This is right next to my residence. Shopping here is always unpleasant. It's not the place but rather the stores here and their staff that is displeasing. We could do with more stores selling a wider variety and for the love of God some sheep or mutton products would be greatly appreciated. For years we are staying here and shopping here because of convenience but the shoprite and boxer doesn't sell sheep meat or lamb ect. It doesn't cater for ppl that don't eat beef and pork. Before the looting we had some shops opening as the center was just remodeled however now it's like dead and we have to go into other suburbs just for mutton or other products like seafood ect are not sold here. It's very inconvenient.

  • siphesihle mhlophe

I really enjoyed the shopping centre. It has all the major stores and also the smaller technical shops. I love that you can push your trolley everywhere and use the elevators to go from one floor to the next. It's very clean and beautiful inside. It is also not full so you can really have a peaceful shopping experience. It is safe with security guards inside and in most stores. Just becareful once you leave the establishment.

Wow I loved it here it was amazing got to window shop and got a few things I needed what a clean center and it's welcoming and it was not packed ..I got to enjoy my fav meals and got to take content outside KFC thes is a chilling place at the center where you can rest a bit and eat by the entrance and the variety of different stores as well for your daily needs , I'll go back anytime see you there

It's a good place to get shopping done, but at the moment it's not the best since they are still recovering from the looting that happened mostly in KZN and Gauteng, so a number shops there don't have adequate stock .The parking is small so if you have a big car it might be challenging to maneuver around freely. But if it were normal circumstances this would get a solid 4 ⭐'s because despite the parking it's a decent place.

A busy centre that has a variety of shopping stores, beauty places and take away places. Berea centre is ideal for a day away with friends, a shopping spree or a sit in for breakfast or lunch. Has a parking space for cars, well managed area and near a lot of attractive places. It's a good place to stop in on your long distance trip, with a fuel garage on the side, and walk in food stores. Right on the N3 national road.

  • Melindah Mkhwanazi

Berea centre has the essential stores in my opinion. It does service a large population of students and young people making it very busy all the time. But it does have a self service laundromat (which is hard to find), a doctor (who is amazing), a gym, ATMS, Clicks pharmacy and more. It serves its surrounding community well. Parking can be hard to find at peak hours so be advised.

  • Here's Pretcy

There's a variety of places to choose from including ATM's. Check it out, you'll be faintly surprised. There is a ROOTS butchery there as well. We have a Berea home, run by Chinese, a veritable miniature china mall. There are clothing shops, a gym - not as well equipped as back in the old days but a gym nonetheless, if you want to go hardcore with no distractions.

But did you really have to let Pick n Pay leaveyoh and the network at the center is very bad.. there was this time I wanted to transfer money from my other account I had to leave my grocery at the till and go outside. I went to pay at Rage using a card the lady who was assisting me said they had no network.

I love Berea Home store in this mall as I found everything I was looking for which I looked for months in other stores but I couldn't find but I found it on Berea Home. But the mall is small but I think it's under development. And you can find some famous store at Berea Mall but not all.

  • Ria Mncube

Not the safest mall but very convenient for those basic things you need on a go. Has variety in restaurants as well to meet your cravings. I hate the fact that you must pay R2 for those tiny toilets, some people actually use the toilet with the door open to allow comfort. So not Ayoba

  • Taurai Stuart Ziwewe

Recent upgrades have added more variety. They also added a gym on the 3rd floor. You can get most shops no Checkers since there is one by Davenport Square. Went there on Sunday by 5pm Western entrance already closed due to possible security concerns. Area a bit crowded these days.

  • Sfiso Terrance

Most of the shops are still closed like ShopRite, Clicks. All the banks are still out of service only boxer that is still open food shopping. KFC and Nando's are open outside as well. But there is hope that it'll open soon cause they are busy cleaning and fixing and restocking.

Taxis got no remorse what so ever. They park anywhere & jam other vehicles. The driver could see I needed to get out of the parking & he parks behind & makes a call out of vehicle. I had to wait for him to load his vehicle & then took off. Its chaotic in the parking area

  • Quinn Latiffah

I did not feel safe at this mall, suspicious people around the ATM's, I decided not to deposit money. Mall is not clean and lots of renovations causing the driving to be more unsafe. I'm sure they are doing their best but I did not feel safe and I left within 10 min

  • Nokhuthula Ndlovu (Nono)

Seasons hair boutique. Friendly people an a house of class indeed. Did my hair wig installation there. The young lady was Sasha well versed and experienced. Thank you Seasons hair saloon .loved the place . Their hair extensions are of good quality too. Ngiyabonga

  • Samkelo Nkumane

It a small shopping mall, but its very convenient because it has all important stores, and has almost all the restaurants I usually buy from. The parking is free and safe with security guards always visible. I prefer the centre more than any other in the area

  • Nokukhanya Mthuli

Dont understand why we have to pay public toilets. Such an inconvenience.. i didnt have money, had to go withdraw, R50, no change....for exit u have to press the button, no sanitizer was provided at exit...tenstils are high spreaders of covid.

  • GOOD NEWS OF CHRIST

That's great shopping centre, and the more years keep going the shopping centre keep on improving. It's supercalifragelisticexpadolicious in a sense that we acknowledge those stores that are within the shopping centre. Unequivocally it is a

  • Mphemba Prince

A very good and beautiful centre enjoy and its much closer to town; from Berea centre to Durban town is very cheap if you take public transport. But you should be very careful because there is so much mugging going on there and worse part

  • Thandeka Ndlovu

It ok but not so entertaining perhaps if more shops can be opened it will be exciting to visit the center. As for the upper level very boring and hire more securities in the center please. Parking lot let not go there always full no

  • STORM MEDIA

Place was clean, staff was really helpful and parking is plenty thou if you are using the winding ramp to go up please be careful because accidents can happen. That traffic light at the bottom does not really help as its mostly ignored

  • Ndumiso Malamule

The mall itself isn't too bad, has all your basics. (shoprite, ackermans) It's a low income mall so accessibility via a car is a bit of an issue because there are taxis and ubers that block entrances while picking up customers

  • Pumeza/K

Things did not start well but ended well. We were there to collect our Stokvel. Thank you to the wonderful Indian gentleman who came through and assisted fast, friendly, efficient and with patience. Sorry did not get the name.

  • Ada

A standard shopping centre with restaurants and groceries store and a few clothing and speciality store. Been there a handful of times and it's usually packed even in the evening. Decent enough to get everyday essentials.

  • Portia M

Berea center has become mediocre, unfortunately. It is not as safe to shop here than it was before and most of the retail shops have downgraded. Convenient for different store branches but not really ideal for shopping.

  • Duduzani Sizwe Collin Zondi

Cashiers take long to acknowledge customer's presence. Eye contact is very much absent. Kindly send them for customer service training. Nonetheless, very clean store, easy to find products in between the aisles.

  • Nokuthula Mhlangula

Very small. The shops suck. Have a few people saying their cars got stolen at the parking. I only go there for Clicks and Pick N Pay which was replaced with Boxer (making it suck even more). Don't like it much.

  • Siyabonga Diya

Nice and clean it has a nice affordable coffee shop inside, and fast food oultes outside like KFC, Shwarma and Nandos. The is also Boxer inside the shopping center and Gym safe parking with parking guards

  • Ej Max

It's okay I guess.... The shops and atms are operating fine I just don't like the parking area near KFC and nandos it's not properly designed for efficient traffic flow and proper parking spaces

  • SITHEMBILE CHARIN

  • Nix Stigr (Nixstigr031)

Not a fan of the parking structure and the mall doesn't have a big variety of stores. its more like a shopping center then a mall.
