Dr ruprai is amazing he is always friendly always helpful and just all around wonderful.!!! The lady I had at the desk today… not so much. Yes she helped me. But when asked for a till receipt. Not the prescription or debit transaction receipt. She responded rudely “you have debit you have official, till is wrapped up with someone else.” I get that. However 1) she should have suspended the other lady’s transaction as she was currently on the phone (as she was when I walked in and she moved off to the side) trying to figure out some coverage stuff… yay providers… 2) she did not have to speak like that to me as I was simply asking for something she should have provided to me without question. I am super unimpressed with this lady as she has now triggered issues with my ocd and files and I might add she was aware of the medications I was picking up. But I guess that’s what happens when you e been doing something for as long as she has and you are not happy with what you do. I really hope they keep her OFF of the counter. Not pleasant… I should have knowen better then to come in when it wasn’t dr ruprai who answered hah

I have been using this pharmacy for all my prescription needs, and they have been nothing but extremely kind and helpful. Very knowledgeable staff, very kind, fast wait times, greet me by name when I come in, always making sure I have everything I need before I leave. Were kind enough to call my old pharmacy themselves and get my old prescriptions sent over, not to mention quick to fax my doctor if my refills run out and I need more of an important pill. They even have a stamp card!

At first, my experience seemed okay, but I encountered an issue with a pharmacist named Jas. I found Jas to be passive-aggressive, immature, and exhibiting racist undertones in their communication. I believe Jas may give different treatment to clients based on their ethnicity. Additionally, Jas displayed an infantilizing attitude toward me, as if I were incapable of taking care of myself. Overall, my experience with Jas was disappointing and concerning.

Moved provinces and this pharmacy was simply the closest… Now I’ll travel across the city if I have to just to keep coming here. The staff are just incredible. It’s a rarity to find a place that remembers you when they see so many faces a day. But Jas and Nicole never fail to greet me by name every month when I stop in for my refills. Plus they’re more on top of my prescription refills than I am, and for that I’m very grateful.

Great service always at You Drug mart. I’m not the best at remembering when I need to order my meds, and when I do the team is always very accommodating and timely with their service. Jas the pharmacist is very knowledgeable and patient always ensuring I feel comfortable with with my new prescription before I leave the pharmacy. I always feel like I can reach out with questions at any time and Jas will kindly answer them.

I have been using You Drugmart for years, they have always provided consistently good care, took calls about prescription/drug questions and have been able to deliver to my house when pick up was not an option. I have recommended You Drugmart to my friends and family - They have also mentioned the same excellent service.

I have been going to this Pharmacy for years. Even though now it’s not the closest pharmacy for me, I still continue to go there! They have always been extremely friendly and helpful. When your Lead Pharmacist knows you by name, that’s customer care! Would highly recommend this Pharmacy!

Been going here for a few years and I'm very happy with the staff(always explain your medication if you are usure about something) and prices. They have free delivery as well so that helps if you are not able to come in or are non-ambulatory(unable to walk).

I have never felt more taken care of in my life. From the start to the end the pharmacist Jasdeep took the utmost care of me. My medical condition is only under control thanks to the care and precision of this pharmacy!!
