs, give this place a visit. You won't be disappointed!
From what i know about this store it is very unorganized. The staff is very friendly and helpful but the managers do not care about the staff whatsoever. You can tell there is no communication between departments and i've heard stories of them firing people for having to go to school. Communication to me is very big and when i see that there is a lot of miscommunications i tend to realize why things aren't going the way it's supposed to be. My experience at this store was overall good but what i have noticed is that a lot needs to get worked on.
I was surprisingly disappointed with this Winners. I love the company and shop at Winners at every opportunity...all over the place. However, I have never seen a more unorganized, dirty, messy and sparse Winners. In the years I have been a loyal shopper, I can always depend on Winners to have something I either need or want. Not so at this location. The selection was awful and I couldn't wait to get out of there. This is a prime location in Toronto's downtown. I will never go back to this location.
The Canadian version (cleaner and more organized)of Marshall's with good buys. Everything was at a good discount, they had a whole variety of items. Workout accessories, gear, athletic wear for him and her. Clothes big and tall for men. Some plus size collection for women. A great many neatly stacked shelves of beauty and home spa products. The only downside was the kids section was extremely small with mostly infant clothes. Not a great place for toddler and young kids clothing.
Meh, definitely not the best Winners I've been to. The place is super messy, a bit depressing, and in the skincare/beauty section, don't be surprised if you see boxes and jars open. They do have some nice items (Converse sneakers for $29), but it's a game of luck as well since they have some sizes and not others. If you're in the area or need to kill some time, I guess it's worth stopping by. Just don't expect the same level of bargain hunting as other Winners locations.
The selection at this winners is good, and I always end up walking out with an item. They seem to carry styles more in line with current trends than other locations. A lot of clothes to sift through if you're a woman. However, as others have mentioned the location is a bit of a pain from an accessibility standpoint, with customers having to leave outside the mall side to get back to the street, and some sections of the store being more crowded than necessary.
Go to place for basics and trendy pieces that range from really affordable to more high end styles. A great mix of recognizable designers and random labels you've never heard of. It's nice to be able to create your own style and not have it dictated to you! Housewares, shoes, food, consumer tech and decor gift items are also available, all at super competitive prices. You can even find phone cases in a range of styles, way cheaper than anywhere else!
First impression when I reached the top of the escalator was not great. It was a mess and shelves filled with shoes were disorganized and mixed up. but as you go through to shop be surprised by the selection as there was a large selection of female apparel. I was particularly impressed by the dress section, as the actually carried similar patterns and styles through to larger sizes too. Friendly staff. Quick check out. Clean changing rooms.
Clothing and styling store that has all brands from nightwear to party wear. They have shoes apparels and bags to makeup and home decoration stuffs too. I especially liked the shoes section and bike and bag section of the store. Overall great collection and conveniently located at Yonge and Dundas subway. You can enjoy your loyalty points and 10 days return for non member or 30 days for winners members. Have a great shopping.
Spacious and clean, but what I'd really like to see at the 10 Dundas location is a coffee shop that overlooks the scramble crossing. Perhaps a coffee shop could go in near the windows and the Winners continue to exist in behind? It's just such a waste of the view as is. A coffee shop there would make Dundas Square look like a mini Shibuya crossing in Tokyo! Could Winners please partner with someone? Second Cup perhaps?
Dropped by the Winners store at 10 Dundas St East.....as always..the variety is exceptional and the prices are fantastic too. And as a unexpected bonus one of the Winners representatives..Carlos was incredible in assisting me to locate products and sizes on 2 separate visits. He was friendly, polite, professional and patient and made the trips and the purchases well worth it.
ok selection. more than college. cashier gave me 18 nickels as chanfe and had to wait for a manager to get quarters. i support cash and cashiers but that service is why people self Check out. properly sorted floats might be a start. and an in only entrance means a circle round the block again. poor planning yuk! worry about the customer... former retail manager ...
Huge selection of brand name and fashionable styles. Clothing sections for men, women and children. Shoes, accessories, housewares and other unique item's are also available on display. Monthly promotions and seasonal specials with several new products to choose from. Welcoming atmosphere and knowledgeable staff ready to assist you when asked.
Cashier was pathetic. So rude..she by mistake press the cashier number and when I reached she was like I didn't call you I am handling someone else. Why the hell she pressed the button then. After arguing so long, she agreed that she pressed by mistak but she was not sorry at all for insulting me other in front of others.
I had come in with a complaint and was directed to the manager who looked to be of Latina origin. She was a bit abrupt and seemed like she didn't have time for my issue. She brushed me off went into the back and never came back. Im not sure what to expect because of this now if I ever go into that winners again.
I actually like winner's shopping, but they should update their websites, internet hours and phone messages of opening hours. All say they are open. Went to College and to Dundas store in Toronto today June 6, 20, and both were closed, even boarded up. The least they can do is post correct message. Annoyed.
Amazing store. You find everything you need for your or any member of your family, the prices are low and there are very good deals really lower in price than other storea and with higher or same quality. I bought amazing stuff from baby section there and also me and my husband shop there for ourselves.
Excellent location and a lot of variety of stuff. Loved the selection of men's section. Needed 10 things and found all of them at the same location. Staff is really helpful and not a lot of rush most times. Feels good to have a larger selection to choose from and not bumping into ppl every 10 secs.
This winners is not one of their better stores. The layout is poor, the selection is limited and the staff are completely useless. The checkout is positioned in such a weird place at the far corner of the store. You need to walk through to woman's section to find it. Just overall very poor layout.
They have a lot of nice stuff at this location, although it appeared they don't have a home section. I feel things are priced pretty high. I'm not sure if it's because it's downtown. I could buy similar shoes in retail for cheaper. It really isn't a crazy good deal like they claim. Disappointing
So if you came super early to eaton centre, (opens at 11am due to covid) go hang out at winners..it opens at 9:30am (it’s on the second floor) u get sanitizer at the entrance. They have nice mask for cheap and of course a good variety of everything. Was very tidy when I visited. …
Great selection in a smaller scale store. Men and women's fashions, beauty, toys, sports, electronics, etc available here. No housewares, which was a little disappointing. Staff are helpful and friendly. Don't forget to bring your TJM card to get your points and extend the return date.
Winners is a hit or miss for me, one day you can find a handful of good finds and the next day the only thing nice getting is socks. That's what makes it so fun to shop at. The most enjoyable part for me is just being on your own searching for your next outfit without any distractions
Would not reccomend shopping here, terrible pricing for most items in store. Not the cleanest surface in the store. For your young lads, few toys may be unwrapped or even damaged. So be careful when buying your X-mas gifts. Would reccomend shopping at a Walmart than this!
I really like this store as I have found a lot of quality Running Shoes here..from the Big Brands and some decent deals on Asics clothing..I've bought jeans a few times as well. They sell good-quality stuff for relatively low prices. Whenever I'm in the area..I stop by.
One of the best winners locations! All the staff are really friendly and polite and always do a good job following covid safety protocols. Amazing jewellery section as well, and jeweller Leandra was very friendly and informative of all the products and very polite too!
Always go to Winners with a couple of items on my Mission. Just can't help myself with the brilliant selection and excellent customer service, I always manage to fill a cart. Price point for name brands and high end designer products and clothing are AMAZEBALLS!
A new winners but a lot of higher end items not found at their College street location. PRICES AND SELECTION ARE BOTH BETTER HERE! Plus they're open until 10pm and hthe staff is all very friendly you NEVER hVe to wait more than 2or3 minutes in line to cash out.
Great Winner's near Dundas Square. In the 2nd floor of the Tenor building (inner shopping mall), and TMU Cineplex classrooms on third floor along with food court. Starbucks downstairs, Dollarama and Beer Store downstairs. Convenient central shopping location
Definitely my favourite Winners location. It’s affordable and conveniently accessible (I’m a student downtown) and it’s super quick and easy to run in whenever I need anything. Amazing selection, super friendly staff and overall, a very well-organized store!
Very nice to visit on a regular basis as they update their stuff alot! The prices are very good for the brands they offer, you might not find the best items of most brands, but if you are patient enough you will find some good deals occasionally.
Manager Lena is extremely rude. Purchased a coat that was on a $70 clearance rack. The tag on the coat was $99.99. Upon asking the manager if they would honour the price, she YELLED at us in the store. Stating, “I AM THE MANAGER AND I MAKE
Your a winner babe. Absolutely. Shopping at Winners is always a great experience. Great Customer experience staff, great products and super prices. As with any store that sells multiple lines from multiple brands, be careful of the sizes.
The woman at the jewelry counter was very helpful in helping my children look at options before they each made a selection. This location seems better than some of its other locations in the sense of better organized and better selection
Worst winners ever honestly it's not even the selection that is worst, It's the fact that this location carries maybe two reusable bags or they tell you to go downstairs to the dollar store to get a bag go to Yorkville! …
I bought 3 pairs of warm gloves for myself and family. So far my fingers are kept super warm. I absolutely love shopping at Winners. There is always a lot to choose from. I have never been disappointed with my purchases.
Its not the largest but being in 10 Dundas you can make this part of a tour of many stores, the Eaton center and 10 Dundas has a movie theater and different food court. So I come to this Winners as part of regular trips.
Located in downtown Toronto, close to the Eaton mall. They don't have enough items comparing to other Winners. I saw lots of empty shelves and was unable to find slippers, which are very common items at other Winners.
Never Stopped at Winner any more period.Less one star they refus to refund without reason while inside the recipt should accepted ..they are lier no damaged ..the bill with me plus tag on clothes.stuiped mangement
Winners, Winners, Winners. I love to do my shopping from this store, I find it a very convenient store for everything that I need/want, ex. clothes, handbags, shoes, kitchen stuff, decor, bath stuff.... and so on
Racial profiling is beyond me at this location. We live in a multicultural city there should be absolutely no reason for this disgusting behaviour from the employees, you guys need to hire better fit people.
I love shopping at Winners. This one has a great selection of infant /toddler clothes and activewear. I also found Amphora dried fruit at the check-out aisle. I hope I can buy them on my next visit, too :)
Change room staff was extremely unprofessional, rude and lacking self awareness. Her words were, "Make sure you re hang the dress and put it over there (pointing dismissively). Training is urgently needed.
It's an okay Winners. Has a non existence kids section, because it is so busy it's hard for staff to keep up with sorting the store. Has no home section, as far as Winners goes there are many better ones.
Clean, spacious, great variety of clothing brands at great prices and very friendly staff. Without Winners' help, my closet would be incredibly dull, so thank you for keeping me looking ✨f r e s h✨ …
Decent selection and location, awful accessibility. Hard to get around with a stroller or wheelchair, also you have to exit through the mall, which is annoying. But if that's not an issue, it is fine.
This retail store is located Downtown Toronto. Convenient for shopping on my way home. The prices are about right. Good loyalty program and return policy. A big, orderly, and very clean retail store!
Lots of variety at this Winners in a prime downtown location. The contemporary pieces are great, and there's a wide range of fitness accessories here. The staff here are super friendly and helpful.
This location is small compared to others, so you might be better served by the Yonge/College location if you’re looking for more variety. Otherwise, it’s a nice store to quickly grab something.
Great customer service at this location. Selection is a bit limited due to the size of the location. Wish the clothes were better organized. Quick and efficient checkout and returns process.
Very good selection and clothing, but it's a bit hard to find things as it's all bunched together on racks. With some effort, you can find good outfits at a decent price. Staff was friendly.
Like all winners, some weeks are better then others. This location is fairly busy due to its location, so it has lots of turnover in merchandise. No real home section due to its small size.
Call it beginners luck but found what I needed on my first visit. Very pleased with my experience, staff was friendly and helpful. Picked up the loyalty card in the process. …
A good size store with a variety of items. You can find clothing, houseware stuff, gifts, beauty products, accessories and more. It’s possible to find good designer items deals there.
Great place to get your cloth shopping done! Good prices and good quality products and a lot of sales and special offers every time I walk into the store. Thank you and keep it up
Not a good collection, mostly basic old stuff, nothing new to wear, also not much to offer for that store. Not worth a trip. Not even basic men's active wear and gym wear.
Good selection on less pricing stuffs. Would have been better if they can arrange the stuffs much more better on the sizes as some sizes are mixed up. In overall it's good
One of the few winners in the city with baby/children clothing - and a great selection. Very big winners, always find something great, good selection- friendly service!
Was quite disappointed with their lack of selection. They had no childrens clothing other than for babies and toddlers. I found that highly inconvenient and unusual.
Missing a few departments compared to other Winners (no home or children's clothes and shoes) but the selection they do have seems MUCH better than other stores.
It was very nice, a little messy and the line up was slow. However, we found all we were looking for easily, and they are having great deals on diving masks. :)
Very friendly staff and a lot of variety and amazing offers and discounts. They have all sizes from Small to extra extra large. All brands and great collection
Very friendly cashier. Helpful. Efficient. I go in here to buy Pur gum as it is $1-$2 cheaper than everywhere else and they usually have all the flavours.
Love how they space out there place...just wish they had more variety in clothes and bras for bigger busted women. They need to sell some good stockings.
Good collection. I went to buy some earmuffs and I dont see anything there, but the women winter wear collection is very good. You can visit and try out
This store is amazing they have all kinds of brand names stuff that's just cheaper than other stores. Just make sure you have enough time to search.
Everything is mixed up. Wrong sizes in wrong address. Cashiers are to busy chatting with each other to efficiently get through the customers in line
It's a budget acceptable store with few branches you dont get ripped paying more at this store and it's very diverse from kids wear to women and men
This is a not a big Winners but worth to visit because of the location. The cashers are always super nice and helpful. Definitely will visit again.
Very convenient area and big store. Unfortunately, the inventory for shoes and the jewelry department was better before Covid-19. Friendly staff.
I shopped at this location for the first time, and I like it! Full of winter clothes, found some great, quality products which made me happy!
It's a bigger shopping centre. You will find different imported brands products in sale price. But in its you will find your size on chance.
I can always find something I need in Winners at a great price. I always visit these stores and will continue to visit them when in Toronto.
Small but well organized, well light, thought sections were a bit confusing at the beginning. Cashiers were friendly. Not a long wait time.
Very affordable and decent customer service. Only complaint is, I purchased a pair of faulty earbuds and they did not offer to refund me.
Definitely a place to find a steal of a deal. There is some good deal in there for everyone. It's spacious and clean and very navigatable
It is close to work so I can go there at lunch, pretty neat and tidy I always find somthing there even though I am not a fan of winners .
Great prices & selection of different items, especially for Clothing & foot wears. Great location & friendly, helpful & courtesy staff,
Okay location but limited selection. You can still find some good deals and options at times. Good location to swing by and browse.
Actually garbage service. Line is 20 minutes long and 3 cashiers open. Lost my service and money because your workers are too slow.
Not your typical winners, had a very small selection of items to choose from which tend to stay the same over long periods of time
1st time shopping at this location. Used to be Best Buy here. They have wide selection and even better they are open till 10 pm.
Great place to find unique clothes and equally impressive footwear. Aside from these other impressive items maybe found as well!
Love to shop here for famous brand jeans like J brand. They have great collections with half or less price of the original’s.
Clean well organized store other than some loud crazy sounding customers who blocked the exit with their scooter it was good
Felt like a huge clearance centre. Almost like Honest Eds. Stores in London On are much more organized and no so cluttered.
This one is not bad but, not as large as the other winners I have been to. Very small amount of plus sizes available here.
I'm so over Winners, Marshall's, and Home Sense overpriced junk. You want a deal? Check out the Bay's clearance rack
Very good location, very organized and easy to find stuff. Perfect for holiday shopping and buying Christmas gifts!!
Good looking but they only sell expensive and probably quality stuff. I want it give 4.5 but do not have an option.
Wide range of selection at affordable prices( like atleast 10-15$ lesser prices as compared to other stores..)..:)
Awsome, to remember: they don't have home section and kids above 6 years old clothing, but the rest splendid.
Amazing price ,original quality if you search for your home something or for you I’m sure you will find here
Good men's selection when it comes to clothing like sweaters and shirts but hard to find fragrances for men
I don't know why but this place always has really good selection for men's shoes in larger sizes, awesome!
Always a great find and designer runway clothes at half the prices but this location is lacking of product
The most messy and crowded Winners I have experienced. Maybe because it's next to crowded Dundas square.
