Friday 02/06 evening around 18:05 Maybe woolworths need to train their staff on ‘how to talk to customers’ and not to be rude. I went to woolworths to ask for some coins. First of all , the guy was very rude and said ‘can you talk louder’. And then I asked for coins of around 40$ , without even asking 1$ coins or 2$ coins or giving alternate ways , he said he cant give me more than 10$ worth. The way he said was very rude. He needs good training, if he is rude the same way with everyone, I wonder how many customers have already stopped coming to woolworths moonah. I think his name is Mahumad. Very very bad experience.

For the last couple of years there has been at least one grocery-packer who takes no pride in packing the shelves. ie. Packets/boxes, tins are placed wrong-side round. Doesn't instil care/professionalism/ confidence etc. = Annoying. Also... Often you go in-store and in-store there is not one of the smaller hi-floor shopping trolleys. They are so much easier to use. Especially for self-checkout.. These two things have been bugging me for a couple of years.. Maybe also a bigger stock of bread buns..often there are none to found. Not meaning the small side-plate dinner table buns. Meaning "roll" buns & hamburger buns.

It’s the third time this week I purchased mandarins from the store and the where off.!!!!!. When I took him back it was clear to me that the staff they already knew. But they’re still selling the Mandarin that they’re off. And twice I went in the morning this week about 10 o’clock am to buy a PYENGANA MILK and both times I had to ask the staff to go in the fridge and get me a bottle, but no one bothered at the same time filling up the fridge. very or quality of fruit.Definitely they dropped the ball at the store, very disappointed MISLEADING PEOPLE EVERYDAY!!!!!

Hit and miss with the customer service, but that happens everywhere. Maybe make sure you only put friendly staff on the self serve check out so customers don't feel like they're being an imposition by flagging the staff member for assistance when the self serve station is playing up. Additional customer service training of the younger staff would be good to remind them to acknowledge customers and keep an eye out for the alert light in the self serve lane. Usually a positive, or at least neutral, experience. :)

Was just made to feel bad for wearing a facemask when supporting my disabled client to shop by the staff member on the checkout. I thought we were supposed to All be in this Together. Management...please instruct your staff to keep their opinions about how your shoppers chose to stay safe to themselves. Generally the staff are doing a great job, but this particular staff member repeated her comment twice after I ignored her the first tome. She needs to get with the program.

A typical Woolies store with wide variety of traditional Aussie food items. Be great to have a toilet and parenting space. It surely couldnt be to difficult or expensive to maintain this needed basic area its not rocket science. Staff are always happy & friendly. Even smiling through the cleanup of 2 x 2LT milk bottles which had toppled of the conveyer belt when going through the checkout.

Worst customer service from one person, I have been going to this Woolworths for over 15 years well before its revamp and brand changes. Either this staff member has a personal issue or they are insufficiently trained on profiling. Everything else is fantastic about this store and its staff. But myself, my partner, friends and family avoid this store if a particular staff are on.

Like most other mid sized Woolworths. Has The usual Woolworths goods, there is no Bakery and limited suply of stationary but a good variety of general grocery items including cooked chickens. Nice large parking at the rear was a little confusing on where to park as Google maps took me to the main street entrance i did a block to find parking and found the rear carpark.

Its a smaller woolies but most everything is there the car park is sloped making it a bit tricky to place groceries in car there is only one checkout in service at a time can be a bit frustrating if you purchase lots of items but all in all its one of my favorite woolies parking is easy.

Many many times when I've collected an order for pick up, multiple items end up being missing, this shouldn't be happening at all yet it's happened way too often. Avoid getting your pick up orders here if you can, I recommend New Town Woolworth's or even the Coles instead …

I shop at this Woolworths store all the time,been over 4 years now,it's easy to get around& find things,they have so much variaty to buy.they always surprise you with specials,the workers are polite most days& the Dehli food I've found to be fresh.

One of the more quiet Woolies (not a monster busy store or a mini no stock store), it's a good sized store with a large product range, they have more discounted items because they aren't bought as often (if you are after a few bargains).

Nice wide open planned place with easy accessibility throughout the whole store. Easy to park and has a few other convenient shops surrounding it both out the back and front of the complex. Happy shopping everyone and enjoy

Don't go early, no checkouts will be open. And rude people unpacking in middle of isles that don't move. I understand this is necessary but customers should be considered. And been there several times with no trolleys instore.

Great shopping experience, nice and clean, flat access. Easy to move around even when it is busy. I went through self serve, its easy to use, and I had my own bags. Staff are floating around if you need assistance.

There is a customer bathroom at the end of a long corridor and then behind an unmarked door. If you manage to find it, well done! You have done better than the maintenance staff who have no idea it exists.

Just like most Woollies. Good selection of products at good prices. What makes this one very good is it is radio to get to, with good parking, it makes it ideal for a quick shop or a long shop.

Great Woolies. Granted they aren’t a full size Woolies, but still a decent selection of everything you need. Always easy for parking and always reasonably quick checkout wait times.

Dont buy from the deli i seen multiple rotten items in there near made me sick. I also got told that the items from that deli have been places no sausage should go lol

Ok for a top up shop. Wouldn't recommend to do a fill shop unless you live only a few streets away. Not a big selection of fruit, vegetables, meat or deli products.

OK visit as shopping goes. Only problem was the film of god knows what on the self serve check out machine, went straight to car and antibacterial wiped my hand.

In my opinion if someone forgot to scan some things there should be a buzzing system So, costumer/Customer service personnel will know about the product.

Ordinarily I'd give Woolworth's an average rating. The extra star is for customer service. I do wish there was a greater range of fresh, local seafood.

Need a larger bakery section and the deli staff i swear have never seen a customer as they don't know how customer service works even on a basic level.

Tiny store with barely any of the normal range of brands you can find in a Woolworths store especially considering how large and busy the suburb is.

Got a click and collect was a lovely staff member who delivered the items even helped pack in car. Which no other supermarket has helped me before.

Good parking at the rear but limited parking on the main road. Nice size. Clean and good produce. Easy to find and all the usual Woolies produce.

Staff were so friendly, and happy to be there, even on a public holiday. So refreshing to be served with a smile, keep it up team …

Very helpful deli staff, the boys in particular. Had a gift voucher and the cs were very helpful in helping me use it through the checkout.
