An unprofessional staff ruined the impression of the store. A rude counter service staff refused return of items without proper explanation. She just passed it to the supervisor. When we asked the supervisor Dorin why those items can not be returned, she didn't answer properly and simply took the return even without any apology. It was my first time at Winners with such a terrible experience. The staff should have proper understanding on their store's return policy. I regret I didn't get the cashier's name. I would have put her name here if I knew it.

Nice store. Leaving this because I unfortunately witnessed a female customer this evening being extremely rude and nasty when trying to return something. This customer was horrible to the cashier and horrible to the manager who were assisting her in returns. The manager and cashier maintained their professionalism despite being horribly verbally, mentally and emotionally abused by a customer. Definitely not one of the better Winners in the area. For that try the one at Centre just west of Bathurst. But considering it’s in a mall with lots of great stores, worth popping in if you’re already there.
