Generally very poor service. Slightly unhelpful staff, whilst they have a number of counters the service is anything but speedy. I rarely ever manage to get served within 10 minutes (even when its not busy). Limited opening times poor service, avoid if possible.

The cashier who is in his mid 30s is abit moody no smiles etc . Customer service needs to be improved .. Also i bought some crisps from here when I went home and ate them they tasted funny so I checked the best b4 date and they were a week expired never again

27.3.17 web site says the store is open 7am till 5pm. Sat outside at 7.30am and no sign of the store being open any time soon. Not a great impression for the post office. Why bother having a web site if the information is incorrect or out of date.

Untrustworthy staff. Sent two cards recorded delivery. I put money in one card at the counter. Two cards; one address. Guess which one didn’t reach its destination. Tried to charge me £6.60 per card; got it for £1.90 each in the end.

Stopped coming here because of the one cashier who never smiles and blatantly talks about you in a foreign language. He will actually look you in the in the eye as he does it, he is soo rude and he makes me uncomfortable

Got there at half 12 on a Saturday was closing up but they say there open untill 1 won't use this one again as it's the 2nd time now lazy staff at least change the time to 13 instead of just lying

I've always found the staff here very helpful very knowledgeable, always happy to help you. The shop inside is clean neat tidy good choice of goods they sell. Recommended.

I use this post office a lot as the one closer to me is never open. The people who run it are very friendly and helpful at both the shop and post office.
