I only use this post office when forced to. The staff are rude, dismissive and unfriendly. They only speak when they have to. What happened to service? I dislike going into Erdington as it is not a clean and friendly place anymore but at least the post office staff there are always pleasant and welcoming.

Service is ridiculously slow borderline terrible and very understaffed no matter what time of day you post. It shouldn't take 30-45minutes for me to send one parcel at a post office 2 minutes away. Probably not the staffs fault but surely management can see people are waiting far too long to be served!

Google shows the shop opening at 8:30, stood in queue at 9. Maturer member of staff was still opening up and had a face like thunder, no ‘good morning’ or ‘sorry for your wait’ really unfriendly and I will just go to the Erdington post office now, even though this is the closest to where I live.
