I would recommend this place over and over again. I brought my ring into another jeweler to have it sized. They told me that it wasn't real. So I got a hold of Alberta Diamond Exchange and let them know the situation. They immediately brought me in and looked over my ring with their machines. It tested to be real here. Showed me the serial number. They also went a step further. They sent my ring out to a 3rd party appraiser to have it appraised. It came back as real too. Alberta Diamond Exchange has some of the best customer service I have ever dealt with. I had an issue and they went above and beyond to fix it and alleviate my fears. Elizabeth was a pleasure to work with and helped my fiancé and I create the perfect custom engagement ring. Pleasantly surprised at their ability to source stunning stones outside of mined diamonds. We were able to get lab diamonds and a sapphire centre stone and didn’t feel limited in our options. It took several months to source the perfect stones (we were very specific in what we wanted and were willing to wait) but Elizabeth kept us in the loop every step of the way, highly recommend ADX and Elizabeth!

Amazing service, we spent almost 2 hours looking for an engagement ring and we were given all types of information that we asked for.
