Very friendly and qualified staff. Unfortunately, I had two situations with them that won't make me go back. I ordered my new Gravel bike with them. The delivery got delayed 8 times. Each single time I had to contact the shop after an announced date had passed to find out the new delivery date. I would expect them to tell the customer when the already paid bikes delivery gets pushed back. Lately I had a service appointment. The work was properly done. But they invoiced a bar tape and brake pads that didn't need replacement as they were only a few weeks old. The bar tape was not even replaced - only regripped. After my complaint and the request to reimburse me for the items I basically got called a liar as the only answer I got was "If parts have been replaced on your bike, it means that it was necessary to do so." After further communication with the shop that kept them ignoring the fact that they invoiced a part that they didn't replace we agreed that "He’s going to get in touch with you to clear up this whole story." That was in October. As much as I can recommend the service quality - this is not the way to treat your customers.

Had a problem with my brakes and urgently needed my bike the very same day. The lady on the phone who I initially spoke to, as well as Phillip who helped me sort everything out, and the mechanics were all extremely helpful and very kind. I understand it was a very big ask for them to slot me in as they were very busy however they still managed to accomodate my request and completely swap out both front and rear brakes at a very reasonable price. When all other bike shops turned me down or charged me exorbitant prices these guys took my bike in and did a great job. Thank you all.

Das Team um Andy Schleck hat meinen Traum wahr gemacht und mir innerhalb eines Urlaubs in 2 Tagen ein Traumrad aufgebaut. Kompetent, schnell, freundlich, hilfsbereit selbst bei der Campingplatzsuche. Ich bin wirklich sehr glücklich wie alles lief mit Team Verkaufsberatung und Team Werkstatt. Ein gerade nicht verfügbares Trikot wurde mir nach D nachgesendet. Che dire ,oggi sono andato per la prima volta in questo negozio con un mio amico, stavamo guardando qualche bici è arrivato uno che lavora in questo negozio ci à guardato strano con una certa arroganza ci a detto qualcosa noi non capiamo il Lussemburghese lo guardato e lui ancora con più arroganza a continuato a parlare come perdire guardate ma non toccate . Volevamo comprare una bici ma non mi è piaciuto il modo in cui ci à trattatosi siamo andati via dopo aver guardato un po‘ . Penso che i clienti si devono trattare con più riguardo.

Sehr kompetentes und freundliches Personal, sehr grosse Auswahl an Markenfahrrädern, daher in unserem Fall keine Wartezeit. Grosses Atelier, das nach einem guten Service aussieht (haben wir noch nicht in Anspruch genommen), sehr grosse Auswahl an Accessoires, auch ausgefallenere Sachen, wie z.B. ein Adapter für die Anhängerkupplung (Deutsch/Lubg.) den man sonst meistens in einer Autogarage bestellen muss/einbauen lassen muss. Kleinere Einstellungen am Fahrrad werden sofort, an Ort und Stelle getätigt. Tolles Geschäft. Können wir nur empfehlen!

Fantastic shop with knowledgeable and eager to help staff. Definitely a premium for service /parts /bikes but given availability demands of current bike supplies, the additional support and advice on any subject I come in with questions about i believe they more than justify the right. Lastly, I have had my bike repaired /serviced x3 now and never once felt that I was being talked into or sold and any parts /services that weren’t required which is unfortunately a common occurrence throughout the industry. Would def recommend.

Split over 3 levels this offers all you could possibly wish for in terms of cycling for a beginner or a pro. For a novice cyclist like myself, this shop was not at all intimidating like most other bike shops I've been too. It even has a cafe & a selection of memorabilia from Andy's career. Andy unfortunately wasn't working when I visited, but the staff were all very helpful & welcoming. It's about a 20 min bus ride from the city & well worth a visit.

Sehr freundlicher Service und fachmännich ganz gut beraten und sehr gute Qualität. Leider musste ich die Erfahrung machen dass man mich über den Tisch gezogen hat und einen Reifen der mit 20€ Etiquettiert ist für 30€ verrechnet, als ich das Ansprach kam lediglich die Antwort es wird alles teurer und wir können nicht alles umetiquettieren. Geld gab es natürlich keins zurück, alles nach dem Motto Vogel friss oder stirb. Also gut Aufpassen!

Remis vélo pour entretien 139€, avec attente de changement de cassette et chaine. J+1 on m’appelle pour récupérer le vélo.. on me demande de payer >500€! Ils ont changé plein de pièces, à juste titre peut etre mais aucune demande de validation, aucun appel, alors qu’ils ont mes coordonnées! Pire? Oui la cassette vendue entre 50-70 sur le net, facturée 98€! A bon entendeur..

Ils offrent des produits de qualité (avec un prix en conséquence), l'accueil est très aimable. Pour l'achat de mon vélo, j'ai été très bien conseillé par le chef lui-même :-) De retour au magasin pour acheter quelques accessoires, je ne peux que confirmer que leur service est compétent et impeccable. Ils se prennent le temps qu'il faut pour bien conseiller le client.

Très bon choix de vélos pour tout type de budget. Staff très sympa et à l’écoute du client. Staff avec bonnes connaissances techniques pour accompagner notre choix. J’ai apprécié le fait que le staff réponde aux questions sans que j’ai le sentiment constamment que le vendeur veut “close the deal” et veut “ charger la barque de produits dont on n’a pas besoin”.

Que la qualité du service et la qualité des produits reste la même Nous avons été très bien conseillés par Patrick, mais l'ensemble de l'équipe à eu un mot ou une attention (merci le café) pour nous. Sans jamais être intrusif, juste montrer une disponibilité et une présence. Tout a été mis en œuvre pour nous satisfaire et nous guider aussi bien que possible.

I arrived to Luxembourg for the Ironman event and my bike brake lever broke during our flight. No other bike shop could help me but Lauren saved my life! They had the di2 left lever and were able to squeeze me in and replace my brake lever saving me from having to rent. Friendliest staff, professional and they have all the top end gear! 10/10!

Nous sommes montés au Luxembourg acheter un vélo à plus de 10'000€ il y a plus de 6 mois... malgré plusieurs mails et téléphones nous n'avons toujours pas reçu les papiers de dédouanement promis... Le service est donc très médiocre! Ils ont vendu leur vélo et après ils n'en ont plus rien à faire de leur client! C'est inadmissible!!!

Best bike repair ever! I had a problem with my bike and needed to repair it ASAP as I planed to bike the day after, I tried in other shops in the city and they couldn't check my bike right away. I went to Andy Schleck Cycles and they fixed right away and did extra checks!! They are fast efficient and super polite. Vilmools Merci!

I’ve used the fixed price service (1&2) a couple of times and it is simply the best investment for your bike, the gearing is completely dialled in, running super smooth it’s like a new groupset! Very friendly staff, incredibly fast turnaround, no surprises in the bill. Superlative!

Wir hatten auf unsrer Radtour in Luxemburg eine Reifenpanne - es wurde uns sehr kompetent und schnell von einem Mitarbeiter geholfen und auch gleich der defekte Ständer repariert (trotz freiem Tag!). Wirklich sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Mitarbeiter!

These guys are top, you get the top service in a definitely much more reasonable time than all the other competitors here in Luxembourg. Respect! Also, if you're lucky you might get Andy in person serving you, a humble and very professional person.

Great advice, they take time to listen and explain. My wife had a US-purchased bike with a recall - they handled that without a problem (and no fee). I bought a new bike from them (Kalkhoff). Love the attitude, the service and the knowledge.
