"On the Boxing Day I went there at 5:52pm and on the website showed stores open till 6:00pm but the security guard with the worst attitude I’ve ever seen he didn’t let me in and he shouted on me and swearing to me and finally he wanted punching on my face"
"Nice clean local store, staff always available near tills although I usually use self service as I'm not lazy like the people who parade around pretending they care about the staff refusing to use the self service as it's "stealing there jobs", idiots"
"Went in to return a blender from an online grocery shop as this is my local"
"This has to be the poorest Asda i have ever been in and the customer service is below poor!! Jackie she thinks she owns the place walks pass you when you are at self serve waiting for approval"
I have just read how a blind woman was shouted down by an utterly ignorant security guard and forbidden to enter. This is completely disgusting. 1. This useless employee doesn't need retraining, they need sacking with immediate effect. To be that ignorant of the basics of UK Law doesn't bode well for their overall intelligence. 2. Ideally the branch should shut, and a retailer more fit for purpose take over the running of the site. 3. If the store should remain open central office need to conduct a root-and-branch investigation, sacking all those that failed to trained this ignorant scum. As far as the public, if you care, DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH.
On the Boxing Day I went there at 5:52pm and on the website showed stores open till 6:00pm but the security guard with the worst attitude I’ve ever seen he didn’t let me in and he shouted on me and swearing to me and finally he wanted punching on my face. I have 3 years experience of customer service at Tesco and I know everything about customer service so definitely I’ll make the complaint to the head office of Asda and Asda should doing something serious about him to make sure something like that never happens again to any customers. His name is Paul
Nice clean local store, staff always available near tills although I usually use self service as I'm not lazy like the people who parade around pretending they care about the staff refusing to use the self service as it's "stealing there jobs", idiots. Prices are decent at times. Doesn't get too busy which I like. Noticed a few People saying the staff are lazy, and don't smile. I haven't noticed this. Guessing they are the same plebs who haven't worked a day of retail in they're lives or don't put stuff back after themselves.
Went in to return a blender from an online grocery shop as this is my local. The manager was called to help me. The manager was lovely he couldn't help at first as returns need to go to a big store but no he wasn't happy not being able to help so got on his mobile phone to the call centre ,spoke to them explained the problem then passed me the phone to confirm my details and I was able to return the item to him rather than going all the way to huyton village store. Well done Asda excellent customer service.
This has to be the poorest Asda i have ever been in and the customer service is below poor!! Jackie she thinks she owns the place walks pass you when you are at self serve waiting for approval. They walk around trying to look busy but i feel embarrassed for them. do they actually have any training they make you feel like you are annoying them just by being at the till especially if you need tobacco or alcohol. so poor you should be ashamed ASDA
In this store a few weeks ago with my mother staff laughing an joking while stocking shelvs with people on the check out Slowing them down and talking over my mother while she was asking questions always the same three /four people too iv been in before and have been throwing paper round the place at each other I used to shop in here nearly everyday as I work on that road not no more staff are to loud and not helpful
The lady who claimed to be a manager is definitely Karen!! We have £200 voucher to cash out from PayPoint but she said they can maximum do £100. I asked the manager for reason and she said because they do not have enough cash to pay which is lie. Who believes Asda Supermarket will not have £200 cash at 5pm? She said I can come tomorrow again but sorry Karen I do not have worthless times as you to wast my time….!!!
Shout down to minimise blind people with guide dogs! Totally disgusting! I don't care if you verbally apologised afterwards, that doesn't make up for the embarrassment, stress, harm and confidence you knock out of someone with untold daily struggles which you can't even imagine or comprehend! You don't even deserve the 1 star that I have to give you just to write this! Would I visit you! NO!
I came here yesterday but this is not an asda I have used in many years so I didn't know where anything was. The staff couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful. I got a little bit flustered at the till as I'm generally with someone but was on my own. A male staff member with back hair was very kind and made me feel more relaxed. I'll definitely be coming back to this store.
Mr edris? You say you have 3 years experience in customer service? Yet you wait all day, till 8 mins to closing time to go get your shopping? You clearly state it was boxing day, maybe show some consideration for those having to work and have family to get home to, after all it was boxing day yeh? Made yourself sound like a spoilt kid there having a tantrum
Good range of products given the size of the store. Can pick up things ordered from Asda online here, including large shops pre-ordered. Cash back available at self service tills. Queues usually not too bad. Staff generally very helpful and give me the help I need to get small amounts of shopping independently on crutches.
Absolutely disgusting how a member of your staff treated the lady and her guide dog. Retraining? He should have already known the policies regarding this issue, if he didn't then it's your fault as an employer for lack of staff training. I will definitely take my custom to another retailer from now on.
Ive never had a problem staff always want to help if u ask them a question the security staff are always polite these people leaving negative feed back like the man on boxing day need punching i was coming out of the store as u was abuse the guard the store was closed it was6pmbut u acted like a child
Awful customer service Staff too engaging with themselves, especially at checkouts. Not enough smiles and pleasantries with customers. Without question they need to be more engaging and helpful towards customers Such a store is on my doorstep so it would be nice to see more cheerful and helpful staff.
I bought 6 case of foster which she said Iam allowed 6 , I was going to use my Asda rewards somehow she said Iam not allowed to use Asda rewards , so I can buy 6 case of fosters but I can’t use my Asda rewards which is sound stupid , I don’t understand when she start to work Asda !!!
Popped down yesterday. Social Distancing queue outside needs looking at. It total defeats the object as those using the car park had to walk closely passed everyone in the queue to reach the back. So who ever though that idea would work and keep shoppers safe is stupid. Sort ut out
Customer service below any standard. Few times notices higher price than advertised, even told them error and been seeing same wrong price for weeks. They offer you refund, of course but how many people won't even spotted it for weeks... Staff very impolite, very low quality.
Staff very rude especially I girl she is horrible and she thinks she owns the place she gets all the reduce things and puts them away until she finishes some of it isn't worth having mind and the vegetables are awful it could be a nice shop if it had different staff
Only recently started using this supermarket but I have to say each time I have the staff have bean amazing. The first time I went, I was pushing a small trolley and carrying my granddaughter, a member of staff approached me and asked if I
Me and my daughter attended today with my daughters autistic support dog.28/02/2023 We were asked to leave but then told we can continue our shopping but not to come back. I will be making formal complaint. Discrimination!
I always find the staff very helpful and polite I shop in this Asda and collect parcels on a regular basis. Staff always ready to help and nothing is too much trouble the staff are a credit to Asda. Well done
Terrible customer service. God forbid you ask a member staff to do their job. It used to be a lovely shop until it went self service. Terrible attitude from the staff.
Although this Asda offers a good number of products at very reasonable prices. I find very often they are out of stock of particular products which can be annoying.
Small supermarket Great if you have forgot something and just need to grab & go Also has the self checkouts which is better. Has instore bakery too
Above and beyond staff in this store no matter how busy they are .I also work for tesco be really proud of the staff in this store fantastic credit
They like to stop people coming in 20 minutes before closing. Stop being lazy and refusing people entry when your open. Its disgusting
Lovely friendly staff, handy little Asda , Local to where I live where I pop in, to top up on essentials in-between 'Big Shop's'
Absolutely appalling staff & customer service 3 members in particular have terrible attitudes! Avoid here now

Local to where I live where I pop in, to top up on essentials in-between 'Big Shop's'
cash machine, special discounts, parking outside, cold drinks shelf, not too big
Poor shop. It's like walking in to a Kwik save 20 odd years ago. dated.
Small Asda and not the best. Often long queues at the checkout.
Bad customer service and very racist because of skin colour
Great convenient location, staff also helpful and friendly
A good sized Asda store for all your shopping needs.
Has also any product for household, even flowers
