I had to bring an electric bike for reparation with an axle problem. Although the bike was just out of guarantee they managed to reduce the parts prices and took a lot of pains to find a solution that was acceptable for me. The staff called me for every decision to ask my opinion. It took some time but they put a lot of effort in a simple repair file. A big thanks for your work.
Je recommande vivement aux passionnés de vélos. Un Accueil excellent avec une écoute et un échange que l'on ne retrouve que très rarement. Services en atelier parfait ( conseils, mecaniques ect... au top merci) Rapidité et communication du service client irreprochable. C'est bien la première fois en 25 années de triathlon que je suis autant satisfait d'un magasin de cycles.
