Super freundlich und mega hilfsbereit. Ich habe mit meinem Riese und Müller E-Bike ein riesen Missgeschick gehabt und einen großen Achter reingefahren. Leider konnte der Achter so nicht repariert werden und es hätte eine neue Felge bestellt werden müssen. Lieferzeit nicht unter 3 Wochen Unser Urlaub hatte gerade erst angefangen und sollte jetzt schon wieder zu Ende sein? Die Mitarbeiter im Velo Sport Center haben alles möglich gemacht um mir zu helfen. Sie haben kurzerhand aus einen neuen Fahrrad eine Felge ausgebaut und in meinem Fahrrad eingebaut. So konnte unser Urlaub doch noch weiter gehen. Ich bin den Mitarbeitern so dankbar und kann dieses Geschäft nur empfehlen.

Awful shop. Really really unhelpful. Tried to get help with puncture on electric bakfeit. Lady very hostile and unfriendly. States they only work on bikes they sell. I could understand this normally but they give the impression they just don't help because you didn't buy from them. Most unhelpful bike shop as clearly not all bikes can be brought from or shop. ALSO for reference the bakfeits here are over priced and you can buy one a lot cheaper across the border in Germany, and bring it back on the train to Luxembourg.

Edit 2023 : la qualité du travail et la compétence des personnels est toujours au top 2020: J'y ai acheté un vélo Scott en début d'année : le vendeur m'a bien conseillé et respecté mon budget. Il m'a aussi appris que je pouvais le faire subventionner ce qui m'a permis d'économiser 500€. Le révision a été tip top le vélo est parfaitement réglé.

Very rude, no will to work. They refuse brands they don't know and even criticize these brands. Got a Commencal mtb (brand is multiple WC DH winner) and they refused to tune my transmission. I mean, common... a SRAM X9 derailleur gets tuned the same no matter on which brand it is mounted.... stupid attitude.

Expérience desastreuse. J'ai essayé de faire réparer mon vélo cargo chez eux depuis janvier. Pour un rayon cassé, ils ont remplacé tous les rayons par des rayons non conformes, qui ont donc cassé. Puis quand j'ai acheté les bons rayons ils m'ont dit qu'ils n'avaient pas de temps pour moi... A fuir!

They don't have a lot of brands, been there because is one of the agreed shops for rise&muller in Luxembourg. For cargo bike is the really good, you can try the bike and do the configuration on the screen. Staff is really competent. Avoid Saturday the shop is cloud.

Incredibly rude staff who were snobby and unhelpful. Quoted us ridiculous prices for something as simple as having our inner tubes changed. I also heard they won't let you test ride new bikes and they have no return policies if you're unhappy! Unbelievable. Avoid!

Great service, had my bike in for a repair that was not bought from the shop and they did a full service on it. It's a little expensive, but that's Luxembourg for you. Fiancé also bought a bike from there and it's been excellent.

Ich wurde beim Kauf meines E-Bikes sehr gut beraten. Zwischen der Bestellung und der Lieferung einige "Kommunikationsschwierigkeiten", danach aber alles wieder super, von daher: empfehlenswert! :-)

Its a joke - phoned to ask if they could check a noise coming from my brakes - they said perhaps in 6 weeks time! and only if its one of 2 types of hydraulic brakes that they deal with.

Apparently a good shop with many customers, so they can afford to be rude to new ones. Go directly somewhere else if you need a quick service.
