I have to say that overall Next is a great store with good prices and good quality clothing. However I ventured in today during the bi-annual sale which is a whole different experience. Literally entire familys were out on a day trip here, surprised they didn't bring a picnic. Kids were crawling under the clothing whilst parents fought for the bargains to be had. People on their phones, whilst shopping which I assume must be an essential necessity. Its easy for me to shop here, I am a 3xl so just look at the tags at the top of the hanger to single out these rare items; at which point as I am 6ft 4 I then calmly reach over the barrage of children and frantic crazy ladies shopping to then take to the checkout. Next staff you must have the patience of saints to put up with this twice a year, well done..

Excelent service went in the store to look for a suit for a wedding as i was searching through the selection one of the staff approached me cant remember her name but she had short hair with glasses she said everything alright i said yes everything fine just looking for a matching suit of my choice and so she helped me and she even said to me you can try in the fitting room if one of the shirts fit you and in the end got excactly what i was looking for so went to the counter and the cashier named sarah with blonde hair served me with a nice smile on her face packed it up for me and said all the best and i replied thank you felt really happy with service left me leaving the store with a smilling face

Whenever I have been in this store lately there doesn't seem to be enough assistants. I had to search and search for someone to help me in the shoe dept, eventually I had to ask a till assistant to help. She seemed slightly anxious to leave the till and only did when she had finished a few tasks !! On a follow up visit after Xmas still no assistants except a two the same till with same customer with large queue to pay so I've dropped a star for poor service. NEXT you need to "up" your customer service in my opinion unless you want to drive potential customers away. You used to have exemplary service a while back

Absolutely amazing collection for winter and summer wear. Specific clothing are subjected to seasonal timelines. Plenty of fitting rooms and great ambience overall. Being situated at main road its very easily accessible by road and has reserved parking for disabled people. Prices are bit on the higher end of normal limits, but the trade of premium quality over some quids is a fair deal. Moreover they have a decent collection for boys and girls too, must visit that as well. Definitely will recommend to go have a visit and buy your favorite outfit of the day.

Deceptive pricing techniques. Just come back from the next sale. Loads of items picked up from the sale racks were scanning at the till at full price. You need to be eagle eyed otherwise you will end up paying full price what you thought you were getting in the sale. Disappointed to see it happening at a large retailer like next. The worst thing is the manager didn't want to listen. She just dismissed it by saying "It happens EVERY year. Nothing we can do about it. We can't just discount it because it was on a sale rack with other sale items."

Lovely staff always willing to help and give you the best possible solution. For menswear there is a good variety of clothing. Suits of different sizes, colours, prints, styles and textures. For causal wear I believe there's something for everyone. I was particularly happy with the different style of jeans available as well as sizes. I am also pleased with the baby wear. Overall clothing is good quality and variable with decent pricing. Staff are friendly and helpful and location is excellent in the city centre.

First in queue waiting to collect orders. Someone was already being served. Another employee was called to serve, the employee totally ignored me and served the man waiting behind me!! Also brought some other items went to a till in women's department again one person serving. I was first in queue again and this time I was stood for 10mins or more while the employee was even bothered to serve me. I won't be coming to Leicester town centre Next again.

Zero stars but it won't let me click that. Absolutely awful service and a complete waste of my time today. Went to pick up an ordered, paid for item that I was informed by text and email had arrived, to find they didn't haven't it!!! To top it all I then got a text to say I'd picked up the item! Am submitting a formal complaint as item now not in stock and according to the sales staff on the counter this has happened to other customers!

Great place to get high quality jeans. Only clothes shop I've been able to find that don't try and sell me straight jeans with the 4 buttons instead of a zipper. Changing rooms are very spacious and comfortable and the music choice is perfect. Staff are a bit strange, the woman at the till was not pleasant at all and clothes are quite pricey but yet very worth it for the quality. Would return for more jeans!

I'm a regular shopper at next. However I'll be avoiding this branch as its always has just 1 staff member at the till! I've been here 4 times in the last few months and have always had to wait for 10 minutes or more because only 1 staff member is at the till! They're going to the back to collect online orders, 1 at a time, and no 1 else there to serve, its not good service at all. It used to be good here.

Next has got great jewellery and pants collection. Their tops are fine But still you will find some good 8-10 tops. It's been 1.5 years, I came to this country and ever since I am looking for some good looking, less expensive and good quality jewellery and finally my search is over with next. I bought some 5 pair of necklaces and earrings in one time. I am so obsessed. It's worth a visit.

Went here to collect an order. I got a text with a number which was needed for collection. There's a sign at the door which says collection on 2nd floor but there's nothing else on any floor telling where it is. It took me a while to find it and had to ask an assistant to show it to me. It's near the men's shoes right at the back. Would be better to have signs pointing towards it.

MASSIVE shoutout to Laura in men's clothing who dropped everything she was doing in the middle of the day on a Saturday to help me get emergency clothes for a wedding I had to go to. I am big so finding clothes in the right size was not easy but Laura was so helpful and patient and helped me find everything- jacket, trousers, waistcoat and shoes. Somebody give her a raise!

Wasn't that impressed with my last trip the store. The store itself wasn't open you can only do collections it wasn't very organised but the staff did tries best on helping me it was next data information I received to collect when I got there the shop said it was pending and still not arrived which was a wasted trip

Usually great but who ever decided on the home section layout has made it impossible to get in, around and out. I could barely walk through by myself as furniture and displays have been positioned to block easy access. let alone if anyone wants to go in with a pushchair or accessibility needs.

Luke made me feel very welcome to the store. And helped me to chose the correct suit for my prom Luke was really knowledgeable when it came to help me chose my suit. He should be promoted to a higher stage to what he is because i could not ask for anyone better. thanks Luke all the best

Ventured into the store today,with the view of purchasing 5 men's suits (possible spend £6/700), Don't get me wrong staff very helpful,asked for discount because of size of spend,manager says no, somewhat miffed so walked out,will buy 5 suits but with someone who wants my money,

I came in this afternoon looking a braidsmaid dress at first we couldn’t find any but then seen one in the corner of my eye the member of staff who we had asked for help was very helpful and even helped us get the correct size we needed I can’t remember her name Thank you

Very good experience, returning a purchase and collecting a purchase, very easily done and very helpful staff as this was all I wanted to do and was directed to the right point on entering the shop also helped to find my way out as the escalators weren't working.

Good selection, reasonably priced and well layed out. Shame the changing rooms were not available but we understand why. The real. Shock was £5.50 to park for 2 1/2 hours. Gouging shoppers like that will literally put an end to the high street... Shocking!

The cheapest of the good-quality clothes store, Next is a common port of call for me. Most recent visit was an unscheduled drop-in return during the third national lockdown. They were super helpful, polite, and quick. Will be shopping with them again

Fantastic service, great friendly staff, especially on the men's. One in particular helped me choose my outfit for my evening out and checked sizes and round the back for more sizes and styles! Best next I've been to in a while

Went to buy a suit, didn't have any in the size I was looking for. The place was a mess. Couldn't find a shirt to save my life. Very unorganized numbering and sizing. No help to be found anywhere. Buy from elsewhere.

Very poor service. Very disappointed with the manager who couldn't be bothered to come & talk to me regarding a refund. Wont be visiting this store ... you have lost a lot of trade from 0/10 …

on the whole you know what you are getting. the only thing that brings it's star rating down is the shirts. ask for a specific size in regular and you will be directed to the full amount of shirts on offer.

They have a very good collection for menswear compared to other fashion outlets of the same range. If you like colours, prints and patterns, then this is the place. The material and fitting are much better.

Although this next seems big, for me there is only a capsule collection for each department and I never find what I'm looking g for. Hopefully will be better when they move the the old huge Debenhama site

Good selection of clothes bought some socks but then had a long wait to pay as there were not enough staff on the tills, the two girls that were on were doing their best so this is not a grumble at them

Placed an order for two items, went to collect them only to discover an extra item in one of my bags that I hadn’t ordered. So that’s going straight back . The staff were very friendly and helpful tho .

A fairly large Next store where you could get most of the fashion related stuff and also home items. The customer service follows the same standard as another Next stores (not amazing, but great).

Inside Highcross shopping centre. Not too far from multi storey car park . Located over 2 floors. Very well stocked and clean with plenty of hand sanitizer. . Professional and friendly staff

Not a great service.....only one person serving and very long queues. Only when customers started requesting more tills to be open did someone else arrive. Won't be in a hurry to return....

Never really considered NEXT before for Clothes but gave it a try and was surprised, quality of Clothing is great, a bit expensive so choose carefully what you buy, will be returning.

Standard Next with very helpful and friendly staff. Didn't have much in the way of larger gentleman sizes though. Really that's just an incentive for me to lose weight again!

This store is hit or miss for casual male and female clothing. Sales are great, and the suit collection is fair. Wish it was bigger with more a wider range and diversity.

shop seemed ok, but no waiting areas for partners whilst wife shops, Next please sort this out a nice bar with xbox in a corner would b good. ill be back if you sort this

New shop, new views.... it's a big airy space with other shops inside, but it's still just a clothes shop and it all depends on if you like clothes shopping....

Good size outlet. A little smaller than the other ones in other towns. When I say smaller, I mean less availability of certain sizes and options to choose from.

Obviously A very good place to buy things tho little expensive and Mens products needs to be more fashionable,attractive than any design and expensive price

It's Next so what can I say - great selection of clothes, good quality and their click and collect/return machines are now much more conveniently located.

Not much choice for men and most was a slim fit, no good for a bigger man.. No staff on hand to ask questions, avoid it spend your money elsewhere

Brought a purple suit for a family event. Great fit and style. Classic designs as well as modern styles. Good size fit, petite and curvy.

Shocking customer service I was the only person in store! Taken 20 plus minutes to get a MANAGER and I know they was 3 or 4 in store!

Top designer dresses are available. I was here to purchase belt and jacket. It was awesome design and top quality. Really liked it!

Good quality clothes. Not a lot of smart wear on show as there were a lot of sale items but I'm sure that is not always the case.

Nice Next store, located near to the John Lewis car park. Staff are friendly and the pricing on the clothes are reasonable.

No sizes in store for the item i wanted. You can buy the same or similar item in primark for a fraction of the price.
