Terrible customer service and experience. This is a company that lies to its customers. They told us they would price match a piece of furniture, took our money and advised our order was processed. A day later we were called by the store manager saying they made a mistake and could not give us that piece of furniture at that price...even after the took payment, raised invoices, confirmed order etc. So we raised a complaint to the general manager and he failed to even acknowledge the complaint and totally didn’t even reply....They just don’t care about making things right for its clients. Totally avoid them, totally untrustworthy and unprofessional.

This review is from Virginia who paid a lot for a custom made sofa....and I mean a lot!! It came with a sofa bed. The cushions never and to this day are not leveled. When sitting on it you are at a slant like your going down a slide. They tried to make it right but it's still looks lopsided. Christine the sales rep. assured us the material we picked was from a outstanding company. But the material we choose shreds and it easily snags. I'm totally unhappy with my purchase and would never recommend this place.

We walked into the business without knowing much about it and what made us a customer was the non pushy approach of Robert Collum. He was a great guide and advisor. Came to our house and made an appointment to show us his recommendations. After putting the order we saw that the date of delivery is six months out. We called to cancel but Robert managed to get it down to 3 months and they were right on time in delivering. We were very pleased both with the product and service.

We went to about 5 stores last weekend looking to furnish our new home. My husband and I had never been to a Woodbridge location before and it was by far the best customer service experience of the entire weekend. Trish was absolutely exceptional, her kindness and expertise won us over!! Thank you, Trish!! We will be back :)

Terrible service, ordered a table in October, was told it would arrive in 8 weeks, still haven't received it and it is mid-March. This wouldn't be that big of a deal except for I can't even get the salesperson to return my emails asking for clarification.

This furniture store has high-quality items that are long lasting and is in a very convenient location. Lamya is very helpful and knowledgeable regarding what to purchase and also with custom in-home consultations and interior design!

This place has some unique furniture that was pretty modern. Pretty expensive but worth checking out. You can customize a lot of stuff here also.
