Replaced Boiler that was 7 years old and due to inferior maintenance by other plumbing company it had to be replaced as it was shuddering and no longer working properly as well as shutting off all the time. They replaced the copper piping that went to the boiler and water storage tank. The piping was also leaking before replacement. Atmosphere also replaced an old inefficient water softener unit. They also Installed shutoff and bypass water valves for the water softener. We highly recommend Rob who diagnosed our problem, recommended solutions and his quote was even lower than the price we paid for for our previous boiler. Rob and his crew did an excellent job. The difference in the appearance is night and day. We couldn’t be more pleased. Rob and his staff are professional, courteous, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. They cleaned up our furnace room after they were done. No mess left behind for the homeowner which was a nice change. They will be our go to for all our plumbing needs. Our annual maintenance of our boiler, air conditioner and furnace will now be done by them. We already referred them to our son. Without a doubt Rob and Atmosphere Plumbing is the company to hire.

We recently had Atmosphere Plumbing and Heating replace an older and complicated boiler system that decided to call it quits. Rob was very quick to respond and promptly met us to help us decide our next steps. Their quote was reasonable and fortunately they were able to start work on the replacement promptly. Rob and his team were very creative in installing a new heating system that was far simpler and efficient than our previous system. There were some challenges presented with tying in to some existing parts but they always found a workable solution. They always showed up when they said they would and left the area spotless. They also went above and beyond by helping us simplify some cables and electrical in the area as well. Most importantly, after years of staring with confusion at an unpredictable heating system , Rob took the time (on a Saturday!) to explain how everything was installed and worked. We now feel confident with our new boiler and our understanding of how it operates! I highly recommend Atmosphere Plumbing and Heating!!

I have nothing but good to say about Rob. He dropped everything to drive to my place in the country to repair a leaking pipe from my Navian hot water tank on the wall. I was very stressed at the time to see the water leaking down the wall because I was worried about the drywall. It only took a few minutes and Rob had it under control and fixed. The hot water tank had started to rust on the bottom and I noticed it was going to start leaking too. After carefully examining my situation, Rob advised me to install a boiler and indirect water heater. What a difference this has made. He had James install it and he did a wonderful job. I now have piece of mind because I know it has been done professionally. Most of all, I know if there is anything that goes wrong with my heating or plumbing, they are only a phone call away. Rob, John, Karen and the team are amazing. My air conditioner stopped working during the heat wave last week and when I called, they said they would be over that afternoon to have a look (the other place I called said that they couldn't come for 3 weeks!). Once they came and had a look, it turned out my breaker had tripped! An easy diagnosis for them and a little embarrassing for me, lol. And I'm so glad that I went with them and not the company that said it would be 3 weeks! Because it was such a little thing, they didn't even charge me which shows integrity, honesty and a customer first attitude. I will definitely be using them again and recommend them highly!

Rob and his team installed a brand new boiler system and indirect hot water heater tank. Bottom line: all around fantastic job! I fully agree with all of the comments that I've read here so far, and my review is long over due. Our new units were installed just before the winter cold snap. Rob and his team are an amazing group of guys. They came in and helped us install a new boiler system, move the ultilities to the basement and install plumbing for the laundry. Everything was done with great attention to detail making sure nothing is missed and without taking any shortcuts. Atmosphere has done multiple jobs for us over the last couple years. They installed a new boiler system, hot water tank, pressure tank, and mini-split air conditioning for my mom (now currently our house). They helped us with two bathroom renos before we sold our house last year. And now they are helping us with two bathroom renos and outside non-freeze hot and cold water taps for watering our animals. Great response time if you have an emergency and they always do a great job. Plus they are great at troubleshooting and fixing weird plumbing done by non-plumbers!

During the cold spell in Jan 2022 not only did my furnace go but my water heater as well, a week later!! I was referred by a neighbor. Rob answered right away! We had a heater and gas line installed to our detached garage. Had a problem during install, they came back and repaired it and did a great job in a timely manner. They leak tested everything and showed me that the unit started up and ran, and then ran it through another cycle for good measure. Installation of the line is in a very visible location and they did it very cleanly. Rob is true to his word and his guys including Jake and Larry are very good tradesmen and very professional as well.

The young technician showed up on time , was polite, informative and acted in a professional manner. I called at night , winds were extremely high, my furnace stack had been blown completely off my roof. My call was answered, I was reassured it would not cause any further problems. I had to call again at 1030 pm, with another question and was treated with respect in a courteous manner. I have no problem recommending Atmosphere and there services .

Rob & his team were stellar in completing an entire bathroom creation in our old house.
