"I've been going to Animal Farm since Dr"
I'm torn about how to rate Animal Farm. We had been going there since the previous owners/vets (who were great) and continued when there were new owners and vets. Dr G always showed gentleness, care, and concern for our old, extremely human-shy cat. On a couple of occasions where we ended up being assigned to Dr. K, we actually had to come back the following day to complete the exam/nail trim/shots because he felt our cat was too agitated to be handled further. I acknowledge that she was a very nervousnervous cat with new humans, but we never had this issue with any other vet or vet tech ever. He also would make suppositions about the problem clearly not having read her past history. So we started insisting on Dr G. As our cat rapidly lost weight, over the course of 1.5 years he ran a lot of tests and tried a lot of treatments. I appreciate this, and it's the reason I still give this review 3 stars. However, at the very end she was clearly extremely ill and we were given a pretty mild diagnosis all things considered. She was sent home with antibiotics and a saline sac we had to inject her with every day. Dr G did call to see if we were able to administer the fluid injection, but that was it. I repeatedly called the office when my cat's behavior worsened and it was clear she was in a lot of pain and very disoriented. I got no calls back. It got so bad it became clear she would pass soon. I called the office yet again to speak to Dr G on how we could make her last hours/days comfortable or when to decide to bring her in to put her down. I got no call back. I called again and scheduled an appointment, offering to pay for a proper appointment but asking that he just call me during the appointment time to discuss. The receptionist set up the appointment. I called at the scheduled time. The receptionist said he was with other patients and would call back soon. He did not. I called again an hour later, they said he'd call me back. An hour after that, my sweet Gidget slipped away. I called them later that day to tell them Dr G (who still hasn't called me) no longer needed to call me back as she'd died. The receptionist responded without a hint of compassion or empathy, saying she'd note our cat died in their file. We never heard from Animal Farm again until they called to remind us that our other cat is due for a visit.
The breeder we bought our puppy from recommended Animal Farm Pet Hospital because they are reasonably priced. Has been hectic at times but they always got the job done so no complaints until recently. We took our second dog in to get his vital shots redone. After the visit I payed with my Care Credit credit card and left with no issues. After about a month I noticed there was no charges to my card made. I got in contact with Care Credit and they told me to wait a bit longer to let it process. I recently called the vet to schedule another appointment and when they looked at my account on file they told me i had an overdue balance I needed to handle immediately. I asked for the details of the balance, assuming it was for the charge that had never gone through. She could only give me the date and dog (both were completely wrong.) and told me she couldn’t see beyond that. Never going back. Super weird that they took my credit card information, confirmed they charged me before I left, never contacted me if there was problems (no email, phone call, voicemail) and then didn’t have the correct information when they requested payment. Update: The manager emailed me the day after I posted this review. She sent my invoice that had the correct information. I called today, asked for the manager to charge my account to ensure there was no mixups. She sent my receipt after the phone call and asked me to update my review. I’m trying to be as unbiased as possible with the update. At the end of the day I kept getting told the same thing: “we keep getting new managers and employees so it got lost in the process.” If you’re really broke (like I am) this place is reasonably priced. If you have other options and can afford to pay slightly more, this place is not worth the chaos and frustration you’ll be left with. I’ve had rough experiences with them in the past but this one was the cherry on top.
Dr. Julio Bolivar is the essence of what a Veterinarian should be. I called him on Wednesday to schedule a in home visit because my baby (Lady) wasn’t doing good and the sooner any Dr. could see her was 3 or 4 days later and the emergency sites all where drop off meaning leaving her all day until they could get to her and I wasn’t about to do that. Anyways, I left him a voicemail and within 10 minutes he called me back I explained to him what was going on and he was at my house within the hour. He examined Lady and right away he told us she needed to be taken to the hospital for admittance because she was deteriorating rather quickly, he drove our baby to the hospital. We followed him, and when we got there they had already taken X-rays, blood work had been done and the whole nine yards and yes, had we waited another hour our baby would have perished but thank God and Dr. Bolivar she is still with us. He really went above and beyond to make sure we were at ease and to make us feel that our Lady was taken care of. There staff is also very helpful and kind. Once we were able to bring Lady home, he gave us instructions of what to do and he also gave us his home phone number if we wished to call him at any time even if it was the middle of the night. I mean, what Dr. does that? I recommend Dr. Julio Bolivar and his practice to anyone in need of a Veterinarian. Their fees are fairly affordable also which when you are on a budget means a lot. I would give them negative starts if possible. Do not take your pet there. It was the most appalling vet experience I've ever had. The staff is uncaring, inattentive, and unknowledgable. The worst part was when they gave me the wrong medication. I discovered it when I got home. When I called them, they were not apologetic or concerned at all. They told me to come in to exchange it. I'm glad I caught it, but they could kill an animal with that kind of inattention. Other things: it can take a long time to get through on the phone. If they put you on hold, forget it, they will never pick up. When I went there both times there was no one else there. And still I had to wait. The doctor is equally unhelpful. He carried my cat hanging under his arm, instead of putting him in the carrier to bring him to the back. When he came back, he dumped my cat on the table and proceeded to talk about what he did. I was struggling to get my cat back in the carrier because he was so freaked out. I asked the vet to help me but he kept talking. I said wait, I have a question. I need to get my cat in the carrier. He totally ignored me. Finished his speech, turned around and left. I had questions! But I had to get my cat safely in the carrier. I can go on and on with all the unprofessional service I experienced. But I need to go find another vet for my cat. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE!
I've been going to Animal Farm since Dr. Stroah, the original owner. My cat, Butsu, a rescued cat since day 1, had a mean bite at the base of his tail from a fight. Animal Farm was able to get him in within 1 day to examine him. I warned them that Butsu is onery and hates strangers. So, I dread what he will do to the doctors,as last visit he bit the last vet. He's every Vets nightmare cat. Dr. Raj Gill aleaved all my fears. He calmly assured me not to worry, but heeded my advise at the same time. He and his crew masterfully were able to shave his tail, drain and clean the wound. He gave quite a few medications that were a challenge to administer, but he was percise and gave thourough instructions, which made it easier to give Butsu. I also want to give a shout out to Ariel for going above and beyond to help with situation. Also kudos to the assistance for being so brave. Butsu is healing very well, much quicker than I thought. I am so happy to be able to return to Animal Farm, with 3 other pets in the near future.I wish them much success with their new Pet Care Business.
I have used Animal Farm for 5+ years and they never let me down. They are quick to answer my phone calls if I have any questions or want to set up an appointment. There is always a friendly demeanor inside and out of the building. Due to COVID for the most part customers wait outside when they take your furry friend to the back, and they either call you and/or look for you outside when they’re all done. The only thing I will say is if you have an appointment you might not be seen right at that time. Like any other human doctor visit you wait in the waiting room a good 10-15 minutes from when you arrive before they take you to the room where you wait for the doctor. Same thing here. Personally I don’t mind the wait because of how professional and kind they are. My pups come in for different reasons, all taken care of with so much love, and the follow up from the vet (after a surgery w/ a concern) they followed up with me to make sure my dog was doing better and made me feel at ease. Highly recommend this place, not once have I ever had a problem! I love them!!!!
My poor little cat, Ella needed dental surgery this past week after she lost a pre-molar tooth that had been infected (she had needed a dental cleaning, but I had put it off due to covid--bad cat mom, I know). I was VERY worried and stressed about the whole procedure, but the staff at Animal Farm took great care of Ella. In the end, she ended up needing a couple of more extractions, and it wasn't cheap, but the work was completed professionally and with care. In the immediate days that followed, I called several times with questions and concerns, and they were very understanding and patient with me. I even spoke with the doctor on the phone a couple of times and when I was freaking out on Day 2 of recovery, he allowed me to bring her in to get checked at 10 min before closing. My cat was, of course, fine, but I was so grateful to have her rechecked that evening as it alleviated my concerns... I'm really grateful for the attentiveness taken with my fur baby at Animal Farm and am happy to report she is making a slow but steady recovery! :-)
Update 9/11/2021: Dr. K really cares. There was a staff mix up and he was not notified that I called. Upon learning about Joey's situation, Dr. K called me multiple times to check on my little dog. He offered to see my dog first thing this morning and provided a complementary blood screening and other complementary services to ensure my little doggy was okay. Apparently, the vomiting was most likely caused by the three month flea/tick medication (Bravecto) tablet that was prescribed. Be careful if you have a tiny dog like mine (9 pounds) not to give too big a dose of flea/tick medication. ---------- Overpriced vet who does not follow up. Vet does a lot of upselling. Spent almost $600 on 9/8 for first visit for a healthy Chihuahua mix after the doctor recommended a variety of services. The following day 9/9, my little dog vomited eight times in a 24 hour period. I called this morning 9/10 and was told the doctor would call me back but he never did. I'm never coming here again and I will tell everyone I know to avoid this place.
I called yesterday worried that my frenchie tweaked his back, I spoke to a front office receptionist and she told me they were full but offered to put me on a cancellation list, not even an hour passed and she called me back with an appointment for the following day. I took my dog in and the employees all looked happy to be there, you can tell when people love what they do. Ozzy got checked in and then the doctor examined him and it turned out everything was fine. The doctor was so kind to take his time and explain the situation and recommend what to do in the future. I feel that this office has integrity and didn’t try adding on additional tests for more money, as the exam was negative and my dog was happy running around everywhere. I am glad I found my new veterinarian in SF and I can honestly say they made a good impression. Thank you for the last minute appointment and providing me with the peace of mind I needed before I start my work week.
I started coming to this vet office back in 2021 and I never had any issue with their services or anything, but early this year when it came time to do a check up, I found out about the change in doctors and staff. The new doctors were great, but my main concern was that they seemed to have no record of my dog being there before despite him being neutered here, having all his vaccinations, and his first dental treatment here. I don’t know what happened in their transition that they just lost all his records, which I found concerning given that I don’t have copies of them myself. I also found it frustrating that they greatly reduced their hours and are no longer open on weekends when they used to be great at getting same day appointments. Now I can’t even request an appointment on the petlink app that I loved using. Nothing against the new or old doctors though, just convenience and reliability of this location has gone downhill for me.
Been going to this pet hospital for the last 2 years. The stuff was great! The doctor was amazing and was giving my dog a great care. I was ordering the medication from Chewy the doctor prescribed and it was never an issue! NOW tho! They have changed the doctors and the management, and they want me to come to visit them AGAIN (after 2 months from my yearly visit) for the same problem my dog has, and they cannot approve the medication the previous doctor prescribed. ARE YOU SERIOUS??? It takes me day to get there, my dog is car sick, I have paid all the costs for the visits 2 months ago and they want me to do the SAME thing all over again for the same damn problem?! It is not my fault the doctors are changed and instead of looking at the file they have (I hope they do) they can clearly see the same medication was ordered, prescribed, and picked up multiple times. Thank you, PET FARM! We will be looking for a better vet clinic.
I am eternally grateful for this amazing veterinary practice! My senior dog Disco is alive and well because of their expertise and love for animals. The doctors are incredible and listen to the input of the owner which in my case helped save my dogs life. I had a horrible experience with the SPCA for a second opinion and they were so cold and basically said my dog would need to be put down but the doctors at Animal Farm worked with us every step of the way and successfully completed emergency surgery to save Disco's life at a price the was very fair and manageable for the situation. They have been amazing in follow up care and service and have helped through some scary moments and have given compassionate input and advice that has insured my dogs well being. I highly recommend this animal hospital.
I moved to SF from the eastbay 5 years ago and had such a hard time finding a vet I liked. So many of the vets i tried in the city were super expensive and really excited about over-testing any symptoms even pretty straightforward ones. I love my critters, a lot. But I have 7 and many of them are getting up there. I want high quality care but I also want a level of medical response appropriate to what my pet presents with rather than appropriate for charging me as much as humanly possible. This is the kind of care my fur babies have received at Animal Farm. I have worked with both of the vets there and I like them both a lot. And when I had a kitty with a terminal condition, Dr. Hall was so sweet and gentle as she helped our Bubbles cross the rainbow bridge. I finally have my SF vet.
The staff here is absolutely hands down the best. Our dog Schroeder had cancer and was declining and we made the choice to let him rest. Dr K (I never got his full name) called me on a Saturday while at home on his day off and told me of his blood test results from our previous visit. He gave me our options and we chose to let our dog rest so he would no longer be in pain. The Dr. actually drove up from San Jose on his day off to meet us at the hospital in order to facilitate putting Shroeder to sleep that day to alleviate his suffering. Talk about a person with a big heart and selflessness. I was actually taken back by his kindness and willing to do whatever it took for our dog. We are a customer for life!!! Thank you Dr. K and staff for being the best.
Never written a review. But this situation warrants one. I'm traveling internationally, and due to the complicated nature of travel certificates I booked an appointment weeks in advanced, then confirmed the appointment coming up to the date. 30 minutes before my appointment I get a misspelled text message saying we "We can't do the travel certificate but can do vaccines." I'm now frantically calling vets around the bay area to see that no one has same week appointments and those that due are to late in the week to get the certificate turned around in time. I'm leaving for 6 weeks so a pet sitter is out of the question. Terribly organized, and totally unreliable.
It was refreshing to find a wonderful vet with the experience, expertise, and kindness of the entire staff. I took my dog to have her teeth cleaned an a tooth possibly pulled. They did a great job and didn't have to pull any teeth. They put me at ease when I left her for the surgery. I live in Modesto I'am here for a couple months. I only wish they were located in Modesto and should I have any serious issues with my dog., yes I would drive the 60 or 70 miles to know she had the best care. Thank you to a wonderful caring vet and his staff. You.could teach a few vet offices a thing or two, again thank you soooo much, Mama and Pam
My dog Ginger who’s 13 years old have a Kidney Failure. I was so sad and worried while she was treated for dialysis 2x a day. From 2x a day to every other day until she should be done in about a week. Friendly staff. Visali was very nice and understanding. Dr. G is a Great doctor. He’s like a miracle doctor. Ginger is now doing so much better. Eating well and much energetic with the Kidney Dog food that was given to her. This place is not all about trying to make money from clients but they are all about caring for our pets. Thank you so much! I will definitely stay with them when Ginger is in need of service.
I showed up and a car had crashed into the front of the building, and they were still seeing patients through the service entrance in back! I was impressed by the staff's ability to come together and pull off a semi-normal day at work! They provided great care for my dog, I got a lot of face to face with the vet tech and the veterinarian, which helped me feel confident in my decision making for my animal. I'm new to SF and was happy to find an office I felt confident in and it didn't break the bank account. I would definitely recommend others to give them a try if they are questioning their pet's current care.
Quite unexpectedly, at the start of the weekend, one of our cats stopped eating and drinking. Our regular vet was unavailable so we contacted Animal Farm and we got in to see the doctor almost immediately, He diagnosed the problem fairly quickly and made a range of suggestions to help work with the limited budget we were working with, without compromising the level of care or our cat. The staff were friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. We are true believers now. We had all of our pets' records sent over and we will be staying on with Animal Farm as regular clients. A very positive experience.
Everyone at Animal Farm Sf is great - the receptionist, vet techs and doctor were all kind, patient and confident with my big dog. And they were all wonderful towards me too! The reception area is roomy and the examination rooms were clean. I’ve had experiences w vets and vet techs being hesitant w my dog bc he’s a brindle bullmastiff. Some vets and techs prejudge him and lack confidence with him, even though he’s a sweet, sweet guy. The doctor and team cared for him with ease and leadership. My dog and I felt like we were in good hands. Highly recommend!
I've been taking my pets here for 15 years. It was hit or miss in the past, good enough for vaccines and flea meds. But new management and policies are terrible. When I took my pet in for her annual checkup, a tech took her in back and I never spoke to a vet. I was told my pet had an unhealthy weight but I wasn't able to ask questions. This was after their covid drop-off policy had ended. Plus, I had to pay for the visit in advance when I made the appointment! They called it a deposit but it was for the whole amount. By definition NOT a "deposit".
We have been bringing our pets to Animal Farm for over 20 years. While we were sad when Dr. Stroe retired, we have been more than satisfied with the new staff and particularly, Dr. G. Dr. G. is deeply caring and clear in his communication. We are always accommodated with an appointment in a timely way and we feel that our family is treated with respect. Although other veterinary offices are more convenient to our home, we feel that the quality of attention that we receive from Dr. G.and the Animal Farm staff make it worth our time. C.J.F.
This was my first time at Animal Farm Pet Hospital, I was taken care of and they treated me just as well as they treated my furbaby. I was extremely scared at first, my kitty needed surgery, Animal Farm came highly recommended from my co-worker. The doctor and nurse provided me with catside service after his surgery and the nurse at the front desk talked with me while I waited and she was so comforting and nice. Service could not have been any better and I am so glad I came here. I will bring all of my 3 fur babies here from now on.
My experience with Animal Farm left a lot to be desired. The morning meet-and-greet for the spay surgery was fine and the staff was attentive. I had an appointment to pickup my dog at 5:30pm that same day and arrived at 5:30pm. I was second in line and waited for 45min to pickup my dog. Not only did it take too long, but the staff helped another couple behind me first. I had high hopes for this place as they came recommended by the adoption agency. Needless to say, they will not be my long term vet and I do not recommend them.
We love Dr. Hall and followed her to Animal Farm Pet Hospital. We have such trust, confidence and respect for her judgement in our pets' care. Dr. Hall has taken care of our dogs since they were puppies, Molly is now twelve; we lost George two years ago to cancer. The staff at Animal Farm are very personable and professional, especially Myra and Teresa. Encounters with other staff and Dr. Noah have always been very positive. This is the place to go for your pet's health and well being, we highly recommend Animal Farm.
I just moved to the city three weeks ago from Massachusetts and hadn't thought I would have to find a vet so soon, but when my dog started to show signs of pain I knew I had to act fast. Dr. K was amazing, he went through all the options and made sure I understood them all, while keeping me calm. After getting the results of the blood test, Dr. K personally called me to go over everything and check on my dog. I am glad I chose Animal Farm as my new vet for Ghost, and I know I will be back!
Chose them B/C we took our last dog they're on ER basis. Staff and doctor were very compassionate; especially during Covid protocol.. Even though they could not help us; the doctor called on a Sunday morning to see what happened to our martini. Unfortunately he was in respiratory/cardiac failure and we had to put him to sleep. Even though the doctor only saw him once, he took the time out to see how he was. I am now taking my new pup, who is going to be trained as a service dog to them.
The prices went up dramatically and it's really hard to get an appointment there. The staff is great Well I should say the support staff and vet techs are amazing. But the vets keep raising the prices to where I had to change vets!! I now go to Dr treat and although it's much further away from my house I offer virtual visits and a yearly subscription so that you don't have to pay for opposite visits every time and they have 24-hour support services that are free with yearly plan.
Had a great first visit at Animal Farm. Was referred by some friends, and the vet tech who met my pup was very nice and informative. It's a bit weird given COVID protocol, so you'll have to wait outside while they examine your pet. I would have liked a chance to actually speak with the doctor/vet to ask some questions, but the vet tech who worked with me was very nice. So far I'd definitely recommend them for anyone not willing to wait 3+ months for a new pet exam in the SF area.
I have been going to Animal Farm for over 30 years and I wouldn't keep going if I wasn't totally happy. The staff is kind and Noah is very caring and smart-not someone who over treats or afraid to send you to a specialist if needed. Dr. G is the main doctor now with Noah there a few times a week. I have as much confidence in him as I did with Noah. The office has been nicely remodeled but more importantly the service is great and I will continue taking my dogs there.
I love this vet. They handle my scaredy-cat dog very nicely and are really easy to get into, even for urgent care. I've only had positive experiences with them, and they were recommended to me by a friend who has worked with dogs for years. Another dog professional friend tried them and found them to be heads and tails above somewhere like spca vet services, since they're easy to book with on short notice and are really fair and efficient. Highly recommend!
My dogs have gone to Animal Farm pet hospital for many years. The front staff is great and they really have a nice way with the animals. I never saw a stressed out or nervous dog there. Since I have relocated, they were very good at sending my dogs medication to get us through until we could get a new vet. The Vet is really nice , but sometimes difficult to understand. However, if you ask for clarification, he is happy to make sure he is understood.
This vet office has been incredible! From booking my first appointment for two of my cats, to calling with a frantic question, they are very responsive, reliable, and professional. They got me booked/seen by the doctor within days for my cats' first check up and got an answer back to me about my question in under 5 minutes. I trust them fully and the staff is super nice! I'm so happy to have found this place and would recommend them to anyone!
My dog Coco is a big breed senior pet and I would absolutely never take her anywhere other than Animal Farm. The vets here are very genuine and it's clear that they care about your pets' well-being and their craft. I've never had any problems here and I've been bringing Coco for years. They always have her medication ready in a timely manner (usually day-of) and going in for a visit is never an issue. I love Animal Farm Pet Hospital.
We took our dog to the vet today. Dr. Guduri did not even touch our dog. He was too scared. We paid $80 for a one minute clinic visit. He couldn't care less. Our pets are part of our family and they deserve more respect than that. We have used Animal Farm before with a different doctor, Dr. Siddineni. He was so good with our dog and we had no complaints. Very very disappointed with our visit today.
Best Vet we ever came across!! Very compassionate, warm and attentive staff. Dr. G and his staff were kind, thorough and responsive to all my concerns. 'Rover' - our fur baby is not a big fan of vets..but to our surpise, he really loved Dr. G and was not nervous at all and was happy to be there. You can see the genuine love for pets in all the staff working there which makes a difference.
We had a recently adopted puppy with some GI issues - they were able to squeeze us in, diagnose the issue, and prescribe an antibiotic (and diet) that made our pup feel better within a few hours. We really appreciate the prompt attention and, even though it's a bit of a longer drive than other places in the city, we will probably try to make Animal Farm our primary care provider.
Animal Farm Pet hospital is dedicated to pet's welfare. My doggie needed urgent surgery and the pet hospital help us a lot. The staff too time to explain options, provide emotional support for us, and deeply care about us/my doggie unlike any other place. I highly recommend the location because it remind me of a family setting, professional, and dedicated to animals. Thank you!!!
This is the best place to go for your pet needs or for any emergency Treatments. Way better then SPCA. Dr. G is the best doctor for my Dog and he is caring and understanding. I love this place for my dog Champ and the main thing is that it’s affordable for someone like me. Lydia the nurse she is awesome she took her time explaining me every little detail on medicine and care.
I switch from another because these people seam more compassionate and understanding. One day when my dog was hurt I called his regular doctor they told me to take him to emergency care. Knowing that would cost me a lot of money I tried one more place. It was this place. They told me to bring him right in. And I've been bringing them there since. It's an awesome staff
I have a very very anxious dog that has always had to be sedated at other hospitals to get him seen. All of the technicians and Vets are professional and have been able to examine my dog with no issue. They even managed to get an x-ray without sedation! They always answer my questions are accommodating and friendly. My favorite Veterinary Hospital by far!
I love Animal Farm Pet Hospital. My dog had fleas and we tried every over the counter remedy and nothing worked. Who knew a trip to the vet was all you need. They gave me everything I needed to rid my dog and my house of fleas. Also, our first visit was free! The staff and doctor were so kind! I'll def be coming back. Also, I love the hand-painted wall!
Thank you so much for yes day with my new REINA Louise. She had to use the bathroom for dogs. I was trying to explain to your technicians she doesn't use the bathroom unless she's at home. I know it's crazy. Anyway thank you very much see you in three weeks deeply appreciate it Sorry, if I caused any problems.Ana AUREOLES. …
Low key vet in a city full of judgmental vets. I’ve been to at least five other vets in SF and always get pressure to spend thousands on unnecessary procedures. Not at animal farm! Always clear up front about cost and helpful in educating you on what’s highest priority in the best interest of your animal not their bottom line.
I brought two cats there for annual check up. They messed up names of cats. And they also recommended us to buy KD wet food however they didn’t provide formal descriptions for us. I tried to reach out to them several times, but unfortunately they couldn’t correct the names of my cats and provide the descriptions.
The staff at Animal Farm Pet Hospital were incredibly professional and helpful. We had quite a few questions and the staff answered all of them, taking care to explain our options and walk through the associated costs. The office doesnt look like much from the outside but we were really happy with the service!
I love the staff & our vet here! There’s great availability for appointments. The only issue is the extended wait times, but I do understand that COVID has made things pretty challenging & they are doing the best they can. They also always give a heads up if waits will be longer than usual, which is helpful.
I took both my dogs here and the staff there was really helpful. They offered a lot of help with our new pup and helped us pick the best treatment plan for him. The staff is very caring and is happy to answer any questions you have about your pet. I definitely recommend this vet for your furry friends!
I love how responsive this pet hospital is! It's so simple to set up an appointment plus they even set reminders through emails! I think the services are amazing as they are, and at the moment I don't suggest any changes to be made. Animal Farm Pet Hospital is a great place to bring my pet!
As a first time patient, Reception was welcoming and clear and they gave me 1/2 off the wellness visit for two of the three kitties. Very kind, thoughtful and caring. Very thorough on their exams, even asking for fecal material to run tests for parasites! Didn't get that at the prior vet!
Having a very difficult Siamese that is my entire world (I am a crazy cat mom as well) - I was incredibly impressed with the care from Dr. G and staff at the Animal Farm Pet Hospital. From start to finish, I felt comfortable and pleased with his care. Thank you to Dr. G and the team!
The staff was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. My kitty is usually very skittish outside of the house, and were so calm and nice that it made my cat totally relaxed. Dr.G was so gentle and quickly gave a diagnosis. I will be using Animal Farm as my regular vet from now on.
I've been taking my Border Collie here since he had first checkup and vaccinations as a puppy. They've taken incredible care of my dog through several health issues and surgeries. I recommend Animal Farm Pet Hospital to all of my friends in the area with pets - they're the greatest!
I am a new mom for my dog and it was a stressful time, but I am glad that they were quick and made the process quickly and effectively. I was able to talk to Dr K and asked all my questions. They also followed up the day after which was sweet and attentive. Thanks
Most amazing and compassionate care! Dr. G was made to help your beloved pet. He and his wife are so kind and knowledgeable. If I have any problem with my pet-first team I ever call. They can board my pups in an emergency. :) I very highly recommend ANIMAL FARM!
I had an exceptional experience at Animal farm pet hospital, the Vet was very very kind and sincerely cared about my pets. They were the only vet in town willing to see my sick dog last minute. I greatly appreciated his helpfulness and expertise!
I was so worried about my Pepsi after he got a wound. I didn’t have time to take him in during the week so thank goodness they have availability on Saturdays. I did cat mom first aid and by the time I went here he was practically healed up.
Huge thank you to Dr. K and the team. We brought our cat Neville in thinking he had a urinary infection, when in fact it was much more serious than that. Dr. K immediately knew his bladder was blocked and he needed to get into surgery asap.
Dr. Noah and his staff are wonderful. I have been with the Animal Farm family for 18 years. I always get great service and my dogs get great treatment. I wish I could say my dogs love going to see Dr. Noah, but what animal loves going to a
I almost lost my cat a year ago due to bad advice from my former vet. The Animal farm got us in without any waiting and Dr. Noah was able to stabilize my cat's condition and made it possible to him to thrive. I am indebted to his practice
I have been using Animal Farm vet services for the last ten years and have always found the doctors and staff to be friendly and professional. I currently have two cats, one 16yrs of age and one at 24 yrs of age, and Dr. Noah and Dr. Hall
The staff and the veterinarians are as loving as they are professional. My dog is excited to go there because he loves them so much - even after surgery he was still happy to go back! I trust my dog, the people at animal farm are good!
They only have appointments 2 weeks in advance, but they can get you in the same day if you pay an "emergency" fee of $163. You never see the same vet, in the matter of a month and a half and three different appointment's I saw three
I brought my cat Rigo in with a mass on his front right leg that turned out to be a tumor and had to be surgically removed. Following his surgery he developed an infection and had to have some of the skin removed to clean out the
I have been taking my animals to Animal Farm since my dog now 11yo was 9months. We also took our cat there who was 19 years old when we had to put her down. They were very helpful in that process. Needless to say that was hard.
9/12/19 Update: After my most recent visit, I can happily share that animal farm is now checking all the boxes. Five stars for this compassionate efficient and effective veterinary service. Thanks, Animal Farm Pet Hospital!
Lulu needed her teeth cleaned and a extraction. Dr G and staff are awesome they don't try and push vaccinations or medications onto you like other places do. They are honest and really care too.
We really appreciated the friendly, low key, no rush atmosphere. The veterinarian's assistant was particularly friendly and helpful. The veterinarian seemed highly competent.
Friendly staff. Dr G is competent and listens to all concerns. I credit him with saving my dog who was seriously ill. My vet tech is great too.
Wish I could give zero star. Constant up selling, inintelligible doctors, one week+ to refill or not prescriptions. Stay away.
