This particular Winners location has terrible customer service. More like Losers if you ask me. I tried to return some shirts that were gifts from my mother in law so I didn't have a receipt. In the past returning them without a receipt was no problem. I'd just get store credit. Because I had the price tag for the one shirt they said it was no problem to take. The other one they had to check the rack because they know they had that shirt in stock. Then they come back and tell me the shirt is in unsellable condition because it's been washed. The shirts still had tags on them so they were not washed by me! Or even worn once. If they were actually washed before it means Winners sold used clothing. The manager or cash captain here, whatever she was, basically indicated that if you are fool enough to buy the clothes at Winners you shouldn't expect them to take them back because the clothes they sell are already in unsellable condition. She then starts claiming that the other shirt that she said was fine to return was also washed and that she can't take either of the shirts back. She was a real crazy... lady. She eventually conceded that she could take the black shirt because it's darker and it's harder to tell it had been washed. I'd be very wary of dealing with this location, or buying clothes at Winners in generally as the cash captain lady here pretty much said Winners sells used clothes.

I went there early in the morning when they reopened in June. There was no line up downstairs, no signage either. When I got to the second floor escalator, a lady at the entrance asked me to go back outside and join the line on the street. I explained that there was no line when I came in. The lady insisted that there was a line "now". It turned out that they just reached capacity while I was going up that one flight of escalator, lucky me! So I asked if I could wait right there, instead of going back down and line up again. After all, I should be first in line. She called the supervisor, who again asked me to go outside, in a very firm tone of voice. The attitude of the two staff were so cold, as if I was the trouble maker who refused to follow their rules, when in fact it was their flawed process that caused all the trouble. They were only focused on enforcing the rules and forgot how to treat their customers with empathy and respect. A chilling experience on a hot summer day.

To be fair, the store is suffering from the pandemic so the inventory is low. A manager told me their network of suppliers is been disconnected due to a two month shutdown and it will take time before they are fully up and running. Fitting rooms and washrooms are operational. They have a liberal return policy, 30 days if you're a loyalty member (10 days if you're not). Wayne was great, he showed me the pants that are my size on clearance, I bought a pair pants for $13.00. You enter the store through the escalators up to the 3rd floor but you have exit the store using the elevators. They have hand sanitizer at the entrance.

Most of the times for many it's hit and miss with getting what they want. At busy times (the afternoon) the store get messy. A sales associate told me they get delivery everyday and often put out new stock onto the sales floor by late afternoon. Best time to get there is by noon. I go there on my lunch from work almost everyday (I work near this store) and most times I get what I'm looking for. i mostly buy socks, underwear and kitchen supplies. Some kitchen gadgets sell out fast. Needed a can opener, came back 3 times before I found one.

selections are Hit & Miss ,,,, it's Winners ,,, but the cashing line ,,,, well some cashiers work harder than the others. Some cashiers need to STOP chit chat with the customers and take care of the line. This afternoon there were over 10 people in the line, 2 cashiers working BUT 1 of them was with this 1 customers chatting, laughing and actually going thru her merchandises and giving the woman his opinion while we were WAITING PATIENTLY in line ,,, and whilst his coworker rushing to help us ,,, So Unfair for the other cashier.

Nice big national discount clothier chain. Typically you can find some good deals here if you're looking for high end fashion or brand name stuff for cheaper then retail but you will have to go through a few racks of clothing first. This particular visit was ok, a long line up at the cash but the called for assistance and cleared the line fast. I will definitely return when I need something and would definitely recommend if you're looking for deals!

It was okay for a winners. Did not find layout exception at all. I also felt like I was followed by floor walkers, which I somewhat understand due to shoplifting, but these guys sucked. Either they wanted my number or they thought I was stealing (and I wasn't). Lol anyway, I found some decent shirts and Jays gear.....and sandals (though they are killing my toes) all and all its an OK. Winners......better than expected for the location

  • Sharon McNeil

It's been renovated & if you are into a lot of organic or gluten free foods... there's a large selection...the down side is that it's pricier, & doesn't have as many of the 'regular' Loblaws items...but there's an in-store bakery, you can have lunch there & tea or coffee, etc...& there's also a Pharmacy... these are open until 9pm but Loblaws is open until 11 pm 7 days a week except holidays

  • Lillian JT.

This use to be my favourite location for the contemporary selection. During a recent visit I was unimpressed it their beauty section and selection (they had too many of the same brands/products not enough variety), the overall store looked messy and like the items have been sitting there for quite some time and they needed a fresh new collection of merchandise.

Winners above Loblaw's on Queen Street West at Portland. It's WINNERS you cannot go wrong. Gourmet Food, Ladies Wear, Men's Wear. Some of the Sexiest underwear I have ever seen. Fitness Apparels, Exercise Equipment ( even if you don't use it, it will look great in your Condo) Kids Wear, Furniture, Wall Decor, Kitchenwear, Jewelry, Cosmetics plus More.

  • Modca

I have been to this Winners several times and I have never had any problems, but a while ago a men Asian cashier of about 50+ was incredibly rude, when I had not even said anything more than good afternoon to him. Today unfortunately he came back to assist me and he was exactly the same, arrogant and despotic. Why do they have employees like that?

  • Nika Moeini

Worst customer service experience of my life. Asked a simple question to the cashier who called the manager who proceeded to yell at me, frown at me and stare at me as I stood there paying for my items. Even though the selection was great and clothes are amazing, this horrible, scarring experience means I will never return to this location again.

  • Eren Hasip (Ero)

A good selection of designer labels in an affordable price range. The king and Spadina location merged with this location and it is now the only convenient location in the Toronto core. Men's and women's clothes, shoes, accessories and a variety of goods for the home. I prefer shopping here versus the hectic mall environment.

  • Jonathan Lau

This is a fairly good sized Winners. At least, in the downtown core. This Winners has a good selection of children's toys and clothing. Also there are many household decor pieces and stuff for the home. This doesn't count the many clothing options for men and (especially) women. My wife likes to come here for that reason.

  • Pedro Salomão

Huge location with just TOO MANY options. I know this is supposed to be a great thing but there’s so much stuff at this location that sometimes is actually hard to find what you’re looking for, specially when in a hurry. It’s also very hard to find small and extra small clothes. Overall it’s a good store, just not for me.

  • Rajiv Bajaj

I am writing this review after having visited several outlets of Winners in Toronto. This is a great place to shop for bargains, especially when it comes to clothes, footwear and personal accessories. It is a store that sells all branded stuff, at prices well below the brand outlets. Definitely a great place to shop.

  • Anthony Alexandre

I mainly shop my clothes here. It's as it states at the door, fab finds for less. I bought a sweater and pants my last visit and loved the purchases. Another favorite sweater to my sweater collection and pants that go with anything. Go any time before late afternoon so you can basically have the store to yourself!

  • Ross Carrothers

This winners never really has much selection and it can be hard to find what you're looking for. There's a decent amount of floor space but not a decent amount of items in stock. The location at Yonge and Dundas has a lot more clothing, and if you're looking for home supplies you're better off going to Home Sense

  • Brenda Miller

No hats, that I wanted fur, interested in some gloves, confusing aisles so didn’t look for a sweater. Got some pj bottoms and stood in a long line. Wow! It takes time to shop there wasn’t up for it. But live my nice super soft pjs. Yes! Will go back when have more time & son who was with me got some gift cards.

  • Amanda JP Reid

Great staff friendly ready to help you find anything in the store Clean and tidy The lighting was very good the stock was well layed out Housewares and sheets and towel sets are beautiful. For birthday or special occasions gift giving its worth visiting this store on queen street west

  • Colin White

If you like neighbor and jeans this is a place to get them for $29 to $59. I have seen jeans comment these same genes go for over $350, and yet if you show up at winners at the right time, and the planets are just aligned in the right place :) you will find what you're looking for

  • Adam Young

Tough to here and find what you want. Easy to go there and find cool stuff you probably don't need. Half the battle is sorting through the disorganization of this store. That said I can only imagine the headache attempting to make sense of their product selection.

  • RSH DVP

A spacious and modern establishment serving the community well. Affordable clothing, footwear, household items, pet accessories and more. In the same building as Loblaws just an escalator away. Come to refresh your closet and then get your grocery shopping done.

  • Omar Saeed

Amazing selection and quite spacious. The good thing about this location is that it has a lot of the trendier items that cater to the downtown crowd, so as someone coming from the West end, this is a great store...got some unreal deals here for a bag and coat

  • Brian Cowan

Everyone's a Winner here baby. They have everything: cute little cast iron pots, cafetières, umbrellas, and lots of clothes. I was looking for an umbrella on my last visit and the sales associate was able to guide me right to the spot where

  • Lucie Morillon

The Queen & Bathurst location is the only location where makeup products are not open and things inside swatches, damaged or completely destroyed. The store looks well maintained overall compared to other locations. Will definitely go back!

  • Stephen P. M.

I'm not going to beat the store up because of a lack of product stock and options however, if this review is monitored by Winners management please note you have to work harder and quicker to fix your supply chain issues. I understand much

  • Matthew Flammia

It's winners this fun always has some good products. I absolutely love going in there and finding open packages and getting better deals. they always got some type of name-brand stuff on sale but make sure that the box has everything in it

  • Lisa Ingram

Winners is my go to shop for my house needs. Love the variety of kitchen ware that appeals to everyone's style. Bathroom fresh new textures and colour's Bedroom can't go wrong with the vast variety of linens. Great colour's and print.

  • Larissa Lio

This winners is amazing for beauty products and home goods. The clothing selection is small but it is one of the best to browse through since they don’t clutter the racks. I always find something interesting and well priced here.

  • Cameron Pichette

This winners is slightly hidden away and a little difficult to figure out , but once you find your way around it has quite a lot of stuff packed in a little space on the third floor above a grocery store and a Joe fresh store.

  • Brian Huskins

Winners is all about location and timing. Still trying to figure this location out! Terrible layout and still trying to find their product mix for this high visibility location - cheap t-shirt tourist or university student.

  • Jon Dykeman

Promote Justin!!! He was such a big help today in carrying our headboard, wrapping it up and helping us strap it to our car. A true gentleman and excellent worker!!! Made what could have been a difficult task, easy.

  • Jerad Johnson

Selection was kind of limited. To tell you the truth, I couldn't find a single thing I was looking for. Will order online instead. Probably would try that unless I absolutely needed something that couldn't wait...

  • Derek Spencer

If you are looking for women's clothing this is a great location, but all their other departments at this location definitely take a backseat. Not a winners to go to for kid's toys, men's clothing, or home decor.

  • Kerry Boileau

You know... Winners. I went in to get an extra layer of clothing as the temperature had dropped since I left the house. I acquired the sweater I needed for under $25. I wish they had more sweaters that were wool

  • Danielle Geva

You'll find something different at each Winners in Toronto, so make sure you visit all of them. You can always exchange your items of you find something better, and the loyalty card gives you 30 days to decide.

  • Steve Seguin

Fantastic. Not as spacious as some other locations, but not a bad place to go when you need somethign like undewear or gym clothes. There are better places to buy good day to day clothing in the area though.

  • Mack Browne

I visit this winners pretty often. It's huge and the inventory changes regularly. I go here pretty often on my lunch break looking for a new pair of shoes. They almost always have something I end up buying.

  • Jeff Tremblett

Pretty good. Good selection of jeans. Only issue, the security tags are easily activated. Gets irritating listening to them while trying on clothes. Beside that, enjoy shopping at this particular Winners

  • Bryan Malla

The winner of all Winners. Fire selection of scented candles (literally) and the simple and spacious layout makes navigating through the store as easy as ever. The true Mecca of one-stop shopping.

  • Lu M.

Great location, friendly staff and good selection of home decor and clothing. Clothing/shoe selections were okay. Loved the home decor section. So many new christmas items this time of the year.

  • Sharon Cezair

I'm not a shopper but enjoyed my time at winners. The store is well set up, has a wide variety of items. There are some really good brands of footwear and their staff are warm and friendly.

  • Audra Rusinas

Very disappointing selection. Wanted to buy something for my mother as a birthday gift and found out that there is NO options for women over an XL, and even that size is EXTREMELY limited.

  • Sepehr Hadizadeh

Probably the most exclusive winners I've seen. They might as well scrap the men's section altogether. The styles and sizes appear to be tailored for the neighborhood, and not many others.

  • Eddie Furda

Three level building with Joe Fresh at one take escalator up to Loblaws on two and Winners on three.Winners is a big store with a variety of apparel and friendly staff.

  • NEILA

Great reduced prices for all different brands & all kinds of different products, staffs are friendly & courtesy. Worth checking out the products whenever possible.

  • Marsha Alvares

Not a huge Contemporary section - shoe selection is weak. Clean and friendly staff. Good home selection, kids and mens section. Women's selection could be better.

  • Daisy ayang

Amazing store, helpful staff. You can always find ideas for presents, your home and yourself, very well organized. I miss that store. Hopefully will reopen soon.

  • Ammu

Very organised and less crowded!! Perfect winners to shop in our own paceand can read all about those skin products etc Great place for timepass shoppers …

  • Kripleen Ks

I used to work here & I have noticed that at no other Winners do you get the kind of service that you get at this location!! Exceptional customer service!!

  • PK

One of the better Winners. Huge store. Lots of merchandise. Biggest miscellaneous section that I have seen. Also had a lot of Christmas wrapping options.

  • Susan Visser

Always great value and an amazing selection. I was looking for inexpensive Christmas decorations and gifts. I didn't need to go to any other store!

  • Dale Lutes

Lots of deals such as nightgown natural skin from $95 to $39. French connection and designer tops. Suitcase from $270 to $45. Jewellery as well.

  • Ratheepan Sivanathan

Winners is amazing and they have so many different brands. The staff are very helpful. You can find some great home, and kitchen stuff as well.

  • Natalia Huang

There's some really cheap stuff but you gotta be patient and look around. Clothes are sorted by size rather than model which I don't like much

  • kanchan sharma

What a beautiful place to buy everything….. kids , women, men stuff, I love ❤️ their kitchen stuff…..fancy, less price…. In my budget always

  • Giselle Andal

Love this location, not super crowded and always leave here with a new gem! Shout out to the staff here, they are very friendly and helpful!

  • RKS

Okay Winners location. Not the best if you're looking for something on the higher side but the variety is decent. Layout could be improved.

  • Benoit Marinoff

I get it there is a market for stores like winners but not my cup of tea. I don't have time to dig in dumpy racks to maybe find something.

  • Chelle Schuster

Good selection of items but the place is small compared to other locations. However, it is popular so the good are over turned constantly.

  • olga lovatsis.

Found a pair of spring ankle cowboy boots. Found a pair of suede covered clog style slippers. Found a couple of small Redbook sports bags.

  • Fuad O

Good store, similar to winners stores but a little bit smaller. I could say they have a room for improvement on presenting the products.

  • Karyn

Crazy long line ups. The store itself was fine, but they insist on having one giant line up for all tills. Tip: use the self check out

  • Shanny M.

Extensive selection of apparel and bags as well as beauty products. Reasonable prices and there are always specials all year long.

  • onyi E.

Great place to shop for apparel both designers and other name brand. ....the store always has items on sale....which is a plus.

  • Mjpn Steven

Price is reasonable with endless housewares selections! I found every location has slightly different items to choose from.

  • Linda Huynh

It's in the Loblaws' building. The main floor is Joe Fresh, 2nd is Loblaws supermarket & the Winner is on the 3rd floor

  • Laura Ferguson

Huge lines but they actually move pretty quickly, so don't be too intimidated. Good prices, if you're willing to hunt.

  • Riann Ha

Was sold faulty merchandise. Store managers Corey and Lillian are extremely rude and condescending, very unhelpful.

  • Carol

It's a little depressing in there. Gaps on the shelves from low inventory. Stock right now not that interesting.

  • Steve Rudman

Great store. Huge selection. Full shelves. Bring lots of bags. Your going to need then. Lol. Fantastic deals wow

  • Estefania DeLosSantos

Tons of items on clearance. Plenty of seasonal household items. Good discounts in the travel section.

  • Darren Donahue

This location had a great selection (not as picked-over as other stores) and it was very neat & tidy

  • A A

The manager and cashier at this location were great, total sweethearts! Good sense of humour too :)

A good variety of clothes. I had to return one item for another size, it was a smooth transaction.
