If your Jewish don't bother coming in. I came in with my kipper on and the staff followed me around. Literally at one point had 6 staff following me around wacthing me like a hawk. Then the a Caucasian male wearing a blue shirt with a red tie who had a camera recording me. Approached me and told me they don't like my kind in here and free palasten. I can't stress this enough not friendly to Jewish people like myself

Never known such rude staff, chatting away about previous difficult customers in front of us in a 'staff room' group... with Zero care for me as a paying customer, limited interaction, the very bare minimum, we wont be returning. So unprofessional. They obviously do not put the customer 1st! Not the best advertisment for a well known store I believe! 0 star if I could on customer care. Couldnt wait to walk out.

Had a bad experience today in-store. I understand I made the mistake of leaving 2 pieces of clothing in the changing room.I’m not from this country so this is all new to me. A young looking ginger girl decided it was okay to call me disgusting and give me attitude. Again, I know I made a mistake but this is not how you treat people and it’s not a good customer service. Very disappointed.

This is a great store selling quality clothes at reasonable prices. Not cheap as primark but cheaper than many of the brands out there like M&S, Next, Bonmarche, Dorothy Perkins etc. The material of the products is second to none. I have a jacket from this place and its 4 years old now and still looks like new. No colour fade at all. So a good balance of style, quality and value.

I purchased a suit at the Beaumont Leyes branch for my sister's wedding and I want to give a special mention to a member of staff called Rhianne. She served me on the tills on the 1st August 2023 at 11:51AM. She knew me from her previous workplace (B&Q To be specific). She did an excellent job on the tills. Daniel Garnett.

Disgusted!!! I couldn't collect a click and collect order. However, the store has marked it as collected and now I can't get a refund. Customer service is just as useless. They asked me to rectify with the store. Passing the buck. Robbing people of their money is not on!!!

Some of the staff are very abrupt and surly most of the time .I get the impression the customers are a nuisance . However there is a lovely polite young Afro Caribbean girl and a Polish lady whose good manners stand out from the rest in that shop.

The store itself with availability and sales items, but the staffs are lack of customer service. Hard to see welcoming faces in this store. We only do shopping, we always like about the clothing boight from matalan, than there is nonother reason.

It's a big store with men's, ladies, children's clothing and shoes. A small toy section and a good sized Home section. Most tills are self-service, you pay for hangers or leave them there, fitting rooms are usually open.

I went to Matalan to purchase some knitwear. The jumpers and cardigans are of excellent quality. I do like visiting this store because it is so clean. It's free parking. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Nice product, and staff are very polite most of them, only one guy who seems rude, but i think hes left, the ladys are decent there very helpful and decent prices as well, far better than primark rubbish.

One of my favourite places to shop with a wide range of long lasting clothes! If you need affordable good quality clothes then this is the place! I love the bags , PJS and clothes! Underwear is great too!

Great shop, they had a sale in progress lots of excellent priced ladies,kids and menswear. Staff very helpful. They have nearly all checkouts as self service now. Lots of bargains to be had.

Clothes have really gone downhill and sizing is all over the place. Staff quite rude too. Yet another clothes store I won't really be using anymore sadly. Used to love it here.

Always a good place to shop. Well laid out and clean. Good selection of clothes for all ages groups. Also home products. Clothes are fashionable and very reasonably priced.

Simply love this place could easily spend 2/3 hrs here. Clothes great value & priced reasonably. Clothes for all family members under one roof.

Massive car park outside, huge store with loads of clothing choices for all sizes. Great bargains to be had, plenty of helpful friendly staff

decent choice of mens clothing but the down side was that there was clothes all over the floor which made the place untidy.

Good collection of apparel than city centre Matalan. Enough parking space and a calm and quiet atmosphere on weekdays.

Some of its collections are really nice. I picked up some formal outfit and I am loving them. Ample parking space.
