It was not the best visit for me today as I was returning items to the store. The staff seemed new but the manager, Michelle T., was quite off-putting and borderline rude in dealing towards a long-time customer. Maybe she's not nice to non-causasians or maybe she's not nice in general. Have a nice day, she said, with her back turned toward me, like how rude was that??? If she's like this downtown, maybe TJ Maxx/Winners should move her to the suburbs where she'll only get to deal with her kind. She was arguing with me about the quality and age of the returns when that was supposed to be the hallmark of why you shop at Winners or Marshall's - - that they can accept returns as long as the tag is on there. This is by far the rudest staff (and a manager at that) I've ever experienced in a Winner's / Marshall's. She should get retrained or transferred because she doesn't know the meaning of good customer service, and she is setting a bad example to her staff. Does she get reverse ratings among her staff to see if they're not only competent, but just good people who offer a good customer experience. If it were up to me, she should be fired. One star for this branch.

Terrible Winners. The staff are great, but it is often understaffed at lunch time, so the wait is too long to buy anything. The selection is mediocre, seems picked over, like the good stuff went to College Park and left overs from past seasons went here. The neighborhood around has changed a lot with very high condo prices, but the Winners hasn't improved it's selection to cater to a crowd who would buy designer and runway clothes. Also, there are hardly any options in XS. My best friend and I love Winners and this one is close to us, but we both wear XS / XXS and can never find anything to wear at this Winners. The bathroom is also always disgusting. The only thing that is decent is the selection of personal care items. I really wish this Winners would get more high end clothing and more XS/XXS in the latest styles and that the bathrooms were hygienic.

This is my favourite Winners. The store is not designed as an enormous box, which enables shoppers to go to different areas to find things. For example, the bath products are in a separate "room" and not out in the open while other shoppers push by you. I find that with all Winners stores it pays to arrive as soon as they open, when the displays look immaculate and not picked over. I was in the store just this past weekend and all the staff was so friendly, and I really appreciated their good cheer at this particular time. The selection of housewares and foodstuffs is excellent, and if you compare prices you will find that they do indeed have good bargains on brand-name chocolates.

From the outside this winners location does not look big. However it is well hidden inside the walls of a beautiful historic building in the oldest part of Toronto. Apart of the typical options for men and women that any winners offer, this store has an extensive home oriented section. Although they do not bring furniture that much everything that you need as accesorios can be found. They have a large selection of goodies and toys got your pet as well. I live coming here and looking for deals on different items. Check the food section you can always find a nice present.

One of the bigger Winners in downtown Toronto. There is a huge selection of shoes, women's clothing and men's clothing. The snack aisle is extremely popular so expect many people here browsing the selection. No children's clothing from what I saw. Though, it's possible I missed it because of the size of the store. My 5 year old daughter wanted to go home, so we were in a hurry to leave the store. Overall, a great shopping experience.

Very nice location that makes you feel the store has been around for a while. They have everything any other shoppers could offer you. The staff are super friendly, we ere greeted nicely and assisted at the checkout promptly. Parking could be a challenge, but on weekday, there seems to be plenty of parking. Not the best location of your driving, but the store is nice and the staff are great.

How did we get Marshalls and Canadians got Winners? It does not compute. Please come and remove Marshalls from the United States and replace it with Winners. I feel bad exchanging that cluster truck with super nice Canadians who don't deserve trash but it is what it is. TJX companies, we want Winners in the US. The staff, the discounts, the merch, all of it . A+++++!

Whenever I need to shop for new clothes or for the perfect birthday or Christmas gifts, I go to Winners. Their selection is unbeatable and if you are willing to do a few daily trips to the store, you will find what you are looking for. They have new stuff showing up every day. I also like their gift cards which can be used at Winners, Marshall or HomeSense.

So many 5 star reviews. This is my favourite winners for kitchen ware , house wares etc. It is open early , 7 days a week open on holidays which is usually when I am in Toronto. For me it's the largest winners I have visited but normally I am in west southern ontario with much smaller selection. Those winners would get less stars should I review them.

Its good to visit this place, its bigger one also. Store has a-lot of winter wear jackets varieties. It also has the sleep wear collection The only thing which bothers me is the size , sometime or I would say every time I love something and it doesn’t have size for me as only one or 2 left But worth visiting, collection wise i would rate it 5

This is my favourite Winners although not for plus size clothing. They have an excellent housewares and beauty section. I love the idea of being able to drop in when I'm on dog walks. The dogs love going inside and will occasionally pick out a toy for themselves. They usually have great dog coats and sweaters as wall. Great store, all around!

The Winners isn't that bad here; I appreciate the accessibility features of this store for handicap folks. This Winners stays open a bit longer than some locations that I've been to. And it feels slightly small. But other than that - it's alright for being a Winners. I'd recommend going to the College Park one for more spacious browsing room.

Any Winners you go to is pretty much the same, just depends if you get lucky for unique finds! The reason I love coming to this location, is really the staff. Everyone I interact with when coming here are wonderful. They are super helpful and very kind; I always leave the store with something that I didn’t really need!

Store is bigger than you would think considering the area. Clothing, candles, backpacks, pet things, shoes with plenty of items for the home decor. I tried to get some assistance from staff it appeared that they didn't want to help. Another shopper heard my inquiry and actually suggested where I could find the item.

This location is very nice and bigger than it seems. Unfortunately I had a poor experience at this particular winners. I was followed around the store by an associate so I won't be returning. I did not feel welcome or like a valued customer. I'm pretty sure it was because I was the only black shopper in the store.

The Winners in Toronto has a really elegant interior and the selection of goods are also a lot better than most stores I've visited in other areas of the country. The store is well designed and the service is fast. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. As an out of towner, I would definately come back here.

Smaller Winners location, especially the men’s section, there is barely anything there. They also have an extremely small home section. I wouldn’t typically go there, they don’t have a good selection. That being said, they have better customer service and more friendly staff than most Winners store I’ve been to.

This one was bigger then the first one I stopped off at, a little bit bigger selection. Clean store, friendly staff, and no wait. Had just what I was looking for needed another piece of luggage for my trip home and on clearance score... found a pair of shoes too. Winner...hahaha guess the name says it all.

Excellent Winners location with many different sections and lots of selection. Store is well organized considering the odd layout of the space. Change rooms are in an odd place in the back near houseware section. Staff pretty much keeps to themselves but are helpful if you have any questions.

There isnt much clothing selection. Minimal women's and men's areas. Small shoe area but good sales! They do have home decor and pets stuff and workout gear and food stuffs. There is a bathroom near the shoes. They even have a jewelery section and health care products. I do frequent this spot

One of my fav shopping places where I can find almost everything I need - but mostly for half the price. I like going there spontaneously - there is always something worth buying. A big thumbs up for their return policy - no problems at all plus convenient return time frames.

A bit of an understocked Winners compared to others. You'll either love or hate floor design.... quirky old building lay out that isn't a good design for a big box style clothing store...makes it feel a but disorganized. But largely a good use of space for the esplanade.

Winners is always a good place to find a hidden deal. If you're willing to put a little search in, you'll find stuff. They also usually have new items in bulk that are good. For Jordan lovers, got two pairs of Jordans for $100 each. Which is...impossible anywhere else

Rude and aggressive employees. The cashier asked to see my cc to verify the last three digits (which is fine) for a return but instead of looking at it while I was holding it, she tried to grab it from my hands and take it away from me.....? Like why the aggression?

I love this winners. It offers a variety of clothing and house items. The shoe section usually offers a variety of styles of shoes. The building is an older one has lots of charm. The location is excellent and is close to many other stores and restaurants.

Absolutely great location (and I will always stop in at a winners), but the selection here most of the time seems not as great as other locations. Recommend to stop by if you are in the area, otherwise the college park location has better stock for sure.

A nice, large store near St. Lawrence market. They have the same "regular" goods that they have in most Winners stores. The location does not have its own parking lot but there is plenty if paid street parking on Front Street.

Great store with great staff. Fadi at the jewelery counter was amazing and extremely helpful. This store always has a variety of product. Their beauty section is very good. I always try to visit when I'm in this area of town.

My favorite winners finally reopened. Usually a great menswear selection and there tend to be smaller sizes unlike many winners (downtown Torontonians are just slimmer) and prices as good as you’d expect.

This location is located in the historical district not too far from the Distellery District. That particular store is under stocked, at least the time I visited and doesnt have good clearance section.

Great place to find hidded gems in clothing and housewares. Specifically, unusual spices or flavours not common in typical supermarkets. As well as, great skin care, hair care and body care products.

My recent visit to Winners was a disappointment. The store was almost empty with very limited clothing options and no items in my size.

Good sized store in the heart of the St Lawrence Market neighborhood. And only a 4 minute walk to the St Lawrence Market itself.
