When you enter business you get promises of a good customer experience but then you are lied to .. I went in to purchase a Bed Set and when I arrived home realized bed set would not fit, called store and spoke with Carla to cancel the sale . She said okay .. and confirmed the cancelation. come to find out she claimes she called me the next day for delivery of furniture which is NOT TRUE .. when you go and address the issue manager Nallely , she lies with Carla about sale and wanting to charge a restocking fee of over 600.00. This place is a Fraud place that sent synchrony finance a letter of lies of intent to deliver next day which never happened . Carla never canceled the sale and now they want me to pay 2000.00 when I never received no furniture .. Don’t trust them with your personal information cause you never know the type of fraud they will do .

Customer service don't even deserve one star. Bought some furniture from this place on 7/8/16 with a promised delivery of 7/9/16. Furniture was supposed to delivered by 5 pm, however no calls or update on the status was made from Best Buy Furniture. I finally got a call at 9:30 pm that they want to deliver. I rescheduled delivery to 7/12/16, The guys showed up without one piece, they were supposed to bring it at 5 pm, no calls no show its 8:15 pm now. The office is giving all kinds of excuse, bbad customer service, they promise everything for you to make the purchase, then the excuses come after. I would not recommend this store for anyone trying to buy furniture.

OMG. I made a gigantic error stopping in Best Buy Home Furniture's high-end furniture store hoping to find a garage sale level piece of furniture for someone in need I wanted to help . I was THRILLED to walk in and see that I could shop for my own home and office here. BBHF has EXTRAORDINARY designs and one-of-a-kind pieces. I'm excited and amazed. Such beautiful things inside!! Oh, and the prices were appropriately fit for the items. I love oddly interesting pieces- this store doesn't disappoint.... Unless of course, you are looking for garage sale level merchandise, . I placed an order by in January 24 2020 paid them off on 3/20/2021 and I am still wanting on my purchase everything I call them they blame The warehouse those people whom postings good reviews that need to tell the truth they need to replace an remove so people whom don’t know what they are doing this one is on 12421 I-10 East Freeway I will keep everyone posted to let you know went I get all of my purchases .

OMG! Beautiful and Quality Furniture at an affordable price. My sales person was Xenia and she was amazing so nice & friendly and very helpful. She answered all my questions and had me in and out ! I totally recommend Best Buy Home Furniture I will be going back to buy more furniture real soon.

The show room is small and crowded, not many different selection and the pieces there are over priced. This could be due to being a small store front. It's also ill-placed off the feeder road.
