My son decided to buy some new jeans with his own money on his card and on his own. In his nievety he threw away the receipt as they were the same style and size as what he already has. But unfortunately they were way too small for him. So I took him back the following day to get a refund and although he had proof of purchase on his online banking we were told this wasn’t enough to get a refund. A supervisor called Shiv was called, I explained the issue again to her and she was brilliant, found a copy of our receipt on the system and issued the refund. Overall we left happy

attrocious customer service. Woman with black long straight hair at the till with fair skin, wearing all black. Didn’t appreciate it that I was at the till and expected to put the clothes in the bag myself, she literally walked away?? No thank you for shopping with us, no smile, just stormed away from the till in an abrupt manner. The clothes I bought were not worth the price as it is and she made the shopping experience terrible. Wont be returning here.

Very slow staff. I was waiting literally for half an hour in queue.. many people were standing and still only 1 till was open and she was too lazy to do it quickly. When I appeared on till to return only one item.. the worker instead of refunding me first she went to sort and hang the returned stuff and making me wait for few minutes... is it kind of this standard they serve to their customers

A good place to shop when needing a special outfit I was shopping for a wedding outfit and being a plus size I thought I was going to struggle to find something but how wrong I was. So many lovely outfits and at reasonable prices . Staff was very polite and helpful. Inside is very clean bright and spacious which is very helpful for anyone with mobility issues.

It is good brand so price always higher but their staff are always good welcoming nature . Last week I went for one thing for exchange they really so polite and took things replace with new one. With a smile which show their manners. Thank you

You got lots of Space for everything, just a bit pricy some things as everywhere I guess, just you pay more there where you shouldn't.

Indian man is so full of himself. He is not there to give customer a care... He is there to act and behave like he's the boss. Lol

It's a nice store although the men's section is very small and limited.
