Stylist was an hour late for me at least. Two hours for the lady before me. (After she came all the way from Coquitlam, and had to get child care for her daughter by her mother all the way in Chillwack for a birthday wig install) I understand life gets in the way but let your clients know. I texted and I called three times before someone answered, and it sounded like they had no idea that they had appointments. I even paid a $50 deposit online the day before. The staff seemed in no rush to reprimand the situation. When someone finally came they slowly walked towards the salon and quietly said sorry for the delay. By that time there was already three people standing outside the locked salon, including me. The lady who waited two hours for her appointment kindly allowed me to go first since I had to go back to work shortly. My hair honestly looked really bad, it was not neat and it genuinely did not look good. The woman who is doing my hair was very unprofessional and was rushing. Like I said before she did minimal effort to apologize for being so late and leaving us in the dark. After my braids were completed she began to cut/snip my hair that wasn’t properly blended into the braids. I understand my hair can be difficult but cutting it seemed to make the situation worse and now I have an uneven haircut. The stylist also had to sew in hair that was falling out on one side and it made the hair look worse. She did inform me that the braids wouldn’t last long and I understood that, I only needed them for the weekend anyways. After the service was completed she continued to charge me full price. I honestly don’t leave bad reviews but I was really upset with these braids. I cut them out that same night because my hair was already falling out of them. My right braid looked so messy and I couldn’t stand to look at it. I was going away on vacation I couldn’t go looking like this. The situation could’ve gone a lot better, I’m very open minded and understanding as I work as an aesthetician as well. Even if she explained why she was doing certain things it would’ve made more sense but there was none of that. The situation was not handled correctly and I was very unimpressed zero out of 10 would not recommend. I really hope in the future they can handle issues better. Have a good day.

I have been searching for someone in Vancouver that specializes in black hair and came across Agnes’s. I have Been involved In the hair industry and Can be a very difficult client to please. I choose her after seeing many other good reviews and decided to put myself entirely in her hands. She worked well with me to pick out the exact extension combination I was looking for, and was very pleased with the quality of her highest end offering we decided on. Soon as she started the installation, it was very apparent she knew exactly what she was doing and I ended up even more happy that I expected. She gave me a break on the Installation because I bought the hair extensions from her. Even though that morning her baby was sick and many would have canceled my appointment, but she was very professional and made it In Because she knew I had a photo shoot planned for this weekend. It surprises me that she’s been doing hair for over 20 years , the place is nice but missing organization and professionalism. I noticed her daughter that’s only 21 would be overworked I hope she pays her good . Usually getting my hair due takes no more than 2hrs but on that day it took double for some reason .. maybe it was a long day I don’t know but one thing I’ll add is the deposit comments I seen on here are true she almost pocketed my deposit too ..so be mindful when you book with her . I wish she would put down the bottle and give her 100% to the business instead of spending her day drinking and trying to fit in with young girls half her age .. time management is an essence it could make or break your business I suggest having more organization and practice good habits and stop drinking … you’re business will thrive & once your daughter brings in her own clientele she won’t have time to help you with yours .. but look on the bright side that’s double the bag so get ready for that and get organized! I wanted braids to keep my hair out of my face while working at a festival, and I booked online for "Two Feed Ins" under the "Cornrow Women" section. I unfortunately can't remember the name of the lovely woman who did my braids, but she did such a fantastic job that a couple of my friends have since booked appointments at All Class Beauty, not to mention the countless compliments I received! I had the braids in for a full week at the festival, and they withstood a ton of outfit changes, river baths, extreme winds, dancing, etc and still looked good by the time I returned home. She was very fast, and I was impressed by the quality of her work. I also appreciate that she was so accommodating, even though I had a booking mixup. I think next time I will ask for a lighter product to help keep my braids in place, as I have very fine hair and a sensitive scalp. Overall, I'm glad I chose ACB for my braids, and I will be coming back. Thank you so much for making me feel and look amazing!

Came here to get an install sew in with hair i already brought, Agnes wasn’t there, only her oldest daughter. The time prior i came agnes did my hair and all was great so i decided to come again, this time around my experience was terrible. My install was done poorly, the lace was cut and she didn’t glue it down or spray anything got2b. nothing!!! It was just a frontal that wasn’t even laid down, you could see my real hair sticking out in the front. Second, someone came in to fix their hair and she stopped doing my hair to go work on another lady, totally unprofessional. i pay money to get my hair done in the time frame, not be in a line up with another woman. That was a 20 minute delay. And the other lady didn’t even have an appitment she just walked in and say hey can you fix this, Anyways, If you consider going here, go with the owner, Agnes is professional and will do your hair right.

If you're looking for Amazing service and excellent quality hair, Agnes is your girl. She is a very talented hair stylist who is great at what she does. She knows literally everything about hair. There is nothing she can't do when it comes to your hair, she knows it all. I got my single braids done by her and they were amazing. she was very prompt and got them done in minimal amount of time. They were excellent, I get compliments on them EVERYWHERE I go, I love it! she also gave great advice on how to take care of my braids and maintain them. she showed me a few techniques to ensure that the braids lasted a longer time which I am very appreciative for.

I have been going to All Class Beauty, for over 3 years. My hair is very curly and won't grow long anymore. Because of Agnes, I don't have to constantly mess with it to make it look good , I can style it in the morning and know it's going to look fine all day. And, no one can ever tell I have extensions! Agnes does a fantastic job of choosing the perfect hair to match your own and it looks great after she puts it in. It's also really fun to go to All Class Beauty. She and her employees, are nice, enthusiastic and very professional. I am so happy that, not only did Agnes make my frustrating hair look good, but I always enjoy going to her salon!

Had a horrendous experience getting my first time extensions from another salon; terrible customer service, bad product, and wayyyyyy over priced for what I was getting. I came to see Agnus, and she picked out extensions that suited me perfectly. She truly has expertise and I will never go anywhere else! I definitely got my monies worth at All Class Beauty! A great product, great service, and completely reasonably priced. Love my extensions! Looks legit, and finally gave me the look I was after for years! I like the extensions, they are good quality. I did my hair once but unfortunately my head was in agony from being too tightly done and I had to removed them after only a week or so :( . Agnes is a lovely person who loves her job and is dedicated. I just got unlucky cause I have a sensitive head. I would definitely recommend this salon to go get the extensions. They are fun and so many varieties with tons of great colors to chose from. Her wigs are also really nice.. and the new location is very convenient :)

Came here for the very first time and was received with rudeness. I asked the price for a pack of hair and they are charging double than the prices in Surrey. She told me to go to Surrey then. This is another example of why some black business struggle to prosper. Here I was trying to advise that her prices are very high and instead she responded unprofessionally. Never will come back here again and I would not recommend either. Such a shame. Praying for your attitude adjustment.

No one in the city will make your extensions last longer ! I have been getting weaves for years and I started coming to Agnes, every time I leave her salon my hair looks fantastic... very tight and a little painful but wow does it ever last, I would say twice as long as anywhere else I have ever had my extensions done, and they are very well priced. I would recommend anyone getting any type of weave or extension to go here. They do a great job and they really know their hair.

Had an amazing appointment. Agnes is truly the best. She took her time to consult me and gave honest opinion on style and texture of the hair. I have fine hair and had my hair braided in a way that wouldn't damage my edges. Agnes made sure that their wasn't any tightness throughout the braiding process. I came here to get boxer braids for an upcoming trip to Hawaii, I found the staff to be very friendly and knowledgeable. The pricing is extremely reasonable, for two braids with extensions in them. The braids were very tight and looked great, they lasted for almost ten days of my trip and I received endless compliments on them. I will definitely be back!

Absolutely 10/10! My hair was slaayyyyed. I’ve been getting a ton of compliments & I have never left a salon looking this good before. My weave looks very natural. She wouldn’t let me leave until I looked like a celebrity. I enjoyed my time at the salon during the installation as well.

I came into the store today and the owner was extremely helpful, knowledgable on her products carried and just an overall good experience. She helped me pick out ponytails for my mom and her energy was amazing! I will continue to shop there and since I'm from out of town, order online!

Please be aware if the owner books you at 10am (outside of business hours) she does not intend to show up for you. It seems like a way to avoid clients she doesn’t want to service. Her daughter is so sweet and respectful but the mother is hit or miss so book with caution.
