BUYER BEWARE - DO NOT BRING ANY VALUABLE JEWELRY FOR A REPAIR HERE. I had the most horrible and insensitive experience I have ever had with a business in my whole life. I brought my engagement ring in for repair after the prongs had slightly bent and the solitaire diamond was slightly loose. I was quite nervous for this repair as I was recently engaged and was worried about what the repair might entail. I was reassured that my repair was straightforward, that the ring was in good hands and that it would be returned to me exactly as arrived. When the ring was returned to me following the repair, I instantly broke down in tears when I saw how appallingly terrible the craftsmanship of the repair was. The “repair” completely altered the delicate and dainty appearance of my ring. It was very evident that no care was taken with my ring whatsoever. Material was added to my ring that was not there before, which was not discussed or agreed upon when I dropped it off. My ring was returned with completely unsymmetrical prongs and extensions onto the solitaire that were not there previously. I truly couldn’t believe how terrible it looked. The way Paris Jewellers handled this heart breaking experience and associated follow up was horrendous. When attempting to escalate this issue, staff at this location would not provide me with any relevant contact information such as the general manager of the store or the goldsmith who worked on my ring. I was provided with a contact from head office (Tabitha) who initially appeared open to communicating on the matter, and requested photos of the damages. I sent her the requested photos and we scheduled a phone call to follow up 2 days later, to which she noted would be when she would “make things right”. Tabitha proceeded to not follow through on the phone call we scheduled and has since ignored any attempts to follow up on the matter for over a weeks time. No explanation was provided for the canceled phone call or lack of promised follow up, and all my emails since have been ignored. Above all, what is most upsetting and truly incomprehensible it is that a business focusing on selling sentimental jewelry has such insensitivity to the issues I experienced… they ruined my most sentimental item, my engagement ring, and have taken zero accountability for the matter. My experience with Paris Jewellers has been truly appalling terrible and heartbreaking. I would STRONGLY advise readers AGAINST bringing any jewellery in for a repair at this business. I truly would hate to see anyone else have something valuable and meaningful be absolutely ruined. STAY AWAY.

Paris Jewellers has now botched 2 repairs on an anklet I received last year as a gift. They have great staff and great customer service, but I took this anklet in six months ago for a bead replacement as a bead off of it fell off. They sent it to their head office for a replacement piece free of charge, which was great, but when I received it back, not even three days later the chain snapped right underneath the replaced bead. I took it in a few days ago for that repair to be done, and when I received it back, it was in worse condition than I’ve ever seen it. There are now extra chain pieces on my anklet, and there are two beads sautered together on the chain directly (the rest of the beads are not sautered to the chain, the chain runs under them). The spacing is completely wrong, they’re all spaced about 1 cm apart, but these two are less than 5mm from each other and it looks janky. It’s also way bigger than it was in size than when I first got it. It sits below my ankle, on my foot where it used to be up above my ankle and fit properly. When I put it on to try it on, I immediately realized there was something wrong with the repair, and I pulled my foot up to remove the chain and it snapped on me the moment I moved my foot. I wasn’t even wearing it for 5 minutes. They did the chain repair under my jewelry care plan, but with how badly it was done I hope they do a second repair free of charge, or replace it entirely, as this was definitely a product of a bad jewelry repair on their end, multiple times, and its frustrating because I got this beautiful anklet as a gift from my boyfriend and I never get to wear it became it comes back to me more broken every time I go get it fixed.

I was very disappointed with the service I received from the Store Manager of Paris Jewellers Market Mall location. I purchased a ring that needed to be resized and was told that it would be available for pick up the next day (Monday), or two days later (Wednesday) at the latest, before I was leaving the country on Thursday. I made it clear I was only buying the ring for the purpose of my trip and was reassured it would be ready and that he would call me as soon as it came in. He was quite forceful in making the sale and likely would have told me anything just to secure the purchase. From Monday to Wednesday, I left several messages to see if my ring was ready and was told that the Store Manager would call me back, which he never did. I went in on Wednesday night and sure enough the ring was not there. The store clerks working were very kind and apologetic, as the Store Manager was not in, and I was told he would call me the next day - Again, he never did. I finally got a hold of him in the afternoon, hours before I was to leave for the airport, and he was incredibly rude saying he was driving around all day to get me my ring, as if he was doing me some sort of favor I should be grateful for. His night and day change in attitude from before and after the sale was incredibly disappointing. There are plenty of other jewelry stores a short walk from this location that offer better products, better prices and much better service.

My Fiancé and I went to Paris Jewellers in Market Mall to get our wedding bands on boxing day due to the deals we saw online. We dealt with the store manager Vanessa and had to go to extra lengths to get the prices for the rings we saw online. We eventually got the price in store for what we saw online (or else we would have just purchased online), but after significant difficulties. The manager and district managaer discussed the price in details and we were told the store owner was contacted to approve the price we saw online. We had one of the rings delivered to the Red Deer store and it arrive shortly after 3 weeks which is a normal delivery time. In the end the wrong ring was ordered and the ring product number was not even close to the ring we wanted. Thank goodness we were dealing with the manager in Red Deer and she was amazing compared to this store. To say we are incredibly frustrated and disappointed would be an understatement. With so much hassle and what we feel is deceitful I would not recommend dealing with this store.

I have been really skeptical for larger (chain) style jewelers in the past... but WOW. We're recently engaged and decided to go browse some cut and style options when we stumbled into the store. We had no intention on purchasing anything yet but Candace lent us some of her time to walk us through their selection. She was incredibly knowledgeable and didn't push anything on us that we weren't considering and she ended up finding THE ring. We had no choice but to take her up on it! The entire staff were incredibly friendly and the entire process was so seamless. Candace helped us shape the process of selecting the wedding bands and was the most effective saleswoman I have ever encountered. There were no pushy sales tactics and she really made us feel comfortable while we browsed. We couldn't be happier with the choice and can't wait to get the ring back from sizing! 1000/10 recommend. Great place, great service, great price. Walked into the mall, saw a ring we loved but I told the wife we had to at least look around first. We checked out every store but still went back to Paris and bought the engagement ring. Now, went in and bought the wife's matching wedding band, and I purchased a my wedding ring, and this time we didn't waste our time by going around to other places. A small stone fell out the side of my wife's engagement ring (from many years of banging it around) and the lifetime warranty we purchased worked like a charm. They took it in to do repairs and I'll be back to pick it up and pick up my new custom wedding band in time for the wedding Update, we got the wife's wedding band and engagement ring soldered together. The gold Smith did an awesome job. There was also a size with my ring that they fixed, no issues & no cost. Spectacular customer service and always a great work. Over all happy, however my time was not taken into consideration for such a small repair that I paid for. As the repair work was done carelessly the first time, and had to be sent back again, which took 4 times the expected original time frame. The staff at the store were pleasant and helpful, however it felt like they had really no autonomy to help at the store level... disappointing as I think head office may forget who the customer deals with...the staff, not them. I know they are a family run business, but I think as the world of service becomes more and more of a larger expectation, and expected standardization to an "Amazon" they may want to think about how they deal with such small issues and what the average person will accept and won't accept. Customer service starts at client facing, supported, by head office and collaborate together, while empowering thier people, that will empower thier bussiness growth.

Great service from our sales person. She really listened to what I wanted. She only showed us rings that fit my description and our budget. Within minutes, she helped us decide on the perfect ring. At no point were we encouraged to look at rings outside of our budget, which was very much appreciated. The only negative point, which didn't really bother me, was overselling the cleaning products. At the time of the ring purchase we took the lifetime insurance, and didn't wish to purchase the cleaning solution at that moment. She did explain the benefits of this product and I will probably purchase it when I take my ring to be resized. Overall, a wonderful experience and a million times better than our experience moments earlier at Michael Hill. I would definitely return to Paris for future purchases and would recommend Paris to others.

Amazing customer service. I was on a search that particular day to find a piece of Jewelry to commemorate a special event. I had visited multiple other jewelry stores in market mall before coming to Paris Jewelers. They stood out tremendously! First of all the welcome from the sales clerk was amazing! And Tourag took his time to listen to what I was looking for and gave me great recommendations! He even blew up balloons for my kiddos to keep them entertained while my husband and I shopped. I ultimately walked out of there with a necklace that i adore which he recommended. Not only was the customer service impeccable, the different pieces they had was also very unique compared to what I had seen in the other stores. I will definitely be revisiting this particular store in the future for more pieces.

Walking by and not thinking about buying anything, I saw that Paris has a 50% sale and a pair of earrings happen to catch my eye. The store manager was so sweet and did not pressure me in buying anything but was happy to help me look at options for wedding bands. She was so knowledgeable and so considerate to what my ring looked like and ensured I was happy with the look and didn't settle for 'it's nice?' she wanted the wow factor. She then let's me know thry are having a scratch and win sale and got SO excited when I revealed 30%!! I went below my budget and am walking away so happy with the care the staff put into your visit and really reassure you have made a food decision going with them. ❤️ Will be 'walking' by more often!

Some of the jewelry is lovely. But so many pieces are either almost costume (silver) or themed (disney) and not the timeless, elegant designs they once carried. Also, their service prices for repair and appraisals are ridiculous. Almost twice of their competition. We will never use their appraisal or repair service again. The store staff are not very knowledgeable or helpful. Over the years we bought many pieces from Paris, and had our pieces of antique jewelry serviced and appraised. Now we have switched our custom to other stores. We usually only go to Paris for warranty work now. Very unfortunate when long term, loyal customers leave but I don't think the management Paris will care. That's not who they are now.

About 2 weeks ago I bought a set of earrings for my 4yo as a birthday gift for which I paid just under a hundred dollars. This week one of the little caps fell and got lost. I went back to the same store to see if they had a replacement based on my previous experience with PEOPLE'S Jewelers who have always replaced this caps at no cost for the earrings purchased from them. To my surprise after being blamed for loosing the cap I was offered a replacement for the outrageous price of $45. That is 50% of the earings full price... I of course went to PEOPLE'S and purchased a cap for $5. Paris Jeweler's are great on customer service at the time of the sale. But do not expect anything beyond that.

I was looking for a late Christmas gift in a large mall and had already visited a number of stores with little to show for my efforts. I explained what I was trying to find and the staff were excellent in helping me find two potential gifts. I was allowed to compare them side by side and the staff set them aside for me while I checked out the rest of the mall. I later returned and purchased one of the items for which I was then offered a discount and a 30 day no questions asked return policy. As it turns out the gift was a big hit. I have shopped at Paris Jewellers a number of times in the past and have always had a positive experience.

My mother and law were looking for a pearl necklace and found one we loved here. The sales person helping us was Touraj Termeh and he was AMAZING!!!!! He did everything he could to help us find what we were looking for, did pressure us to buy anything and even went the extra mile to make the chain longer for us on the necklace we ended up buying. He came and found us in a different spot in the mall to give us another option on how to make the chain longer! He didn’t have to do any of that and I hope he gets recognized for the amazing work he is doing. I would highly recommend this place to everyone!

I bought an item on clearance thinking it could still be returned without any information on the return policy from the lady who sold it to me. I went to get the item returned, but a different lady told me the return policy is on the receipt. How was I supposed to know the return policy for clearance items before I bought the item. Felt scammed and I’m never going back there again. I wanted my item returned and my money back, but they said they can’t take it back. They overcharged me for the item as well until I went and searched up the actual price on the internet. This place is an absolute scam

Dropped off a ring to be resized on Friday and was told it would be due on Monday; when I called that Monday they told me it wasn't ready. Not a big deal for me since I was okay to wait, but it would've been better to tell the client up front that at minimum the ring would need more days due to the weekend. The staff member was apologetic and told me they could rush the order and I received it on Tuesday with no issues. I'm not the type to kick up a fuss over honest mistakes, but giving clients a more accurate estimate of how much time is needed would be helpful.

It was a bit if a hard sell and up sale, however, that is the job. The deal on the ring is fantastic plus an extra 20% off! Vanessa is a lovely lady and the jewelry is beautiful. I am really disappointed that I was offered to pay over 3 months interest free and then was told it wasn't available due to the deal was more then 50% off. So had to put it on a credit card and now have to pay interest If you are offering a 3 month payment plan is shouldn't matter what the sale is! The ring does not get sent for sizing till tomorrow so am considering canceling.

Had a great experience! They ordered my size to a quarter of a measurement unit and believe it or not it made a huge difference on the fit. Perfect .. I also want to shout out Vanessa for honoring a very generous price. I had returned after the gold prices had increased and was worried I was going to have to pay more, they weren't just blowing smoke, they really had to go through some trouble for it I was there to witness the phone calls but in the end they made it right. I appreciate that, and it made it a no Brainer to share my experience here.

At first I had a good feeling about this place, the people were so nice. But after them failing to call me twice, once when my estimate was in and once when my necklace came back, I was a bit upset. My wedding is around the corner and I needed to get my necklace shortened. I rejected the alteration quote that they gave me, $260, and they came back with $190. I decided to call around, however. I have since found Troy's jewellers, who are very experienced, you can talk to them in person, and they charge half of what Paris Jewellers charge for repairs.

Very poor service. I dropped off 1 ring to be sized and 1 ring to be fixed. They gave me a price, rang every through my credit card, and then decided to increase the price after I’d paid. I advised them that I would take my business elsewhere so they agreed to stay with the original price. Four weeks later I called to see if both of my rings were ready and they told me yes. I drove to the store to find that only 1 ring was ready and that I would now need to make a second trip. I will not be giving my business to Paris Jewelers again.

The original salespeople quoted four days, Wednesday, as the return date for my ring resize with squared corners to keep it centred on my finger. I called Tuesday night to confirm. I got a call Wednesday morning for the quote and again asked for confirm Wednesday pickup. I got a call ten minutes later saying no, actually Friday pick up. I picked up Friday and because of the square corners it may be sized correctly for a round ring but it is too big for my finger. I will go elsewhere for a resize correction.

If there is was a ten star rating I would have pressed that button. I sincerely want to thank Ans and Marlena for there outstanding and wonderful customer service. My finance and I had walked into Paris Jewlers and Ans was a wonderful help. He knew exactly what I was looking and was very knowledgeable and for sure very patient with us. Thank you for the wonderful customer service you and Marlena both gave us. I will for sure be visiting you both and only you two. Thank you both once again ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I purchased a silver chain and diamond earrings for Christmas presents on line. They arrived a few days later nicely packaged and with a pair of free earrings as a thank you. Only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is the earrings had to be returned but I couldn't do so through a store, they had to be shipped to head office and they would process the refund. Not a big deal but a little inconvenient. Otherwise great service and products from my experience and I would definitely shop there again.

They must purchase these 5 star reviews. I had a terrible experience start to finish. I was specifically told by the store manager that I could return the ring for refund if for any reason I didn't like it, but when the ring arrived they said it was a "special order" and not eligible for return or refund. Of course none of this would matter if the ring was decent quality, but it isn't. Cheap looking, uncomfortable, doesn't fit. Dishonest company. Poor quality products. Terrible customer service.

Well I have to take my ring in every 6 months to keep its warranty and it’s supposed to be cleaned when I bring it in. This girl looked at it and spent the next several minutes trying to sell me cleaner for it. Ugh note, she didn’t even clean it. Signed my paperwork and gave my ring back to me. When I asked her what I will do now, as I’m moving to Kingston, she didn’t bother to find out information for me just told me I’ll have to probably mail it in. Like great service! Wasn’t impressed at all!

This was my first experience at Paris Jewellers and it was beyond amazing. Vanessa, the lady who helped me was absolutely phenomenal. She made sure that I knew everything there was to know about the product that I was buying and, she was extremely patient when answering all the questions that I had. She created a great and welcoming environment that is pretty rare to find these days and for that, I was very grateful. Thank you so much for everything and for going above and beyond!

Roxane was super helpful while we were picking out my wedding band. She was very patient with us, listened to our ideas and even brought her manager to further discuss our options. We were so pleased with the service and the prices that we got my rings when we only thought we were simply looking. I recently bought a diamond ring at this store and was extremely pleased with my purchase. The manager Tarek and his staff are knowledgable, friendly, very patient and helpful. I shopped around both online and in stores before making a purchase and was impressed with the quality of the diamonds and the price I paid. I also had an older white gold ring set re-plated with rhodium and it came back very quickly and looking better than new. I would definitely recommend this store.

My husband and I are very happy with the service we received at this location. My only issue is that when I went to pickup our rings, there was a lot of pressure to purchase the cleaning kit, when I said no thanks I was asked why, when will you come back, you really should buy this kit. We just spent $1200 to get our 3 rings resized, I did not appreciate the pressure to buy a cleaning kit I will probably never use. I didn’t buy it.

I recently had the opportunity to go into Paris Jewellers and work with Candice & another lovely lady that was on shift with her, Candice was very patient with me as I was there to pick out a few gifts for family, she took her time showing me multiple options and recommended tons of beautiful pieces, I ended up getting all gifts I was looking for at Paris Jewellers. These ladies were a pleasure to work with! Definitely recommend.

Roxanne helped my 11 yr old son pick out a chain yesterday. He’s wanted a special chain like his dad for sometime and we didn’t know where to start looking. As soon as we walked in, we were warmly greeted. She asked the children’s names first and introduced herself. Five stars does not even begin to describe my outstanding experience at Paris Jewelers. The Manager, (Tarek) and Assistant Manager (Elizabeth) both took their time to ensure I found the right piece for me that was within my price range. There was quite a bit of variety to choose from and plenty of customization options. Overall, my experience was a memorable one and I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Recently purchased a necklace from Paris Jewellers Market Mall with the assistance of Vanessa. She listened to the idea I was describing, and showed me some options. She was INCREDIBLY patient in showing me choice 1, then choice 2, then choice 1 with a different chain, and so on! Her professionalism and product knowledge seemed excellent. There was no pressure and no being hovered over. A good buying experience.

My mother was in this evening looking for a gift and had the pleasure of being helped by Megan. She was so kind and patient and helped my mom find exactly what she was looking for. It was such a nice and stress free visit and my mom left feeling very well about her purchase and was telling me how great her experience was. Will definitely be back again for other purchases. I brought in a ring, that was passed down to me, to have it sized. The person that sized it for me also cleaned the ring and buffed out some of the scratches. The ring looks amazing and it fits perfectly now. Alysa was fantastic as well. She was very helpful and friendly when I first brought the ring in, and she remembered me when I went to pick up the ring. I was quite pleased with the service I received!

The staff was very friendly and helpful in helping us to find what we were looking for. Today it was for silver earrings for my daughter. The price was very reasonable and we made the purchase. Went in to get sized and purchased a tungsten wedding band. Unfortunately when it came in, it was too large for my finger. Brought the issue to Vanessa and she was able to work with me and resolve the issue in a few short weeks. Very appreciated. They also had the most selection of male wedding bands out of any place we went and very reasonable prices.

The staff at Paris Jewellers were very helpful and promptly changed the batteries in the two ladies watches I brought in. They also cleaned and polished the watches which was appreciated by my mother-in-law, the owner of the watches. If you have any jewelery or watches that require servicing I recommend that you consider using their services.

Recently came here to get my clasp replaced on my gold necklace and they did not disappoint. The ladies working here were wonderful and amazing from the minute I walked in until I walked out. The store is super neat and tidy and they showcase everything very beautifully located inside Market Mall visible from the food court! …

The service at this location is absolutely fantastic! Liz and Tarek went above and beyond the customer service call of duty. I am extreme impressed with them and have become a loyal customer. They made my mom's Christmas by bringing in a special diamond ring for her. :) They are so friendly we love coming back.

Very friendly and knowledgable staff. Most people will know the pressure of walking into a jewelry store to either be bombarded or be completely ignored. Fortunately though, every time I visit any location of this store, I always leave with another great experience; even the times I haven't purchased anything!

I got my girlfriend a little heart necklace from Paris jewellers in a rush on Valentine’s Day. It was a beautiful piece of jewellery and my girlfriend absolutely loves it. The sales guy working the counter was Amazing and so helpful. I will use Paris jewellers for all my jewellery needs from now on.

Took my wedding rings in to get sized, was a 2 day turnaround because they didn’t have to get sent across the country to have the work done as most of the other jewellery stores do. Happy with the service and prices. Have a couple of other rings to get sized and will be going here to get it done.

I went to probably every jewellery shop in Calgary and Paris Jewellers were the best by far in terms of customer service & overall price for what I wanted which was 10k gold and cubic. Everywhere else wanted to charge me as if i was buying real diamonds!!! Thanks to Leah for being so helpful :)

Paris jewellers has been my go-to jewelery store since I have lived in Alberta. I have only been to two different stores, but at both locations the staff have been very kind and understanding. Not to mention they have recently fixed a silver ring that developed a hole in it after cracking.
