Absolutely disgraceful! Opened late, told me they didn't have an item I was after, without even looking first, when they did and then charged me four times for it! Apparently a technical issue that had never happened before sent all of the tills down so I couldn't pay for my item. Even though the card machine said approved every time! I tried to get them to listen about the transaction being duplicated but they insisted it hadn't gone through because it hadn't produced a receipt from the till. Card machines are an independent source that operate through WiFi, not the tills! Insisted it would cancel off, even when I showed them it was pending from my bank. Today I find it's gone out all four times! The store had given me their supervisor's number so I could call if it did. It's their day off so now I have to chase around trying to get it sorted because the alternative manager number they gave me, isn't answering and neither are the stores!!! None of the stores EVER answer their phones. Disgusting service when they charge a premium, if the designers knew how Flannels treated their customers, I'm sure they wouldn't allow them to stock their collections!

Management in the Leicester store is disappointing and rude..... my wife brought me a pair of balenciaga socks for Xmas she was served a pair of size 7s and im a 9 so we waited until the 28th to return them to be told these had been wore out the house when the truth of the matter is they had sold us a display shoe as this item still had the on display price tag on we ended up walking out of the store that we have used for a good number of years and alot of the staff in the store know us from being in there alot...... I need to put a formal complaint in against the manager I don't know her name but she is so rude its not even like we were asking for a refund I just wanted to swap for my actual size.. we spend thousands a year in flannels but well done you ill never step foot in this shop again... I think whoever is above this woman needs to have a look at her as she will cost your store alot of money..

The service in this store was absolutely appalling, not just from one staff member but all of the the staff that I came into contact with. When walking in no one acknowledged me, I tried to look for help and had to walk all around the store not being able to tell who was staff as they were very underdressed and not welcoming. When I found someone he made is clear I had interrupted him and his colleagues chat. I asked to try a shoe size, the guy barely spoke to me and then just walked off when he passed the shoe on display to me. To then buy them I had to search around for help again and got barely acknowledged. For £400 shoes I think I would have gotten better service, I’ve had much better service in poundland. Whoever is managing this store needs to make a lot of changes

Rude store manager, terrible customer service!!! We’ve spent a fortune in the Leicester store and online. Purchased a Valentino handbag and after a few weeks the stitching came apart on the strap. Returned it to the store they had for six weeks then basically though it back at us saying they wouldn't replace or repair it. I mean it wouldn’t cost no more than £20 to have it restitched. Who in their right mind would loose thousands of pounds worth of business and a very loyal customer for £20?? Absolutely disgusting customer service and very naive, immature and rude store manager.(Think her name was Olivia) We will just use the store to try on goods but will purchase from Selfridges from now on who do the opposite to Flannels and look after there customers.

I bought a pair of VW earrings from Flannels website. The delivery was surely quick (I'm not surprised considering the high amount they charge for standard delivery). The box were the brand logo is printed was smudged, inside everything was crammed. The VW authenticity card was bent and one of the earrings was misplaced. I wrote to CS, which took a few days to reply and got offered to return the product OR a 10% discount code on my next order as a "goodwill gesture". As if I'm going to use this shop ever again! I decided to go for the return and asked for a free postage label, and they never came back to me until I opened a PayPal claim. Overall an appalling service.

entered EMPTY store today picked up 2 items totalling £520 took items to counter to ask for alternative sizes big mistake encounters a miserable unhelpful totally rude store assistant called Darren both items chucked on the counter and in a low grim voice his reply that’s all we’ve got dont worry darren flannels thankfully is not the only store to purchase designer item s my advise if you don’t like the public and working in a store get an alternative job as flannels due to my darren experience today is off my list i can also see by us being the only 3 people in the store many people must have the same opinion SMILE DARREN SMILE

I've never visited a Flannels store. I had looked up Vivienne Westwood earings online for my daughters 14th birthday. I'd visited jewellers in the Highcross shopping centre. So I remembered reading about your store. As soon as I walked in, was directed to the jewellery upstairs. Then given directions to the cabinet, I asked a very cheerful man who showed me each set of earrings I pointed at. Was patience, polite and very helpful. I found the perfect pair. I was given a lovely gift box, gift bag and friendly prompt service. Thank you to him. Hope to visit for a special present some other time.

The customer service is ridiculous at this place, make sure you avoid the business at all costs. The staff inside think they are above the world and will not show any facial communication. Their is a reason the store is not successful, as they do not value their customers. I am happy to say i will never come back to this store. The drive to Selfridges in Birmingham is much better... I still cannot believe how the staff act. You are not selling luxuru watches over 50k so what is your problem? The business will never succeed. AVOID, AVOID!

Bought a belstaff cap on Saturday picked up the one on display in blue I wanted, assistant said I’ll get you one from behind, someone sent to get one, that was put straight into a bag but was black when I got home. - tried to phone Saturday afternoon on the number displayed unanswered. Went back to Leicester today no blue caps left none at Fosse Park either - pretty poor customer service all round really

Visited the store this morning with my daughter to exchange faulty goods to be told they wasn’t expesive enough to be re-ordered (vivienne Westwood earnings) fair enough ? But what made it worse was the cashier was so Miserable and rude and obviously had no customer service skills what so ever !! Needless to say I will be taking my custom elsewhere.

My review is for the Guerlain counter within Flannels. Amazing customer service from Lola; helpful, informed and professional but very friendly with it. The quality of the products is excellent and this is now my chosen brand for skincare, make up and perfume. Lola has helped me with my choices and her recommendations are spot on. Thank you Lola.

Customer Service I experienced in this shop was absolutely terrible. I went in to buy some balenciaga trainers with my husband, the girl that served me was extremely rude and acted liked she didn't want to be there seemed to be a problem asking for help. Needless to say I won't be going back to this store and brought them from another retailer.

So went into flannels as seen a pair of trousers online on sale found the same trousers same code everything in store but there full price in store no help from staff was told to basically leave the store and order them no help in store very unhappy with there service won’t be shopping with you guys any more and neither will my peers

Terrible customer service. Order trainers was too big took 2 weeks plus for exchange. Found a fault with them emailed twice to which I was ignored so I called them it cost £28 in call costs. I followed this up with an email of complaint to which they asked me to call and discuss!!! I dont think so! Avoid at all costs!!!

Yesterday I got served by a Chinese women and I just didn’t like the way she said that I can order it through my card I found it embarrassing to say I didn’t have no money in there only cash and Sunday banks are shut. I just only asked for gift card so I can purchase my product I didn’t need to be questioned.

DO NOT order from online!! Minimal support for lost/missing deliveries and they will not ask you for full details of your experience. They communicate with the courier’s and give you an outcome based on that and couldn’t care less about the consumer being out of pocket.

Never been here before, I was on the hunt for something new, the young blonde gent working in the skincare section helped me feel at ease, he shown me products eye cream and made me feel comfortable. Also given me shampoo samples too. Service I like! Caroline.

Visited this store today and was helped by Tristan who was so friendly, polite and knowledgeable! Taught me so much about upcoming brands. Such a credit to the store. Totally spaced and left before I could buy the last pair of Alyx loafers.

When it comes to customer services, has to be the worst in leicester! No hello, no smiling, if you try to approach them, they try to move away or give you one word answer and walk away...what a miserable bunch

Good staff they are nice and polite they have got many designer clothes all of them at reasonable prices but still as they are designer they are obviously going to be quite exspensive.

Expensive but if you are looking for famous designers clothes it is perfect choice. However, for me it is to stressful to come there... t-shirt for £700 it's not for me.

Great store, the most expensive on the bottom, and then just clime the escalator to the more reasonably priced store, but a lot better than the old clock tower shop! !!

I came in to be ignored and then finally spoken to with more attitude than Beyoncé. Such a shame that customer service is non existent as their stock is lovely.
