Update to your response... THAT'S A LIE. I DID NOT SAY WE GOT COVID FROM NOT WEARING A MASK. ALSO I HAD ON A MASK THE ENTIRE TIME YOU WERE IN MY APARTMENT AND ALSO AFTER YOU LEFT. I stated that my Dad had had it and recovered, the seriousness of it and the importance of wearing a mask. You are responding to my review but left my apartment and did not return my phone call on the day of my move. Still...ZERO STARS... ABSOLUTELY ZERO! Booked the move on 02/26/21 for 02/28/21. Explained 3rd floor move including appliances and boxes and furniture. Move team arrived before the owner (2 males & 1 female) on 02/28 at about 3pm. By the look on their faces and the comments they made, this would be a difficult move due to me having very big, heavy furniture. Which is true and on the third floor, which was explained over the phone. While in my bedroom, the lead mover took his mask off while talking to me and I proceed to explain the importance of keeping his mask on due to the severity of COVID-19 (its 4 people in my small bedroom within 3ft of each other). He rudely roll his eyes. And he says something to the others that I didn't understand. They all immediately leave out and I walk behind them and the lead mover says the owner will be here soon. They leave. Owner comes and do a walk thru as the others did while making several jokes including you have house furniture in an apartment. And all this goes too (the boxes). And what about the stuff on the breezeway... I'm moving so what do you think. He leaves and says he's going to get all the movers from downstairs (suppose to be 5 people total). After 10 min, no one return, so I called the owner to see where they were and he said the movers cancelled because they feared that I had COVID. I'm wondering like what??? He took his mask off and he thought I had COVID. All the while someone heard them talking downstairs saying that I had too much to move for the agreed payment which included unlimited time. Instead of renegotiating, I was left trying to find a new mover within hours of my lease terminating. He connected me on the phone with the lead mover so that I could ask why would he think I had COVID when I was trying to keep him safe by suggesting that he don't remove his mask while in close quarters and the severity of the illness. He only responded that he had the right to cancel and he hung up. The owner told me he would try to find other movers and he would call me back. It's March 12th and I have yet to receive a phone call from any representative of this company. I can't give a review of their actual move services, because this company will agree and schedule your move and once they do a walk thru, then decide whether it's a job they can handle, then cancel on the day you are moving. So take the chance if you will with A-BELL Movers, you just may be left with a house full of furniture and no one to move it!!!

After a terrible experience with U-Haul movers that cancelled last minute (don’t get movers through U-Haul), and 20+ calls to local movers that wouldn’t answer, these gentlemen saved the day. They arrived exactly in the time they quoted, very highly motivated, fast, and careful with delicate and fragile furniture. These are the go-to guys if you need to move. They had my truck loaded up in less than 2 hours, organized and meticulously arranged. All of them were incredibly friendly, professional and truly cared about the possessions to me moved. If you live in the DFW area, give these wonderful guys the opportunity to make you very happy. THANK YALL SO MUCH FOR SAVING THE DAY!

This moving company saved my life! I drove three hours to move my apartment, and the moving company I had scheduled canceled at 4pm on a busy Saturday. This company answered my call, and were there by 5pm, and had everything loaded in 40 minutes! They were super nice, professional, and moved everything quickly and efficiently. Nothing was damaged, and the U-haul was easy to unload when we got to our destination. Whether you or in a pinch or have time to call around, definitely call A-Bell Movers!

I used A- Bell Movers during a house to house move. From my first contact with the owner, he was very cordial and easy going. He confirmed with me the day before the move, and his team showed up to my home not only on time, but about 10 minutes early :) I had a team of four men, which made the move super quick. They assembled, and dissembled furniture and loaded into their truck. Reasonable rates.

I called this company on Sunday finalized on Monday for a Wednesday pick up and guess what… they were on time professional fast working and super friendly. The price was great.
