I recently used Ann Smith Florist to deliver a fruit/snack basket to a family member in the hospital. Myron was so helpful and understanding of the circumstances. I simply gave him the amount I wish to spend and he assured me he would handle it. Well... boy did he! I received a phone call and picture of the basket from my family member. It was beautiful and full of all the comforting things someone might want while in the hospital. I could not have picked out the items any better myself. The appearance, compassion and care and ease of this order will certainly have me returning in the future. Real people working in a real world... Asked for a particular arrangement. They mentioned there would be substitutions. I said that was fine as long as the general aesthetic was preserved. The arrangement was completely different, entirely different color scheme, and although I ordered the most expensive option, it wasn't full at all. It looked nothing like the option requested. I told the owner I would absolutely not purchase it as is and certainly not at full price. He refused to discount it. I'm glad for that because I ordered a beautiful arrangement from Joy's, last minute, with no substitutions or excuses for a fraction of the cost. This florist's loss. I will never order from here again.

I ordered a bouquet for my wife while she was visiting Nashville. Very easy to call and order, even late in the day. The flowers were delivered the next morning at the exact time estimated. What was most impressive is the very little detail I gave on what she might like and how gorgeous the bouquet turned out. Lots of ranting and raving from those who had the pleasure of seeing Ann Smith’s beautiful creation. Highly recommend! Well worth the price! (I’m told the picture doesn’t do them justice but I thought it was a nice photo anyways).

Let’s Just say this I’ve ordered flowers from numerous of places none delivers like Ann Smith Florist I’ve ordered over a dozen times and the flowers are always fresh and one time I cheated with a different florist my wife immediately noticed the lack of detail and freshness from a different place . I always get the Florists Pick And They Don’t Miss Ordered After 12 Called The Store And They Were Already Prepping It For Delivery Even Though I Was Outside Of The Guaranteed Same Day Delivery Times

I was very unhappy with my experience with this florist. I ordered a arrangement for my grandfathers funeral. I asked for blue and white to match the rest of the family’s arrangement and it came in total opposite. I called and spoke to a guy that answered the phone and voice my concerns and explain that it wasn’t what I asked for and asked for a refund and he kept trying to convince me that these flowers were in fact blue and white even after I sent him a picture of the arrangement.

I had a unique request for a funeral arrangement, i was so impressed that they took on the order after several florists refused too. Thank you all so much for accommodating and doing such a great job! Your are professionals and truly care about your customers. I will use your services again going forward.

We had just picked out my moms headstone at Hunt Memorial. My 5 yr old twin daughter loves flowers so we stopped by. The man was so kind. He went in the back made her a small bouquet and gave it to her no charge. He didn't know this, but she wanted to take them to Heaven to give her darlin.

I was Thankful that the Arrangement was delivered on time but was told that there would be 4 or 5 kinds of Flowers and it was all Greenery. Disappointed and Expected it to be Beautiful as I was told. The Cross and Doves were Pretty but Would have looked better in Flowers.
