I do not recommend this place. My boyfriend was a 1st time customer here and he was sold old dry flowers. Of course many men don't know how to pick the perfect flowers, but it is clear that they took advantage of him and sold him old ones. It seems as if no one helped him pick out different ones, ones that weren't completely dry. No one helped steer him in a different direction, they sold him these bad flowers. He surprised me with these flowers which were very dried out (you can see in the pictures that only about 4 flowers are good). I loved the gesture, it's not his fault at all. But I feel bad for him because I'm sure these flowers were NOT cheap, so I'm sad that these were even sold as is in the first place. They "lasted" 3 days total before I had to throw them out. They were bone dry and crumbling everywhere. Very unfortunate. I've never had flowers last me less than a week! The flowers from Jewel are much more fresh and last longer. I told my boyfriend to not waste his $ here again because these didn't last. I'm sad he paid for these dry flowers.

I've been buying from Zin's since she opened on 18th street. The grab n' go bouquets are a favorite of mine. She goes out of her way to make customers happy. My husband went in and asked if she could find giant alliums (a favorite flower we had at our wedding). She hunted down a couple (they are BIG!) for him and now we make sure to get them every year from her in June! Her selections range from classic to funky and unique. The true beauty of this place is the owner's passion for her work and her desire to make her customers happy. The shop's outdoor space is a fun location for "micro weddings," outdoor tea parties (ask her to create you something magical for your kiddos birthday!), or any small special event. I love supporting this woman owned small business!

The shop is filled with a variety of house plants, ready-to-go bouquets, pick yourself fresh flowers and products from local artists in the form of pottery, jewelry, photography, cards, soaps, candles, macrame and more! The owner is a professional florist and a creative soul with family roots planted in the beloved Chicago neighborhood of Pilsen. I’d consider myself a semi-regular customer. Have always been impressed and excited to see the latest offerings. My daughter has even attended a birthday party here where she learned how to pot a plant in a terra cotta pot she decorated herself! — From a happy repeat customer who highly recommends Zins!!!

I ordered the flowers late at night, after hours, and Zin's delivered in a timely manner the very next day. No issues with delivery either, which has been a common occurrence for me with other vendors when getting flowers delivered to my sister. Zin's is very reasonably priced as well. I paid with them what I normally pay with a Groupon with other online vendors, and I went directly through Zin's, no coupon code needed! My sister absolutely loved the flowers. She said they looked so fresh and full, she thought they were fake! Thank you Zin's for brightening my sister's afternoon, and for even going the extra mile to hand-write my note!

We were lucky to have Zin’s Flowers as the florist for our wedding! We couldn’t be happier, the flowers were beautiful. Christina took the time to be sure we had all we could dream of and fit within our budget. From our beautiful garden arch to our centerpieces, bouquets, and so much more; it was perfect! My father has passed, and thanks to Christina’s recommendation I was able to have him with me (a beautiful locket on my bouquet). The ease of working with the floral designer herself and all of her wonderful ideas gave us the wedding of our dreams. ❤️

We worked with Zin's for flower arrangements at our wedding and reception, and they were fantastic to work with and gave us exactly what we were looking for. They worked with our budget and helped us along the whole way. We also used Zin's Flower Garden (the back patio area) for our reception. Christina went above and beyond to help make the day special. We had cold weather and rain, so we needed to make some last minute adjustments, but it went off without a hitch. Highly recommend

This is a lovely, woman-owned business owned by a truly creative florist. Her prices are reasonable and she supports all kinds of local businesses and creatives. The flowers are fresh and she knows her plants. As for the one star reviews, prove you actually bought something by posting a receipt and that you are not slandering a local business woman. I don’t have a recent receipt, but we’ve purchased lots of bouquets and flowers for ourselves and as gifts. And I can prove it.

Really awesome florist. I always buy my bouquets here because I know I will get beautiful, fresh flowers at a fair price. If you take care of your flowers (change water daily, trim occasionally) from here they last forever. I’ve had 2 weeks with my bouquet, and it’s just now getting to the point where it’s looking a bit sad. They also sell a lot of cute house plants, but for me I love them for their cut flowers. What a cute shop! I've been in a couple of times for last minute bouquets. There is a great selection of unique flowers, as well as some houseplants and small gifts/greeting cards. The staff is super helpful and very sweet -- if you select your own flowers, they'll put together a bouquet for you if you'd like. If you're looking for some interesting blooms outside of your regular grocery store floral options I totally recommend this place!

Zin’s is my go-to for house plants (such beautiful plant/pots combos), floral arrangements, and ‘grab and go’ bouquets. Attached photo shows the arrangement that I gave my MIL for the holidays - it looked so unique and beautiful AND lasted so long! Love Christina’s design and her ability to turn your ask into something so lovely and personal. Sometimes I bring in a vase and ask Zin’s to fill them with beauty and they always deliver!

I ordered a bouquet for my friend's birthday and was so pleased with the result. The bouquet was simply gorgeous and larger than I expected. The flowers were all really nice and there was a good variety. Ordering was really easy - I just told her how much I wanted to spend, the address, and payment information. That was it, and then everything was taken care of perfectly! Zin's Flowers is my go to florist -- highly recommended.

The vibe of this place was infectious and fun. The selections inside were well price ceramic pots and a variety of plants at various stages in the growing process. I appreciated the expertise of the owner and she help me choose a replacement pot. I was able to enjoy the back patio complete with something sweet to sip on and some lives tunes to listen to by the bonfire. All in all a great time; thanks for the memory!

Got our first plant here and the experience was easy and great! She was able to inform us about several different plants and their care instructions! Well definitely be back for more! They also offer a loyalty card so for every 10 plants, you get half off the next plant! They have all types of plants and flower and cacti, and the staff is very knowledgeable about all of it! I can't wait to expand our collection!

My wife works in Urgent Care and the last couple years have been a challenge to say the least. I like to send her flowers at work often and Zin’s is my florist. They are wonderful people to work with and their floral designs are simply beautiful. My husband bought me a Mother’s Day arraignment from here. I know what he spent. The major flowers in the arraignment are already dying. This place is just taking money. We can buy better and fresher flowers at Costco or Trader Joe’s. Maybe one or two flowers will wilt in three days. These were not fresh from Kennicott or another dealer. He will go someplace else next time. Buyers be aware.

I ordered flowers for my mom's birthday from halfway across the country, and they arrived at the time I'd specified, with email updates sent in real-time, including when they'd been delivered. I love the flower combinations in Zin's Flower Shop arrangements - there is always something wild and unexpected. These flowers last a long time too! I also got a ZZ plant that is going gangbusters and is very happy. Christina can usually find any plant I'm interested in purchasing too so don't be afraid to ask her for something special. She even came in on a day they were closed to deliver flowers to Thalia Hall for me! I moved out of the neighborhood but continue to get flowers from here because they're that great!

Their flowers are carefully picked and well arranged. It was a bit more expensive compared to grocery stores, but I'd definitely come here to buy flowers for special occasions. Individual flowers are also sold here and they were reasonably priced. The shop manager was very friendly and helpful.

They are great at helping you make bouquets within a certain budget. We went around picking flowers I liked until I reached the price limit I told them. Wasn't a fan of their premade bouquets but that's ok, there's plenty to choose from.

Love this shop. I live nearby so it’s my favorite place to come to buy impromptu flowers for no reason at all. The shop keeper recommended a beautiful purple shamrock to me about a year ago, which is still bringing cheer to my home.

The bouquet I ordered was really beautiful, almost wish I ordered one for myself. It was also a really quick pick-up, I was probably only in their store for 2 minutes, but it was a wholesome 2 minutes that I really enjoyed.
