Roughly 6 to 6.30 we go there and there's always only 1 register open and sometimes there's none and we have to call someone. They always charge extra for some things and they never answer the phone. Woolworths channel court is by far the worst ever.

People will get Ripped off and stolen from, and most will not realise the theft from this store. Time and time again when I check my purchase receipt, advertised specials DO NOT scan at the discounted price - full price charged….shame on Woolworths!

Fruit and vegetables very expensive and customer service was appalling! Queue was half way along the front of the aisles and only ONE checkout open that I could see. I asked the operator were there any other checkouts open she barely looked

Great supplies and good service. I always get a smile on my dial when I go through this particular woollies, I can't help it now that I know a few of the staff by name. Always a pleasure dropping in here for milk and bread, my usual run. ;)

Great place to shop but not a good place to stay with the parking. If you overstay your welcome you are served with a parking fine which is just ridiculous when there are so many empty spots. Shame on channel court owners. Money hungry.

This is a great place to shop and everything you need is here. The only downside is I wish that the check out staff don't overfill the bags. I always supply my own bags and have to continually ask not to overfill them.

Tried to ring the Kingston Town Store on the phone number on my docket....I tried at least half a dozen times and it rang out. I then check the number on the website and low and behold it was a different number......

Pleasant and helpful staff here but yesterday there were long queues at the checkouts with half of them closed. Its not rocket science to open up more checkouts at peak shopping times.

Hi there, I have just been shopping in Channel Court Woolworths. I was waiting in the line for self check out when staff member Isobel offered to serve me at an other check out.

I worked at this store for 4 and a half years. If only customers knew the conditions staff are actually working with, I'd guarantee you wouldn't be picking woolies!

I was served at the checkout by Daniel today. I was having an average day up until then, but his happy personality and kind service really puts a smile on the face.

Only 2 checkouts operating Sunday at 4.45pm . Was the same last week too .Waited 32minutes to get served by someone that looked like they'd eaten a bag of lemons.

Everything has gone up in price expediently, you can't put it all down to freight costs. I bet their profits are through the roof.

Check your chickens folks, I found maggots in mine! Woolworths were very nice about it though, we got another chicken and refund.

Went in specialy for Hot Cross buns only to find they were not fresh but ice cold so out of fridge or freezer. Very disappointing

Update 15 June - nothing changed. Saw a pensioner going through a tiny self serve checkout with a FULL trolley the poor guy.

Consistently bad customer service. Shelves are often empty or low stock, and they keep deleting lines from their range.

Also great to go shop and having a 10 person line due to the fact there's ever only 3 self checkout machines working.

My 2nd shopping location in Kingston, not as big as the main woolies but handy if shopping in channel court
