Regretfully...after today in talking to"you guys" the manager, I have a much less overall evaluation of their service! I made a simple call to ask about general laptop electronics items and asked what they had in stock. Tona abruptly and in a ver negative tone. Told me rhey didn 't have screen size I needed and the Type model....very unfriendly manner. Her demeanor was down right arrogant. Seems we returned a nice TV about three months ago with notice. It was very nice but too high for rental and due to illness. i had to let it go back reluctantly. I simply eanted to know models..priicrs of a laptop For use to make suppplemenrtary income hopefully....and she proceeded to ask with rude questions. About my shopping now by phone. I never said I wanted To rent immediately! Tina...who is apparently going through a new trend at Aaron's direction......all but told me she didn't have yime to at least be customer friendly.....mentioned other rentals we had...All paid as agreed btw and i n. Good standing. Well now She will not have to worry about my calling and/or shopping for anything else. She denied she was acting in an inappropriate manner. Ha. She is not worrth Waiting to be courteous.... To an established good customer! ........over Aarons on Univ. Blvd. So. ! cmd

Aaron's leasing at 4316 University Blvd S. Jacksonville FL is very unprofessional, they showed up to my place yesterday unannounced and the wrong time to pick up my bedroom furniture. So I rescheduled with them for today and Cory the manager said, they would be here between 12 and 3. It was getting close to 3pm so I called Cory to find out, when they were going to be here and he said, he would find out, where they are and call me back. He never called me back so I called him back and he had no response for me but that they would be here soon, 5 o'clock rolls around and no one is here yet so I call Cory back and he proceeds to tell me, he called them in due to weather well, that was way after my scheduled pick up which I have furniture being delivered tomorrow at 1030am and now I have nowhere hardly to put my new furniture coming in due to Cory's management at this store. I am very unhappy with their customer service and would not recommend this store to anyone in the future. Poor management and lack of respect for the customer.

Got a constant knock on my door around 10am this morning from an Aarons Employee telling me my brother owed 4 months on a Queen size bed. The total amount was $213. I thought that was pretty cheap for only a 4 month payment to finish paying off a bed so I paid in full. The problem was right after I got my written receipt I called Aarons Corporate and it turns out all he owed was 1 month payment and a transport fee totaling $102. So Aarons clearly gets a 1 star for one being rude and secondly not knowing the actual full payment amount. Corporate will be sending a full refund by Wednesday the 22nd of May but the store itself is to blame. Clearly, if the people at the store can't do simple math they simply shouldn't be in business. This in no way is speaking bad about Aaron Corporate they were very kind to me but some employees at the store should be looked into.

Purchased a couch from Aaron's last Saturday Was supposed to be delivered today. Was told by employee that couch would be delivered between 11am and 4pm. Was also told a time of 12pm-5pm. Called at 4:15pm to ask where was my couch. Was told delivery driver's already went home for the day and that my couch was already delivered. However it wasn't delivered to me as promised or agreed apon by the store instead it was delivered to someone else's home. Now I have to wait another week to get my couch because Saturday is the only day I have for it to be delivered because of my work schedule.

I'm "was" frequent customer, bought out right a refrigerator, 6 months later it has a freon leak (it's covered by the manufacturers warranty) the Maytag man can't get here for 10 days. Arrons solution is "we don't do short term rentals" my solution is "I don't do business with you " nor "will I refer". My thoughts are someone is a regular customer, a repeat customer ought to get better treatment and nicer help. She was told my name and I bought out right said refrigerator. So, no excuse there only thing I heard was " sorry for your lose your business not wanted or needed.

Lack of communication, employee issues etc. the fact that your employees call out is the customers issue. I contacted Aaron’s early in the afternoon to provide them with a updated number in case there was any issues With delivery. I contacted the store at 8 pm to find out why my merchandise was not delivered. They advise me that due to an employee calling out and one of their trucks not working they were not able to deliver my stuff becaUse it would not fit. I’m extremely dissatisfied and this will be my last purchase. Thank you.

Although stores like this Are rip offs. Anybody going in there knows that in most places you're gonna pay way more t then if you say went to a pawn shop and put something on layaway. However what that being said since got hurt and live off of disability now. I've purchased quite a few things from Aaron's this one specifically. And they have been cheaper in most cases and their customer service has always been top notch. If you have to use a rental store this is the only one to use .

The staff and the Manager, Tina, is great. My deaf brother recently rented a washer and dryer. This was 2nd rentalThe employee was courteous, and took the extra time to get the information, and went the extra mile, while communicating with him.Tina has always helped me with his payments, and I really appreciate it. Fantastic service as usual. I have been doing business with them over ten years through five or six general managers but Cora is by far the best. Her attention to detail and overall customer satisfaction I have not seen the likes of before. If I have been looking for something she not only finds it but gives me the best possible price. My delivery experience has always been great. Biggest shout out to Cora and all the University Blvd Aaron’s.

The manager Tina is the worst!! She called my job on a fake number then when I called her she starting screaming stating have I not received any calls from here we been leaving messages..I knew that was a LIE because my phone doesn’t receive messages. I dealt with Aaron’s for 6 years I brought my furniture & 75 inch TV from them. But after how Tina was so rude & unprofessional I will NEVER go back to ANY Aaron’s or recommend them to anyone

It was my first time getting anything from Aaron’s, honestly I loved how easy and fast my purchase inquiry was taken care of. I bought bunk beds for my kids and they delivered it so fast, it wasn’t even 2 whole days before Tay and Marcus showed up to my apartment and set it up within an hour maybe less. Cora the store manager was the best and quick resolving manager I’ve ever dealt with in any business. The kids adore their bunk beds!

This store has terrible customer service. I have been getting the run around for days now. I keep getting told that I will get a call back in 30 minutes and it turns into hours and days. I spoke with someone who told me I'd get a call back and here we are again with no call back and no communication. I love Aarons as a company, they have always been good to me, but this specific location has really upset me.

Cora is the best manager that Aaron’s has I have been dealing with her since 2013 and she has been nothing short of amazing with her compassion and willingness to work to help her clients out whenever they need it and I refuse to go to any other store if she is not the manager there. Great people work at this store and I have had nothing but excellent service frome all the employees that work for Cora.

Guy name “JR” waited the last minute to tell me what I needed I couldn’t get my PS4 due to him not communicating then he goes to say that they “busy” when I sat outside the empty parking lot He deliberately ignored my calls then tells me he’s going to terminate my process due to me calling excessively Horrible customer service and communication skills really needs work

This is the worst experience I have ever had! I paid upfront and still a week later never recieved my furniture on top of the Tina the store manager said it's just furniture and the sales clerk Jessica was making jokes about me not getting my furniture with other customers since my time is a game I will never come back and I will tell everyone never to go there

The employees were great our first visit. After the first visit the employees were rude and acted like we were an inconvenience. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I had an issue with a laptop and they treated me like I'm the one that caused it. I sent it to HP and they fixed it after that I took it back I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I've been calling for days I was told to call back after a week when they put prices on their clearance stuff I called that day and every day for 4 days they still haven't priced anything so someone took my number down tried one more time after not getting a call I guess there is no commission because there is no motivation for them to sell anything....

got a Xbox one and it was missing half the stuff in the box... called them they said come to the store to get the game,headset and cord. and they didn't have the game at all... and the release stuff and still charge as if it was new. I also rented a futon from them and had to put it in the room my self after the two dudes gave up.

Aarons is a great company to do business with. Cora goes above and beyond for her customers. My daughter broke her laptop screen and Cora had it fixed right away. I have paid off several agreements through them and will continue to use this amazing business with outstanding customer service.

MARK CAME OUT TO CHECK OUR REFRIGERATOR AND TO TRANSPORT IT FOR REPAIR IF NEEDED. TURNS OUT MARK DISCOVERED THE PROBLEM, TOLD US WHAT TO DO, AND SUGGESTED WE CALL IF IT DOESN'T WORK. SO RELIEVED, MARK WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND I WAS SO RELIEVED IT WAS A SIMPLE FIX. THANK YOU MARK & AARONS.

This aarons has the best customer service experience that I've encountered at any rent to own store. They are always polite and very helpful with all my needs.. And the manager here goes out of her way to see it through and to make sure I left happy

It's not a bad place to go even though some of the employees are rude as long as you don't have to deal with these people it's not bad.

The employees didn't seem too eager to speak with us. Didn't even try. We went elsewhere, received better service & got a better deal.

Never have problems with Aarons. Have felt with them many many times. The people are great and friendly. That's why I keep going back.
