Do not risk entering this shop!! This particular Woolworths is the dirtiest food shop my wife and I have ever entered, the floor is covered in loose food and general filth. The staff are very grumpy or in my experience quite rude, I'm not sure if Australia still has Health inspections but this place would not pass an inspection as the place is very very dirty and smelly. Most of the products are out of date or damaged, their fresh food looks horrible and quite old, they mainly only sell to the elderly due to the area and as such have let their standards slip as the elderly are less likely to complain but are unable to shop else where. Please boycott this Woolworths until they clean up their shop and start to treat the mostly elderly customers with some respect and kindness thank you.

Good. However!!!!young check out girl, was coughing at counter. Why wasn't she Wearing a mask She told me she hadn't been well......'and not to worry...she was at the tail end of it's She had been Covid tested..... Even though you have plastic screens in place, I still think in these days, surely a mask to protect us older folk would be the right thing to do Huge amounts of people going into store, NO WIPING OF TROLLEYS/BASKETS OR HAND SANITIZING....And no one phone covid checking in!!!! Disappointing

Just like to say the staff at sorell Woolworths are very helpful But one in particular stands out I have never seen a more enthusiastic employee Always cheerfull and goes out of his way to help Woolworths Sorell are very lucky to have Pedro as one of their staff members Pedro is amazing and always willing to help any way he can and has an abundance of energy I have never seen in my over 50 years of shopping with.woolworths Both in Tasmania and the mainland such a dedicated worker Mandie Marziano

A top store!!! It's lovely and clean. It stocks so many brands and has lots of specials. There is plenty of fresh produce which always tastes fresh too. The staff are friendly and helpful. There are usually lots of checkout options available. The store layout is practical with wide isles and there is a liquor store if you need it. Plenty of parking with wheelchair access as well as pl enty of trolleys that all go in the direction you want ;) :)

Staff aren't very friendly or socialable. Self-service feels weirdly scrutinised by the surveilling staff. The store's selection is diverse however. The fresh fruit and vegetables have a really nice presentation. The store is quite old, literally and in appearance; it feels very much in need of some modernisation and clean looks.

Love shopping at Woolworth in Sorell but unfortunately yesterday was not one of those days. I could not find an item and asked a member of staff. The response I received was cold and rather abrupt, almost rude. I believe she was at the service counter. Question, is she having a bad day or just rude to foreigners? Sad

By fresh food people, does Woolworths mean not quite rotten yet people? Veggies are wilted and no good within 48hrs, that’s if they aren’t starting to wilt when you purchase them. This is a store that is a 10 minute drive from massive fresh produce farms!!!! Store is also dirty compared to local competitor.

Sorell has a great selection of grocery items but the 'fresh fruit and veg' are often not very fresh, the fresh herb selection usually has product that looks well beyond its best, onions sprouting, soft potatoes, very bruised mellons still for sale. I no longer buy my fruit and veg from Woolies Sorell.

April 2022: Woolworths Rosny (Eastlands) is limited to the shape and size of their shopping centre footprint. If you're not familiar with this particular store (which I'm not), then it'll take a bit of getting used to. That said, it's still much better than the rabbit warren that is Coles, downstairs.

Great. It had everything that I needed. But why are there so many unreturned trolleys near the front of the shop? Maybe because all of the trolley returns are in inconvenient locations. How about I just say that trolleys are conveniently placed around the car park for you to take :)

Staff are always friendly, smaller store though so doesn't stock everything bigger stores have. Great to see New Zealand 2L variety of Ice Cream flavours are now available however, it's to die for!!! Thanks Woolies …

Friendly service. Weekly specials. A butcher shop, (Trendy Cut Meats), bakery, surf shop, The Reject Shop, beautician, hairdresser, cheap nail salon, are also situated within this complex. A very busy Shopping Centre in the heart of Sorell.

Pretty much the same as all Woollies. Friendly staff. Always relatively quick service at the checkouts. A very clean store despite being an older fitout . There is a more casual feeling at this store compared to the very busy city stores

This is my main shopping spot. I have shopped here for many years, it has very good parking and is large enough to hold pretty much every thing. The prices are low and very competitive a good place as a top up or for the main shopping.

Not good service at all.Got stood behind when putting things thru the register .I almost hit the lady with my toilet rolls she was that close. If they think you're not paying then do your job yourself. You are the thieves not me.

Clean, loads of parking. Stock good shelfs stocked well. Not enough check outs open. As I refuse to use self serve to give these large companies more money by stacking employees I would rather have them employ people to serve me.

friendly staff that will go out of their way to help. The only complaint I have is like all Woolworth's they never have enough staff on check out. Great range of products for stocking up the camper for that long journey ahead.

Excellent store. Also, recently picked up my first 'Click&Collect' order. Very impressed. A lot of businesses implement services like this but don't necessarily get it right. I was shocked at how efficient it was.

Janellee from Bakery was really helpful. We tried to order online but it didn’t go through. But the lovely lady helped us over the phone with freshly baked muffins and scones. Thank you Woolworths Sorell.

Fantastic store great value veg are fresher and clean plus the shelves are well stocked and the auto checkouts are supervised so that there are no hold ups keeping people waiting

moved here from australia...the vegies are not fresh..tomatoes for example only last a day and a half...its like its all been in a cool store coles is better in sorell

First time I have shop here staff were very good and wife lost phone it been handled in was no problem given back. Had everything I wanted very good thanks to all.

Most staff were friendly and helpful though the on duty manager was abrupt and rude. The shelves were decently stocked but they were out of a few essential items.

Like any woolworths it has everything. Stopped to get a few items and the store was pretty busy but got through the checkout quickly and the staff were friendly.

Visited a few supermarket i Tasmania, this one is probably the worst. Maybe it was a bit late at night but we really didn't like the way staff treated customers.

Waiting for 10 minutes for service at the service desk. And at the bakery they put less filling in there biscults/cakes when the item is on special

My local woolies good prices although can lack some products at times but it's the best store...hasa check In and sanitiser station available now

Great full sized woolworths supermarket servicing Sorell, south east rural areas, the East Coast and the Tasman Peninsula

Spent 45 minutes wandering around aimlessly. Bought most of the lolly aisle and a pecan cake. Holidays are the greatest.

It's woolworths.. you know what you're going to get from a chain. But it's good. Too much plastic packaging but good.
